Made in the shape of ... morea violin. The back has a Clef with a scale and notes. It measures about 10 3/4" high. There are no other marks of any indentity on the bottle. Bottle is fairly clean and shows tiny specks. There are no crack or chips and other marks are due to handblown glass, such as bubbles and/or age. There seems to be a very thin seam line which goes up opposite sides of the bottle-one in the front right and one in the back left side. One goes up part way on the neck of the bottle, while the other goes up farer but not all the way to the top. Sorry hard to describe this and pictures don't quite show them up since they are thin and fine. Really a great looking bottle and the color is quite nice. Buyer pays S&H. Up for auction is a beautiful inside hand painted Chinese snuff bottle. Hand painted on the inside of the bottle between January 2000 and December 2002 by a master graduate artist from the Yizi Academy in China. Measuring 3 1/4 inches tall and seal signed by the master artist. Complete with a hand carved spoon attached to the inside removable agate stone top. The bottle comes from my Uncles private estate collection and was special ordered by the him. This is not a mass produced bottle. Only two of any scene were ever painted. Inside painted or sometimes called reverse painted bottles are beautiful masterpieces that are painstakingly done inside the bottle through the small opening at the top of the bottle. The artist takes a fine sliver of bamboo. Used as a paint brush, bends one end and applies the color of paint needed at that time. Vintage 1905-1920 Primrose aqua glass bottle
This is a vintage aqua glass bottle. Circa 1905-1920. The bottle is imprinted with the words'PRIMEROSE SALAD OIL Western Meat Co. The bottle is in very good condition. It stands 11 1/2" tall and past the neck it is a square bottle that is approximately 2 3/4" on all four sides. There are no chips or cracks in the bottle. But it does have imperfections in the glass consistent with the era, such as bubbles and lines. There are a few scuff marks that aren't very noticeable.

Founded in 1958 in Clev eland. Ohio by Ernest O. Brody. EO Brody Glass Company sold glass vases exclusively to wholesale florists. Who in turn sold them to retail florists. EO designed the molds for each of his pieces, with names and numbers on the bottom. These were considered upscale back in the day. And the classic forms certainly withstand t he test of time.
