This is an Antique/ Vintage Arts& Crafts Hand Peened/ Hammered Matchbox Holder. This is an estate piece and we were not able to get any additional information about it. It looks to me like it may be of the period. But I do not know for sure and it could possibly be a bit later. The piece is not signed nor marked. The base is smooth copper with a fluted edge. And the uprights that hold a matchbox appear to be hand peened. The base is 4" in diameter, and the overall maximum height to the center of the top of the peened holders is 3 5/8" At the time of the original listing. We had quite a variety of vintage copper and copper enamel pieces including other Arts& Crafts pieces, offered in our ebay store, and a variety of other vintage tobacciana items as well. Condition: The holder is in good condition. But it does have the following ... moreissues to be noted: the bottom edge profile has some minor irregularities all around the circumference. And there is one specific spot where there is a shallow dent, as seen marked with an arrow. This is not very noticeable at all when viewed from above with the holder sitting on a table. There is some patination of the copper. Mainly on the inside of the uprights of the holder as seen. The matchbox holder is offered as found/ as seen/ as described. The bowl is oval and the loop handle has a cast Deco style scroll…the back side of the handle is plain& bearing the most charming miniature set of hallmarks I have seen in awhile. The criteria for miniatures are that it looks like its larger counterpart, but just viewed at a distance. This spoon looks just like a larger sterling spoon that has been left in the hot water wash too long& shrunk. All 3 pieces are marked with: R W S and a deer head. Sterling and 99005. All three are monogrammed:T The comb is in excellent condition. 2 very very small dings on the top. 7 1/2"x 1 3/4" The mirror is 11 3/8" x 5" 2 dents at the top. One on each side. The glass is in great shape, without scratches or problems. When shaken, the mirror has a little rattle as if a piece of cement is loose. The brush is 9 1/2" x 3" It needs cleaning and the celluloid has a small damage at the top as pictured; also one small dent. A TRULY BEAUTIFUL SET.

HANDCRAFTED HAND QUILTED PRIMITIVE PATCH WORK QUILT GREAT FOR DISPLAY / CRAFTS
Patchwork quilt 6" squares 70" x 77" multiple types of fabrics. Dark brown and black feel like they may be a wool blend. browns. Blacks, orange/green checks, pink/white/black plaid Beige backing material appears to be a looser weave cotton. Possibly feed sacks sewn together. From the back and from the holes in the quilt you can see that multiple types of fabrics were used as the"batting" instead of a typical cotton batting. Multiple repairs have been made. Obvious wear on edges and on many blocks. This is a very heavy quilt. I co-taught a unit with the history teacher. As the American History students were learning about the south during the 1960's I taught a unit on the Gees Bend Quilters. I used this quilt as an example of the primitive utilitarian quilts they made. The quilt has been hand quilted with 6-8 stitches ... moreper inch in black thread. It is hand wrought in a solid gauge of aluminium. The central well is hand beaten from the back with a raised flower head boss. Around the wide rim it has 32 raised stud bosses with a raised wavy line winding between them and on the outer edge it is hand hammered. This beautiful little charger is apparently unmarked. This American Art pottery vase goes to the high bidder with two small chips on the rounded top edge. But otherwise excellent condition for its age. I believe it's unmarked McCoy and dates to the early part of last century-probably around 1910-20. The glaze is thick and drippy but still runs thin enough in spots to allow the yellow clay to show through. It has hints of pink, olive green and beige set against the dull mocha base color. This 8" vase has a great arts and crafts look-rounded body, narrower bottom and thick bottom rim. It's just over 3" across the open top and 3.5" across the thick bottom. This is a fabulous arts& crafts movement hand made vase by Lebkruecher& Co of Newark New Jersey, 1896-1909. They later became Eleder-Hickok Co in 1922 It was sold by Merrick Whelan. Aehle, Hutchinson Jewelry co of Saint Louis. You can tell it is handmade and if you look about half way down the seam a little solder. Which I believe is original. There are a few small dents which mix in well with the original hammer marks. Also a small dent on the bottom. Which doesn’ t show otherwise. Obviously. It is weighted with cement. It is 11.5” tall. 3” wide at the mouth. The base is 4 3/8” in diameter. It weighs 16.55 troy ounces of which we estimate there is at least 9.5 oz of sterling

Antique Titian Royal Adams England Platter Oval Hand Painted Artsn Crafts Era
This is a fine Royal Adams Titian platter that is in very good to excellent used condition. There are no chips cracks or repairs and the platter has minor crazing and a few factory pits. The edges are not uniform and has a hand made look to it instead of a molded finish. This is certainly hand painted and has an early version of the mark adapted in 1921. Most of these would have a registration number and this one does not. In the logo the name of the pattern should be on one side however I could not read it as it is pretty blurred. I believe this piece is from the early 20's but am not sure. If any of you know a bit more and share I will ad the information to the listing. This item is an old pair of Sterling Silver Hand Wrought napkin rings. Made by Anna Eicher of Park Ridge, Illinois(ca. 1910) with the rings each initialed with in-relief initials(A& R, as pictured) and with both rings in excellent condition. Napkin rings have been used, but not abused. There are some light surface usage scratches, but no dents, bends, or other serious flaws. Each ring measures about 3-1/4 inches long, by 3/4 inch'deep' by 1 inch wide, and each is marked with an old'STERLING, HAND WROUGHT, A in a circle mark that is shown in the Chicago Silver Marks on-line site as by Anna Eicher, which we are showing in the attached photos. IL) pair of Sterling Silver Hand Wrought napkin rings, with the rings each having a monogram(see pictured) and with both rings in excellent condition. Napkin rings have been used, but not abused. I could not resist this"Pirate Duck" with his red striped hat and red shorts with suspenders. He has made me happy since the day I acquired him in an antique mall for an outrageous price. He was worth every penny for the times I have caught a glimpse of him and laughed. Hi body is not balsa wood and is hefty so he is solid wood. As for the feet and wings. I cannot say for sure but they are quite sturdy. The feet sticking out the side will make him irresistible to someone as he was to me. I have had to pack everything away and little by little I am putting my treasures up on ebay as we are paring down for a permanent move to Florida.
