Portable Rolling Antique Cast Iron Music Bible Stand Breaks Down Easy Victorian
Hello and thank you for looking. This is an antique music or book stand made of cast iron. Metal and wood. It is in very nice working condition. It breaks down easily and is fully adjustable. It come on wheels or casters which also work well. There is a nut on the bottom which when unscrewed allow for the four legs to come off. I have been able to use all of the adjustments accept the one that moves the unit up and down. That finger screw is tight and I don't want to force it. I see no reason why it wouldn't work given time and patience. This stand has been well cared for and displayed for many years but it is used and there are some marks. There is also a spot under the ledge on one side of the wood that has the remnants of an old sticker or mark of some kind. I was told this was a Victorian piece but I am no expert and really do ... moreno know its age. It looks very nice in the corner of my den. Here we have a lovely antique railroad coat hook- the wood features a nice beveled edge around the bottom and sides and measures 38" x 3 5/8" There are two sturdy eye-hooks. So it is ready to hang. It has five nicely decorated iron double hooks connected with steel rods. The top hook sticks out about 2 1/8" from the base and the bottom hook sticks out about 1 1/4" from the base. The top rack part sticks up about 6" from the base. The wood was carved out to hold the hooks- The wood is in great condition- and the finish appears age appropriate. There is some withe paint on the top trim when someone painted around it at one time( not real visible when mounted) and two holes drilled in the wood(not original) No damage at all to the hooks-PLEASE SEE ALL 12 ENLARGEABLE PHOTOS! Antique 1900's Ball Stick Arts & Crafts Solid Oak Hall Tree Coat Rack Seat WOW!!
Up or auction is an INCREDIBLE antique late 1890's-1920's Arts& Crafts Ball& Stick solid oak hall tree. This is a wonderful example of ball and stick design. There are 5! beveled glass mirrors and wonderful carvings to go with the top. Middle and lower ball& stick galleries. So much work went into this. There is a hammered brass umbrella stand with barley twist bars to hold the tops. There are WONDERFUL Eastlake style coat hangers all present and matching. The are mounted to turned wood disks that float with sticks inside a wood frame. There is a real show piece hand carved oak detail of raised rectangles at the main center that is just incredible to think it was hand carved. Two matching sun ray designs are above and below the mirror. Lastly there is a wonderful little drawer below the seat with telling joinery that dates ... morethis to the machine age. The corner joints are routered pins and holes in half round circles(Anyone who knows the name of this joinery I would love to know) This piece measures 83" tall x 29" wide x 16" deep. It is not a huge piece. In fact I believe the top crown to have been added to give height to this piece. I only have a very slight color change to go by and VERY WELL may be wrong but perhaps the house this was going into needed a little more height. There are little flame points at the top and ball and stick with the square posts matching perfectly so it is an old addition if at all. You can see how it would look with out it as this comes right out of its four mount holes. This is a piece to see in person. I would never hold you to an auction for a piece of furniture that you only saw pictures of. Feel free to bid and if this piece isn't as incredible to you and I think it is. This listing is for a beautiful and rare Antique Burney& Gay Fern Stand. The signature logo indicates that this piece was made before 1900. I believe the stand is made of mahogany. It measures approximately 36" high and 17" wide at the top. The stand is in good original condition with a lovely patina and appears to have been well cared for. There is a break in the wicker on one side panel as well as a nick on the bottom wicker. The pail to hold a plant also looks original. This was an estate find from Fleetville. PA. 31" ANTIQUE UDELL CAST IRON HOOKS OAK PULLMAN CAR RAILROAD TRAIN COAT HAT RACK
Here is a hard-to-find old wall rack for hats and coats. These were used on trains and train stations. In offices and banks and other commercial places. Today. We want them for our homes. This one measures 31" long and the hooks come out almost 7" from the wall. The hooks are in great shape with no cracks or breaks. The back board is oak and is original. It is stamped"Udell's hat& Coat Rack Udell's W W Works Indianapolis" on the back. The back board has been painted black. Has a crack and several mounting holes drilled into it. The hat rack dowel is pine and has a small split in each end where they put the mounting screw in. Not a perfect piece but will work perfectly and at a great price.

Antique "The Sikes Company" Cane/Umbrella Holder
This is a mission style oak cane/umbrella holder or stand. The Sikes Company was established in 1859-1956. It moved to Philadephia. PA in 1904-1906 from Buffalo, NY. My research shows that they moved back to New York in 1916. Stand has some spots of paint on it. There are a few dings here and there, but overall its in good condition. I believe it is the original finish but I am not sure. Has removeable tray at the bottom and what looks to be copper lined. Metal may be brass around the feet. A beautiful antique fern or hall table with spindled legs and lower shelf. Measures 29" tall and top is 16x16" Made of solid oak with nice darker finish that compliments the graining to wood nicely. for sale is a very nice and unusual hanging hall or wall mirror. it is quartersawn oak with inlaid designs of leaves and buds etc. very nicely done. it has what appears to be the original beveled mirror that is in very good condition. it has 4 original hat or coat hooks that are in great shape. the side wooden supports have carvings at the top and bottom. it appears as if it is original finish. it has a wire installed to hang it with. the mirror frame is 40 inches wide and 32.5 inches tall. the mirror itself is 23.5 by 19.5. Probably removed it would be 20 by 24 inches. i am starting it at what i paid like 15 years ago. i expect it can be shipped via post office for about 80.00. the hooks would need to be removed and shipped in a separate box. the shipping cost is the buyers expense. good luck

Cane / Umbrella Holder in Leather with Beautiful Escutcheon - 16 1/2" Tall
Very unusual. Beautifully crafted, cane/ umbrella holder completely made in full-grain(heavy) leather, dating likely from the late 1800s to early 1900s. What makes this piece so special, besides its classy appearance, is that the piece is completely made of leather, including the inside and the bottom of the piece(see last two pictures) The top and bottom rims are double- and stitched layers to secure the oval shape. There are some minor scratches inside and out. And a couple of areas that show some color differentiation but generally it's in beautiful condition for its age. It has the patina of antique. There are two handles attached on the side and a great escutcheon on the front as well as large brass-colored studs around the top. All of these show some wear and appear to be brass in color but not material. Offered is a Bradley and Hubbard Aesthetic Movement fern stand with Longwy pottery tile and vase. This is one of the rarer and most desirable models of the Aesthetic Movement brass stands. Identical stands have been featured in museum collections and exhibitions. Some have likened it's style to a"rocket" It is definitely an elaborate and highly styled example of fine metal work by Bradley and Hubbard. Only mark is Pat' Appl' For on bottom of top. Offered is a bamboo bottle or wine rack. That is very early made circa 1800-1880. The screws are show lines not exactly in the middle of the head. These were commonly used before 1880. The bamboo in early exhibiting a knurlier look than that found in later 19th or early 20th c. bamboo items. The overall patina is aged and original. The earlier the screw, the cruder it will be. Disclaimer: I am not an expert in antique pottery. I don't really know what to look for or how best to describe this so I'll just do my best. Selling a very unique antique Majolica umbrella stand with a basket weave design and ribbon in Green/Blue/Brown glaze. I'm told it is likely from the 1800s and possibly a"Roseville Blend" No makers mark but the number 749 or perhaps 249 is stamped on the bottom. It is very sturdy with thick walls. Measures 21 inches high by 10 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs 20.25 pounds. Appears to be in great shape to me. There is a chip on the rim that appears to be caused by an air bubble in the clay during manufacture(see close up pic) One very small chip on the ribbon(see close up pic) and a few other tiny nicks here and there that aren't worth picturing. Beautiful Antique Brass and Onyx plant or Fern Stand Pedestal.
Beautiful Brass and Onyx plant/ fern stand. It appears to be consistent with American design and manufacture. I did not find a maker's mark on the stand. The stand appears to be in great condition with no apparent breaks. Damage, repairs or missing parts. The top and bottom pieces of onyx are very nice but have a couple of small oyster chips around edges but no cracks. The bottom legs are ornate brass. The legs holding the top shelf are onyx columns and brass columns with decorative pieces. I am not sure of the metal holding the onyx columns. A magnet does not stick to them. The stand is about 31 inches tall. The bottom shelf is 11.25" high. The top onyx 12" x 12" the bottom is 10" x 10" Both are 3/4 inch thick. The plant stand weights 25.8 pounds and will be disassembled for shipment.

It’s also referred to a primitive as these sometimes pop up in the New England rustic markets and auctions. They are very useful for all sorts of decorative ideas, plus light and easy to move. This example measures 46” h x 19” w x 9” d and weighs only 10 lbs. The condition is very good to excellent with just the expected aging and wear as this is all original. It has NOT been refinished. Antique/Vintage Wonderfully Detailed Wooden Hall Tree
You are looking at a Wonderfully Detailed Arts& Craft or Mission Style Wooden Hall Tree. This fabulous Hall Tree is 5'5" tall and 22 inches wide at the base& is structurally in excellent condition. There are four brass or bronze hooks- one on each of the four sides. Each hook has two parts. So technically there are eight places to hang your hats. Umbrellas, or coats. The larger hooks are quite detailed in the Arts and Crafts design style. Just below the hooks are two areas having knots in the wood- where branches had once been a part of the tree this wood came from. I have taken pictures of these areas please look at them carefully. The finish at the top of the piece is showing some mottling of the stain. At the base there is some chipping or rubbing of the stain and the original wood color is showing through.
