The works are mounted on a nice piece of oak and there are exposed wires etc on the back. It appears the glass is missing however the clip holder to hold the glass guard in is in the metal hood. The metal hood is hinged and has holes to let the heat escape. The light measures 11" long x 5" wide and weighs unpackaged 3-1/2 pounds.At the top of the light is a knob that can be turned to control the brightness i am guessing. ANTIQUE MARINE NAUTICAL BRASS BINNACLE KEROSENE LAMP LIGHT- This used vintage binnacle lamp probably dates to around the mid to late 1800's. It measures 4 and 1/2" high. And the base measures 2 1/8" wide. There are 2 small dents in the top dome, which can be popped out should you decide to do so(I will leave that up to the successful bidder) The burner has a wick and the wick turner works most of the time(a couple of times when I tried it it did not work but that may be due to the wick being so old. It is in good condition,with no holes.This is a great, old marine light. I could not find any makers mark. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 5 DAY AUCTION. Antique Brass Nautical Light Ship Lantern This is a heavy(7-1/2lb. antique brass ship lantern. It is in good condition with the exception of several dents and a bent section of the guard. Please see photos. The internal lamp part is missing but a big 22oz Yankee Candle fits inside perfectly! Candle not included. The fixture is ventilated on top and bottom. It was designed for a flame burning oil lamp originally. The patina is nice. The glass lens is in great shape. The silver colored reflector inside is also in excellent condition. Antique PERKO Brass Adjustable Marine Spot Light Boat Search Light Nautical
This is a really cool old Perko marine spotlight or searchlight. It is solid brass and I think the light holder is a cast red brass. I couldn't find anything on the light that a magnet would stick too. It seems to be structurally in good condition. The brass could use cleaning and polishing as there's a lot of patina to the brass. The thin strip around the top and bottom of the light have some small slits. Maybe for fitting the brass around the body of the light. The light is also adjustable to be able to aim the light. The half label on the back is a Perko label. Heavy and well made. It has a GE bulb and I was told it works. The wiring is frayed and you should definitely have it checked out or rewired if you're planning on using it as a light though. See the pictures for more detail. Up for auction is this old P ERKO ships lamp. It must be the largest lamp made by Perko. It stands an impressive 2 4" tall. With handle raised. M easures 11 1/2" wide and 9 1/2" deep. This could have been a cargo lamp. Steaming l ight. Anchor light, or a stern light. Not really sure. Somewhere on it's journey it was electrified and has a bulb inside and the burner is not present. It has a thick Fresnel lens that is turning purpl e with age and it has a crack in it that is stable. Doesn't detract much from the old lamp. Still displays beautifull y.With a r ich patina that adds to the salty character. This Perko lamp was made in Brooklyn. New York a long time ago and after being at sea for many years. Up for auction is a antique bow light. I am unsure what boat this was off of but it was definitely removed from a boat here on long island. It appears to have a brass body and blue/ red glass. It does come with a wooden mount. The only issue with this light is it is chipped in the blue portion of the glass. Other then that it appears to be in nice shape. They are usually flat on the back. Ours is V shaped that fits in a corner with bracket pocket on the left. Its red fresnel glass lens was made by Perko with Mold No.35 on its side. Glass is in good condition with about 3 tiny. Tiny chips on the ribs of the glass that are hardly noticeable. Also has a few tiny paint specks, age& dirt. No cracks though. The lantern has been painted red sometime in its life that’s faded, chipping. It comes with a chain& Original brass Miller Co. burner& hurricane ... moreglass that’s attached to bottom cover. The hurricane is in good condition with some tiny chipping along the bottom rim that goes into the burner. Also is soiled. The wick rolls up and down freely and appears to be about new. There is no oil or kerosene. This was part of my grandparent's estate. The glass panels are intact. This auction is for a Antique Neptune maritime Nautical lantern light with oil lamp.This is missing the panel of glass that is where the latch side is. The total height is 15" tall. The base is 6" tall. The sliding oil lamp section is unmarked- it does original to the lantern. It has the Neptune tag on the front. This is fresh from an old New England barn and will need cleaning- I have not attempted to clean this up at all. The glass globe has a flake of the bottom edge. Antique 1800s Nautical Post Lantern Lighthouse Lamp Ship Mast Anchor Light Brass
Description: This is a large antique"birdcage" type oil lantern that was made between 1860 and 1890. It has a period Fresnel lens globe that is in good condition with a bit of chipping around the rim. But no cracks or structural damage. These brass lamps were re-produced by Perkins Marine Lamp Corporation but this one is an original 1800s light as shown by the beautifully decorated hanging ring at the top, careful handmade construction, etc. This one is also extra special in that it has the post fittings for use in a light house- it is missing the brass plate which would have marked it as such, but you can see where it used to be attached. These antique nautical lamps were used extensively for anchor lights, and after its life in a lighthouse it may have been used at the top of the mast during heavy fog or in the night to keep other ... moreships from running into the boat. It is missing the burner and bottom plate- it may have been wired for electric after the use of whale oil lamps declined, but please note that only what is in the pictures is included. This is a large nautical lantern measuring 14" tall and 6" wide. It is in"as found" condition with a dark patina on the brass, dirty glass, small dents, tiny cracks in the brass, and various other age/use related marks. Wonderful vintage Tung Woo. Hong Kong, copper ships lantern. This one is marked"Anchor. 9" high x 4.5" wide or 22 cm x 13 cm Some of the copper has"greened' and spread to cover other parts. I was able to wipe most of it off easily with a wet rag. This shows some wear and age. I have sold and shipped a lot of fragile items. This will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap with enough cushion between the box sides to protect it.

This 8 inch tall lamp has a 3 1/2 inch tall RED glass bezile lense, There are only a couple of specs on the glass that appears to be in very good condition NO CRACKS. The base is 6 inches across and the light is very heavy duty. Not sure if it is military as it appears to be somewhat grey in coloring. There is a number 9-S 4473-L in raised lettering on top. There is a 64 inch heavy duty cord with some type of plug in socket end see photo 5. Not sure if from a ship, dock or pier. Not sure if it works or what type of power supply it used. This is a magnificent light in that the interior has a Hard Wired light connected that plugs into a standard 110/120 Volt outlet. The interior hard wired light does work. This light was made in NY. It is a large light that weighs 12.8 pounds. It measures 18 and 1/2" tall by 12 and 1/4" wide by 10" deep. The back cover does open but is missing a pin to keep it shut. The glass on the front has a small chip in it. The paint is chipping on various locations. I have shown all of this in my photographs. Overall this is a magnificent light that is rarely up for sale.
