This auction is for a Antique Neptune maritime Nautical lantern light with oil lamp.This is missing the panel of glass that is where the latch side is. The total height is 15" tall. The base is 6" tall. The sliding oil lamp section is unmarked- it does original to the lantern. It has the Neptune tag on the front. This is fresh from an old New England barn and will need cleaning- I have not attempted to clean this up at all. The glass globe has a flake of the bottom edge. It looks to be the original but I am not 100% sure of that.One of the cage bars is slightly indented. I think this is copper(magnet does not adhrere to it) Thank you. Richards Estate Sale Perko Boat Signal This is an amazing piece from maritime history. This piece was made by Perko(Perkins) and has really withstood the test of time. Unlike many of these lanterns this one still has the original Perko lamp inside as shown in pictures. The sliding hatch mechanism still works on this piece. It was used as a display piece in the house and they had a screw in the base of the signal to hold the sliding hatch open. This is the most complete piece of this kind that we have seen on eBay and a great addition to all maritime collectors. Well folks. We have for auction a propane operated spot/search light. Its not a conversion, see pic of decal. If anyone viewing this has any information or knowledge of this item your feedback would be most welcomed. It was purchased from an estate, it puts off a lot of light, has polished metal interior globe with Coleman lantern type mantle. Tripod legs telescope light to height of about 8' weighs about 50 lbs. BTU rating of 4630. Has 1/4" 2 section glass. Globe is 13 1/2" across, rotates 360' and tilts 45/60' I think top is cast aluminum, the rest is galvanized. We downsized to a condo and my wife won- it's all Victorian now. The light is 11 inches long with the hanger& 4 inches wide(28cm x 10cm) weigh a little over a pound and made of Plastic. Easily hangs anywhere because of the weight. The red lenses make you think your in a submarine. Works perfectly and in near mint condition and will never rust. Even up close it looks real. Antique 1800s Nautical Post Lantern Lighthouse Lamp Ship Mast Anchor Light Brass
Description: This is a large antique"birdcage" type oil lantern that was made between 1860 and 1890. It has a period Fresnel lens globe that is in good condition with a bit of chipping around the rim. But no cracks or structural damage. These brass lamps were re-produced by Perkins Marine Lamp Corporation but this one is an original 1800s light as shown by the beautifully decorated hanging ring at the top, careful handmade construction, etc. This one is also extra special in that it has the post fittings for use in a light house- it is missing the brass plate which would have marked it as such, but you can see where it used to be attached. These antique nautical lamps were used extensively for anchor lights, and after its life in a lighthouse it may have been used at the top of the mast during heavy fog or in the night to keep other ... moreships from running into the boat. It is missing the burner and bottom plate- it may have been wired for electric after the use of whale oil lamps declined, but please note that only what is in the pictures is included. This is a large nautical lantern measuring 14" tall and 6" wide. It is in"as found" condition with a dark patina on the brass, dirty glass, small dents, tiny cracks in the brass, and various other age/use related marks. The lamp was originally produced by the Tideland Signal Company and is probably the Maxlumina Model ML-155. When new. The marine lamp cost approximately $1400. Also, the piece is originally from Baltimore's Francis Scot Key Bridge over the Patapsco River a mile in front of Fort McHenry where Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner in 1814 now our National Anthem and remained there for many years. Vtg PERKO SHIPS NAUTICAL BOAT LANTERN LIGHT VERY HEAVY BRASS & THICK GLASS
This is a very thick brass nautical light made by Perko. The red glass is original& also very thick. It was rewired for household current& works. The wire is very short& bared at the end& has a cut in it. So it probably should be replaced. It stands 9 1/2" tall. It has two open threaded fittings(one on bottom& one on back) It also has a smaller hole that the new wiring was ran through. I'm not sure if it was on a ship or maybe even a bridge. It is heavy duty, I put it on a bathroom scale& it registered 10 pounds. The glass is still in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It was found in an old estate in northern Michigan right on Lake Huron, so it probably has some history. Unfortunately I do not know the history of it. This old Beauty is 17 1/2 inches tall from bottom to top an 22 1/2 tall to the top of the hanging handle. It should be noted this IS AN OLD RELIC AND SOMEONE SHOULD NOT EXPECT PERFECTION. There is some staining the glass FRESNEL IS 8 INCHES ACROSS CLEAR GLASS AND 7 INCHES TALL AND IS MARKED CORNING. There is a crack in the FRESNEL photo 5 and some chips in the glass from years of use. Vtg Antique Brass Oil Lamp Light Kerosene Nautical Ship Boat Wall Mount Sconce Welcome to my auction! From an estate sale is this very unique Antique Vtg Brass Wall Mounted Oil or Kerosene Lamp. It measures 15" tall and is about 5" at its widest. The two glass window panes are intact and there is a panel that you open to access the wick of the lamp. The wick does move up and down ... moresmoothly and you remove the top to access the oil reservoir. There are no dents in the brass or damage just normal wear as seen in photos. You simply mount the round brass circle to the wall and slip the oil lantern into it. I've never seen one quite like this one and I hope I'm right that it is nautical because it certainly looks and feels like it is to me:o) Actual shipping is $24.90 to anywhere in the US or Canada. Vintage Cast Brass Ship's Nautical Passageway Light - Rewired & Polished #3

You are bidding on the vintage cast brass Ship's nautical passageway ceiling light shown in the above photos. This light measure about 10 inches tall and about 4 inches wide. The base has three mount holes that are about 2 1/2 inches off the center of the light. The globe is glass and in good condition. The light weighs almost 5 pounds. You can access the bulb area by unscrewing the cage and then unscrewing the glass globe. The glass is undamaged. But could use some additional cleaning. The cage and the glass globe screw on and off with little effort. This light has been totally rewired with all new UL-Listed parts rated for any voltage of 250 ... morevolts or less. The new bulb holder takes a normal screw in house bulb of 100 watts or less. The new wires exit from the new hole we drilled on the bottom of the light, and the original conduit holes have been plugged with copper caps. These lights were recovered from one of our many salvage operations. These lights will have some minor wear that may include bending to the cage ribs. While we have removed most of the original paint and polished the light, some buyer may want to do additional polishing work. This light can be used inside or outside. It will never rust!
