Tom Mix 1936 Straight Shooters Wooden Pistol Ralston cereal premuim
Up for auction is my father's Tom Mix Straight Shooters wooden pistol. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. I did some research and it appears that this was a Ralston cereal premium that dates back to 1936. When toys were still being made of wood. This toy gun has detail not found in modern toys in that the barrel and cylinder actually open and reveal the six wooden bullets in the cylinder. Which are removable. Wooden handles show TM Bar Brand and signature. There is some staining on handledue to the fact that this toy was played with a good bit, but otherwise this vintage in very good shape.
