Antique Belleek heart basket bowl circa 1922-1954/ 4 strand weave PRICE CUT!!
A great gift! Here is a heart shaped Belleek 4 strand weave basket bowl. It has 4 broken flower petals and some that may have small chips or maybe not. A lot of them feel rough. I really think thats the way it has always been. There are no other chips or cracks. As fragile as it is, and for as old as it is; I think it to be in excellent condition. You can see a couple of the ones that are obviously broken in the pictures. It has applied ribbons on the bottom with impression of: Beelleek Co. Fermanagh Ireland. BATMAN#87(DC 1954) Featuring the JOKER in the first story. Batman's Greatest Thrills" Also featuring in the cover story, Batman Falls in Love" FAIR condition. This is a complete but low grade copy of this magazine with good color and something of the original luster. The spine shows heavy wear with tears and small chunks out. The cover is detached at both staples. However all interior pages are firmly bound by both staples. The edges show chewing and chipping and at the top right corner there is a chunk out. The spine has tape on the inside and outside(magic tape) The cover shows scattered partial creases and handling impressions. At the bottom left there are some flesh colored lines possibly made with nail polish. Despite these troubles, the interior pages look light cream and are fully readible. This 1954 Rudy Muck XL Bore(Dual Bore) is of my personal collection. I am reducing to make room for some new projects. I am not a seller of horns rather a 45 year player that is collecting trumpets for particular venues. This Rudy Muck could use a good home. This trumpet plays well and is 100% functional. Any questions call me direct at 732-333-1600. This trumpet has aq big feel and is easy blow. No tightness with the right mouthpiece. I use a Shilkie 14A4A and a T2C JetTone and it rocks. Vintage Scuba Tank J Reserve Valve U.S.Divers Corp. 1954
This tank valve has a date code on the back of 3-54. The front. Which you can see in one of the photos, has the number 9155, probably a model number. Instead of a rubber O-ring, they used a white Teflon ring for sealing the regulator to the valve. The J-valve reserve mechanism was supposed to hold back the last 300 PSI, if the lever was in the up position. When you pulled the lever down, you would head up to the surface. Since pressure gauges were not used in the mid 50's, this was one idea to add a little safety to the sport. The burst plug is lead filled, not the thin copper disk that is used today. I have no idea if the valve works, but it looks great for being 59 years old. Nice antique scuba collectable!
