Vintage "Homestead Snack" 1 complete set 8 Pieces in Original Boxes #2
This is a very nice snack set from the Federal Glass Co. It is called Homestead. I do not see any cracks. Chips or repairs on any of the pieces- it is all in very good condition-the boxes are rough and stained, but great for storage. 4 plates and 4 cups. The plate has a wheat design with a spot. Like a saucer, for the cup to sit on. It was probably produced in the 1950's or 1960's. It would be a very nice addition to a collection or could be used for a luncheon. Two vintage pieces of pottery. Including one Sioux pitcher by artist Short Bull, and a vase by Nemadji Pottery. The Sioux pitcher measures approximately 11" in height. And approximately 5-1/4" at its widest point. The smaller Nemadji vase measures about 4" in height, and about 5-1/2" across at its widest point. Both pieces are in very good condition with no chips or cracks and showing only light general wear. There is some crazing on the glazed interior of the pitcher, and the original"Sioux Pottery" sticker is still attached. The Sioux Pottery also includes original sheet of paper that explains Sioux designs.

I have four pieces of pressed glass and one stemed beer glass. One of the pressed glass pieces is a small jelly dish. The tall piece with the lid. I don't think that the lid goes with it. The pattern is a little different but the lid fits. There is a small chip in the edge of lid. The lid also has a place for a small spoon. I am going to give a bargain on these items and I will not accept returns. I accept personal checks and pay-pal. I do not charge handling fees. Only mail charge.
