Nice US Army M5 Garand Bayonet with the scabbard. The bayonet is marked on the cross piece J& D tool co. US M5 and the scabbard is marked US M8A1 V.P. Co. both in VG condition, the bayonet measures 11 1/4" long with a 6 1/2" blade, blade looks like its had very little use and retains the original edge. vintage post WWII Czech VZ58 Bayonet knife 2 different versions 1 wood handle
This lot includes the 2 Czech bayonets in the photo. They are 2 different variations. The first is a two rivet type with short rounded guard. It has a half tang and unusual wood handle. The other is a two rivet type with long guard. It has a full tang and the standard composition handle. The full tang version is in good shape and appear to be unused with only minor wear from storage and handling. The wood handle version is used and has wear. The tip is blunted and the handle has a crack through it on each side. No sheaths. Shipping is $5.65
