Vintage 1954 Heathkit Oscilloscope model OL-1 test equipment WORKS
You will be bidding on a vintage 1954 Heathkit Oscillscope. I do not know much about these. Except that this model was introduced in Aug 1954 and made in Benton Harbor, Mich USA. When this one is plugged in the green light does come on, and it will change with the turns of the knobs. It works on both settings in the back- the internal and the external. The case does have a few scuffs and scratches, also a light layer of dust. All the knobs are in place, except for the lower left hand red one, which I have replaced with a electrical cap. A fully functional and collectible 1950's compound microscope on a horse-shoe base by Steindorff. Berlin, West Germany, No. 580675, in very good condition. This is a fine example of post war German engineering and industrial design at its best. This microscope comes with two(2) good ocular or eyepiece lenses 5X and 10X. It has a nosepiece or turret with four(4) good revolving color coded(red, yellow, green, white) objective lenses. The adjustable stage is easy to adjust or control. It comes with an accessory under the stage, a diaphragm, that appears to be missing a lens? Here is a vintage April 1954 issue of"Hot Rods and Racing Cars" comic# 15. It appears that all the pages are in tact with very minimal wear on the outer front and back covers. The ink color in this book is incredible and other than the browning of the paper, this comic is a treasure wanting to be found by the right collector or store. There is no grading or certification on this so Please look carefully at all the picture's posted an you'll be able to tell the condition that this is in.
