WOW! I am selling of a collection of vintage boating items for an old friend that doesn't use the internet. Here as on old vintage wall lamp that is a combo of an old bow light and light fixture. It is OLD! Look at the twisted rope style connection between the wall mounting plate and the old bow light. Of course the red and green bow light lenses are glass. I believe a company that made bow lights also offered these lamps. Maybe Perko Kainer. Or Wilcox Crittenden. There is an on/off switch on the side of the bow light itself. This light needs to be rewired. I'm going to run this auction for no more then a couple times and if it doesn't sell I'm going to rewire it and buy it myself! Antique Red and Green Running Light Vintage Speed Boat Chromed Metal
Antique boat running light on aluminum base up for bid. This light needs re-chromed as it has some surface problems but the two light lens are in tact with no chipping. No sure what brand this old light is or how old it is. Anyone restoring a vintage to antique boat probably will know. The bracket screws are rusted so I can't get them off otherwise I would of shown a picture from underside. The light itself is about 8 to 8 1/2" front to back and 3 3/8" wide. ANTIQUE VINTAGE MILK GLASS AND ALUMINUM MOUNTED BOAT LIGHT
Vintage mounted boat light. The milk glass shade screws onto the housing that looks to be cast aluminum. The aluminum has been painted grey at some point and is chipping off in some areas. The socket is encased within the housing and is mounted to a 4 1/2" diameter of wood. The light is 4 1/4" deep extending from the wall and the light shade is 4 1/2" diameter. There are no markings on them.

Antique boat stern light ready to display
Antique boat stern light made of wood. Glass and metal ready for display. K-S Beehive design glass lens that is 2.75 inches tall including the threads. The diameter of the lens is 2.5 inches. The lamp height is 25 inches and the base is about 5.5 inches square. This pole and lens were found at the bottom of an Indiana lake. Chris Craft and other wooden boat makers used this style of stern light. The distress on the wooden pole and the brass metal add to the charm of this light. I have rewired the pole. Made a matching base, replaced the bulb and added a transformer so that it plugs into a 110 volt wall outlet and lights up while on display. The lens does have a chip missing from the threads. But it does not show when mounted in the metal holder or when lit. The lens mid-waist ring has a flat spot from manufacturing and minor chips and roughness ... morefrom rolling on the bottom of the lake for years. This light would make a great decorative addition to a Nautical-themed room. It also has screw eyes where a flag could be mounted. This piece shows its age which is part of the charm.

This is a pair of Antique/Vintage brass boat running lights in fresh estate condition. Please see the photos for condition- there are no makers marks that I can see. The glass lenses are a combo of Red and Green glass. One crack can be seen in one of the glass lenses but no glass is missing so could be glued and still display well- some of the metal fin is missing but as it is at the back of the light it will still display well once it is cleaned. Burner stamped THE NATIONAL MARINE LAMP CO. metal plate on the flat back side has a patent date of APRIL 1ST 1913. 10" tall to the top of the ring on top, 4 3/4" wide, 4 1/2" deep, galvanized metal. The burner is rusted through and is missing one of two metal tabs that held it in place. The metal lantern shows areas of surface rust but is solid and not flimsy in any way, ding on the cupola where the ring is mounted, both pieces of glass in good condition. It would be simple to electrify or even easier to place a battery op light inside and enjoy the colored glass. Antique Military Naval Ship Boat Lantern Light 5293-L-5 USS Savannah
This is a WWII US Naval Ship USS Savannah gray battle lantern. It is in the same condition as it was when it was on the ship. There are scuffs in the paint in some spots exhibiting minimal wear and there is also original dust/dirt adding great patina to the lantern. Some of the dirt and scuffs appear as scratches but are not. Some screws are missing from the top(see photo) but the ones that are there hold the lid on very tightly. There are no dents or dings.except for below the hanging bracket where it came in contact with the hangar. These are minimal. Overall in great shape for over 70 years old! The yellow lens is not cracked or broken and there is a bulb in the light base. The diameter of the lens is 3 3/4 inches. The overall height of the lantern is 10 inches including the handle. Here is a BEAUTY of an old VINTAGE/ANTIQUE PERKO ship/ boat running light. This is an ORIGINAL BRONZE or Brass not sure very heavy 6 pounds. This is a HUGE 10 inch long x 5 1/2 wide x 5 inch tall ORIGINAL PERKO. This has a clear glass and the GLASS is in MINT CONDITION Has a really nice PURPLE TINT TO THE GLASS FROM YEARS OUT ON THE WATER. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The Bronze has a few chrome specs remaining in a couple of spots and a couple of faint very minor spots-scratches. There is a mark on the rim photo 6 and there are a couple of foundry pour marked when it was made photo 7. Has polished up very nice. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE STUNNER OF A PIECE from a time gone by. I am not sure if this might have been a STERN LIGHT. There is NO light in the housing but the socket is there as well as the circular marked PERKO light plug ... morephoto 12 reads PERKO. This is a great Perkins"PERKO" Marine lantern or bow light. The lantern is about 18" tall counting the handle. The lens is heavy red glass and can be seen from all sides(360 degrees) The lantern works off of oil or kerosene. The reservoir and wick are in tack and working. The Perkins metal tag is still in place(too dark to get into photo) There are some small nicks and I can see what looks like brass under the black paint. I am not sure if the primary metal is brass. Copper or bronze- or a combination-but a magnet doesn't stick to it. It is very heavy. It is made by Oakford. There is a light bulb socket inside but it probably isn't original and, without the cord plug, I can't test it. If it was originally electric powered, then the wire outlet on the side looks like it held a much larger power cord. The lid screws onto the top for access to the inside. I'm not sure how it was used on board the vessel- some other listings refer to it as a mast light, others describe it for use on dock pilings, others say it lit the passageways on the ship. Overall it seems in very good condition with a few relatively minor scratches to the lower finish and, of course, the green discoloration which some people call patina and want it left on the piece so I didn't try to clean up that section(new owner can do that) I don't know anything else about this item so please ask questions. Antique NML Co. Chris Craft Boat Light!Blue Light.nice Read Description.
Hello.Im guessing this is from an old Chris Craft boat but not sure.The top of the blue glass is marked NML Co.The inside porcelain electrical piece looks fine and it appears to take a regular size light bulb as seen.Thw wire that comes out the bottom back is not there.I hope someone can use this piece or just the blue shade.The bottom part is brass and where the brass meets the blue shade it is worn so the glass does not stay attatched well.It could sit straight up and be fine but when you turn on the side it would fall off.You could improvise some how but I'll leave that up to you.Hope someone can use this.Would be neat to also hook up wire and use as in house display.Enjoy!

Antique Vintage Red Bow Boat Light Mounted on Clamp Port Side Maritime Works
This is most likely considered an antique(50+ years old) The only stamp on it. Is on the"on switch" and it simply says, Made In USA" I bought it from an elderly man that was down-sizing. It was described as a"Red Bow" boat light. It's for the"port" side of the boat. It's battery operated and the stainless steel housing is in very good condition, having maybe 2 small"pit marks" The red plastic lens is also in great shape, having only 1 or 2"rub marks" The metal clamp is a flat colored metal and would clean up nicely, there is one small area of surface rust(1-2" on the inside, but the finish is smooth in that area so there is no structural damage, at all. The"turn screw" that tightens the clamp to the boat, is bent and could use a bit of straightening out. The light ... morestill works, I turned it on and took pictures of it, lit up. The light, itself, measures nearly 7" in length. The clamp's inside width is 2 5/8" It's a really great light. I've looked at a number of boat lights online and have yet to find a similar one. It would make a great addition to the collection of someone that collects maritime items!

Antique unique boat bow running light/handmade/late 1800s - early 1900s
This is a rare. Unique handmade bow running light that I would say dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s. It is galvanized metal in a triangular shape- there is a door in the back that slides up to install illumination. One the front, there are two loops which must have been used to attach it to something on the bow. I have never seen a bow light like this and living on the Northeast Coast, I see a lot of them. I believe this is a handmade effort. As for illumination, this may or may not have had a simple burner- it may also have had only candle power. It has never been electrified. Inside, there are three posts that would have held either a small burner of candle. Size is 10" high, by 8" across the back by 6&1/2" deep. Condition is as found and as shown. Please look at all photos to form your own idea of quality and condition. ... moreThere are traces of old paint. The green glass has many bubbles in it- the red, less so. I would say the red may be later than the green. In addition, there is a hairline crack/break of the red but it is quite stable as it sits and is barely noticeable. I would say this lamp is in very good condition for its age. Overall, this is a beautiful form that speaks volumes of the ingenuity of the men who went out to sea in the late 1800s and early part of the 1900s. US ship only. Thanks for looking!

Antique Boat Search Light, Half Mile Ray, Model 833, by The Portable Light Co.
This is a Half Mile Ray 12 volt Marine Cabin Roof Search/Spot light. Model 833 made by the Portable Light Company. This light is in beautiful condition for it's age and works. All parts are there including the big chrome knobs that are located on the bottom of the shaft inside the vessel cabin with which to swivel the light 360 degrees and to raise and lower the beam angle. It was removed from a fresh water yacht, The chrome has minor pitting and wear as is to be expected with this age, no dents or damage. The chrome is peeling from the bronze base casting. The gears to raise and lower the light are in excellent shape and nothing is missing. I will carefully pack this light and ship to you via USPS economy shipping. The light consists of a clear fresnel lens. This lamp would have hung aloft as an anchor light at night. The single wick burner puts out a substantial amount of illumination making this an excellent navigation light used on river and coastal vessels, but mostly in Hong Kong Harbor and Islands off of Mainland China.
