Offered here is this beautiful antique brass ship maritime marine lamp. It is in original untouched condition. It may need to be cleaned or polished but I am selling it as is as some collectors like things in original condition and also. I wouldn't know what cleaner to use so as not to ruin the natural patina. The light still has the original wiring intact. There are no chips or cracks to the glass that I can see. The protective cage around the glass globe is intact. The lamp is in overall nice condition. You are bidding on the vintage cast brass Ship's nautical passageway ceiling light shown in the above photos. This light measure about 8 1/2 inches tall and about 4 inches wide. The base has three mount holes that are about 2 1/2 inches off the center of the light. The globe is glass and in good condition. The light weighs almost 5 pounds. You can access the bulb area by unscrewing the cage and then unscrewing the glass globe. The glass is undamaged. But could use some additional cleaning. The cage and the glass globe screw on and off with little effort. This light has been totally rewired with all new UL-Listed parts rated for any voltage of ... more250 volts or less. The new bulb holder takes a normal screw in house bulb of 100 watts or less. The new wires exit from the new hole we drilled on the bottom of the light, and the original conduit holes have been plugged with copper caps. These lights were recovered from one of our many salvage operations. These lights will have some minor wear that may include bending to the cage ribs. While we have removed most of the original paint and polished the light, some buyer may want to do additional polishing work. The cage has one broken rib near the threaded ring on the bottom side. Not a big issue. But I just want to point it out. This can also be seen in the attached photos. This light can be used inside or outside. It will never rust! If you have questions. This is an identical pair and would make great bedside reading lamps. We have been in the business of salvaging ocean liners and cruise liners for over 25 years from across the world. These ships were commissioned in the 1940's to 1950's and were decommissioned between the years 2007 to 2009. A brass"MASTHEAD" plaque surmounts the hood of this VINTAGE NAUTICAL LANTERN. It stands 14-1/2 inches tall. Not including handle. Features CURVED GLASS LENS and curved metal reflector plate, Sturdy brass mounting brackets on back- presumably for affixing to the mast of a sailing ship. Constructed of brass, glass, and brass plating over- judging from the tarnish- probably copper? This is most likely an older decorative reproduction. It's rendition is very faithful. Up for auction is a pair of 2 antique Maritime passageway heavy brass/bronze ship lights with cobalt blue glass globes with sliding doors and a handle for hanging. There are doors that slide on the lamp to open and close the cobalt blue glass globe. The base is all heavy brass/bronze and has a threaded top with moveable handle. On the top of the lamp it has a threaded fitting marked. 9-S-5010-L Type XXII Size B. The threaded top of the light has 9-S-2108-L. There is a gasket with washer and light socket inside, so changing the bulb is very easy. The cobalt blue globe is very heavy, please check pictures and measures 4 ½” diameter x 5” long with rounded bottom. On the rim of the cobalt blue globe it has Type H 2034 L P.G. Co. Vintage Starboard Ship Kerosene Lantern Light Lamp Port Blue Glass Brass 21" BIG
Vintage ship's starboard lantern in a unique tri-plex shape. One of the largest I've seen at 21" from base to finial. 11" x 11" square with the typical curved front. Thick blue glass(not an interchangeable light filter) with horizontal grooves. Brass trim and a brass finial with hanging ring. Great"keyhole" vent holes throughout. Suffers from an untidy paint job and is in need of some updating. Missing original kerosene lamp and has been converted with a light socket. Needs new electrical cord. Brass has a lovely patina and there is still some vintage kerosene soot on the inside of this lamp. There is a small spot on the bottom by a switch of some sort that corrosion has eaten through the metal. But it's repairable and not endemic to the rest of the lantern. Glass is free of cracks or chips.

Vintage Pauluhn Ship's Bronze / Brass Wall Light Salvage find.
This is a recovered"Pauluhn" Bronze/ Brass Ship's Light that was salvaged by a personal friend of mine over 30 years ago(Captain Gardner. RIP) This was rinsed off once over 30 years ago and not touched since. It still has the grit/ mud/ sediment from the bottom of the waters clinging to it as the day it was brought up on deck. I knew this Captain friend of mine for many years and he gave this to me with other salvaged Nautical Items as I built my collection(HE was in the salvage business for over 20 years along the Gulf Coast) We lost Captain Gardner in 2004 and I think about the great stories we shared over the years. I am down sizing and want to pass this on to somebody that might be able to appreciate it almost as much as I have. I could clean this up, but I am going to leave this to your discretion. You can look anywhere ... moreand find polished ship items but this one is an original from the deep. If my memory serves correct, the good Captain told me that this item came from a self propelled wood hull barge that sunk in Galveston Bay. Both weigh 1 pound 14 ounces each so a good copy I would say. Could also be 2nd piece was handled less but my though its a copy. Size: about 23cm diameter and 24 cm high. Looks to have seen it’s time at sea. It is a beautiful piece regardless. I have not removed any of the patina. It is original and untouched(except for the label which I polished a bit) I have taken lots of picture. Please review them and ask any questions. This is a very beautiful and rather rare model of stern light. It would be a nice addition to your décor or as an operational piece of vintage marine equipment on your boat. Condition: In unrestored condition(I polished the label a bit to be readable) Patina is excellent. Even has sea salt on it: It is very structurally sound. Built to last and has. Lid opens. Back ... morescrew is fused with some stripping. The glass looks to be in excellent condition with no cracks. I believe it to be original because the hallmark on the glass is the same as on the casing. Cord has been cut and does not work(would suggest retro-fitting with modern electrics to be safe) The place where the light cord connects with the body has a crack(see picture) Dints and dings from many years at sea. Measures approx. 9-1/2" high to top of cap and 11-3/4" to top of handle. Made entirely of brass with glass lenses. The only marking or name that I could find anywhere is"THE MILLER CO. U.S.A. on the wick adjustment knob. And one side of the wick cover is signed"1925. This lantern apparently was electrified at one time, as there is a small hole neatly punched through the backside near the base. Otherwise it is complete and needs only light cleaning and polishing. A good old one, probably 1920-1940 vintage. I will combine shipping whenever possible, and normally will ship worldwide within one day of receiving payment. R.I. residents must add 7% sales tax. They are quite useful for reassuring yourself that there are, in fact, no murderous clowns hidden in your guest room, but when it comes to design, your standard, run of the mill lamp can be a bit yawn-inducing. ~~RARE Antique PERKO Brass Marine Maritime Nautical Ship Lanterns Finger Lamps~~
I have a pair of rare vintage brass Perko marine ship's lamps or lanterns. They used to be kerosene or oil but were converted to electric. They are in wonderful shape with no dents or damage and everything is intact. they do however have wear that is consistent with age. Each lantern has a finger lamp inside that is removable as shown in the pictures. A 4 inch reflector/ mirror, and 3 glass panels. Each is also stamped with a brass tag that reads" PERKO Manufacturer's Reg. Trademark Perkin's Marine Lamp& Hardware Corp. Miami Florida USA" on the front and another stamp on the back that reads the same thing. They both measure almost 14" tall. one being about 1/4" taller than the other one. You can definitely tell that these gems were handmade. These are very cool nautical decorations or gifts!

The glass all appears to be intact and the hinges all work great. They both read hojalateria de H.S_ 211_ 1896 it’s hard to read it all they have been converted from oil. Or they are copies of original- I'm not an expert so I will leave that up to you to determine. They are each 22”T x 9”w front to back The post that goes into the holder is 4.3”t to top rim and 2.5”dia(the holder is not included you will need to have some kind of wall sconce bracket made. Super rare. Get it before it's gone! I have a beautiful. Pristine, antique brass marine ship light fixture. Dates before 1910 when they no longer had raised lettering on the glass globe. It's been wired for electric but there if no really alterations from that alteration, I just has a single wire through the top. NO CRACKS, DENTS or RUST. This is just in great condition! 19 inches tall! I have not seen any of these with the milky glass. Only clear and red glass. These are referred to as"onion" due to the globe.
