GREAT CONDITION* SCARCE OLD VTG 1940's WWII USMC UNIFORM VISOR HAT CAP This offering is for an old 1940's US Marine Corps Green Wool Dress Uniform Visor Hat or Cap. There are no makers markings or tags but the size tag under the sweatband states the size is a 7. The inside circumference at the sweatband is app. 21¼" which pretty well equals the stated size. The condition of the hat is excellent as seen in our photo's both above and below. The cap retains the original USMC cap buttons and chin strap. There is no hat badge. As stated the condition of the hat is outstanding with no notable wear. The leather is pliable and undamaged. There is no mothing, the cap displays beautifully and the hat will make an excellent addition to someone's collection, shouldn't it be yours! Early War M38 1940 Gas Mask and Late War Can 1944 with Early War Cape Bag Originally all bought for $240! Early war M38 gas mask model(rubberized) These started appearing in mostly 1938 and 39 so this is about the second or third year of production and is suitable for all early war scenarios. Lenses are completely clear and mask is in amazing condition and forms a perfect seal(the mask was kept in a holder since it was last used it seems) Straps are in immaculate condition. This mask can actually be used and function just as well as when it was first made! All parts on the mask are stamped 1940. For an example as early as this. It is in amazing condition and early M38 models are very hard to find, Filter is early/mid war. Is marked"fcc" and is the 1941 model. Sealed on both sides this filter is also in amazing condition. The threads ... moreon both the mask and filter are incredibly preserved and filters can still be used on the mask(like I said, it is fully functioning) The Germans were the only ones using charcoal filters while everyone else(the Allies and other Axis countries) used asbestos filters. So in theory these should be safe, but don't hold me to it Gas can is late war. The 1944 model. The"D" on the bottom signifies it is waterproof. Earlier models were not waterproof. There is some rust on the outside but the inside is very clean, The gas cape bag is an early war reproduction and is constructed exactly the same as the real deal(rubberized) The canvas gas cape bags did not come until later so these are the only appropriate models to use for a early/mid war scenario. Made with Prym snaps just like the originals! This gas cape bag is the most accurate reproduction out there. Many of the other ones out there are cheap Chinese knockoffs that have incorrect construction and stitching and snaps. Bowls have a dark tan background with a Mexican scene painted on and then glazed all over the bowls including the bottoms. These bowls most likely came from Tlaquepaque. Jalesco in Mexico. Bowls description and measurements: Large- 10"L x 9.75"W x 3.5"H. Bowl has landscape scene of cactii. Basket, rocks and a agave plant on lawn. Medium- 7.5"L x 6.75"W x 2"H. Scene is of a Mexican with sombrero and long scarf sitting on lawn with cactus. Rocks and agave plant. Small- 6.25"L x 5.5"W x 1.25"H. Scene of cactus. Agave plant, boulders on lawn. I am selling an Original metal top gear shifter that we just took off of a 1940 John Deere H tractor S#20555 that we just parted out. You could pull the shifter right out of the holder when it was on the tractor! as you can see the pieces that is supposed to hold it onto the tractor is rusted/rotted away!
