One of the glass fronts is paneled and made up of an original stained glass accented in green and pink hues. The clear glass door opens up and reveals two adjustable glass shelves. There are several arches that follow through the piece found at the top center and on the two glass fronts. The sides are intricately carved and paneled. The top center arch is adorned with a tin hand hammered detail as well as the drawer fronts. The brass hardware is original to the piece, there is one handle missing on the large drawer, which can be replaced. The tapered legs are accented with a bracket piece that join the two nicely. A section of the trim work at the top left side has broken off as seen in the picture but can be molded and fixed. Nice copper paneled carved crown. Early C. 1820-40 American Pittsburgh Free Blown Glass Bar Bottle
this fantastic early 19th Century Free Blown Glass Bar Bottle measures about 8.5" tall. It has a substantial amount of wear to the base. It is a quite heavy piece and it could've been originally intended to have been hand cut. But never got"done" It is a almost an onion form bottle. The color of the glass is a bit smoky leading me to the Pittsburgh area, but it is possibly from elsewhere. The bar lip is applied smoothed and shaped as can be seen. There is an air bubble trapped in the lip as pictured.

Vintage green IRRIDESCENT VASELINE GLASS decanter. Unknown maker. My guess circa 1910. The pewter spigot turns, and stops air. Not tested with liquid but we can feel how its firmly attached, properly aligned. No chips, No cracks to mention. However there is some wear to the decorative green applied beads. See last two pictures for wear to beads. Missing are two rings. Dimensions of the barrel body is 6x4" The applied beads are meant to depict the earth and trees. The color is very organic, looks like real moss.

This is a listing for a Chinese reverse painted snuff bottle featuring a bird motif. Its stopper is red plastic and rubber. This is not an antique piece. Just very attractive. The bottle itself is in mint condition with no chips, cracks or other undesirable characteristics. The plastic stopper has a scratch and some minor scuffing. The bottle stands just over 3" high and about 1 3/4" wide. These bottles are painted from the inside using fine brushes. They are sold often as souvenirs in China. Their history dates back to the production of antique snuff bottles in China when tobacco smoking was outlawed, but use of snuff for health was allowed. Front of bottle has a shield with hands joining in the middle. Above the shield is the word. UNION" surrounded by stars. On either side of the shield are branches with leaves. The back of the bottle has no markings or symbols. Bottle stands 8 and 1/4 inches tall and is 3 and 3/4 inches wide at the base. We are not experts on bottles. This one was found in an estate that did have lots of antiques from the middle 1800's. This style of bottle is consistent with what we have researched from the 1860's. In 1896 when William B. Fenn. The founder of Wilkes Barre, came up with the idea of a separating water bottle into two pieces which would help in keeping the decanter clean. Made by Perfection Bottle by Wilkes Barre. This is a unique water dispenser. Though a revolutionary idea, this type of water bottle appeared in stores for only a few years, The company closed in 1907 due to lack of sales which makes this a very old and unique tabletop piece that would grace any table. 3 Miniature Antique Painted Glass Bottles Perfume Bottles? Cats Black Americana I have to tell you about the auction that I went to last week. It was in Geneva Illinois. In a sandstone building that was built before the Civil War. The sale was the final liquidation of an antique store(they‘d had one previous auction- so much stuff, they had to have two) that used to operate out of this location- but the building has been closed, as well as the business, for over 20 years following the passing of the previous owners. Now, we’re talking two stories, an attic and a basement PACKED with antiques- it’s hard to imagine, and all of it just sitting for two decades. These folks had amassed a huge antique collection- many many items dating back to the early 1800s and before. There’s some gorgeous pieces of primitive Americana that I found. I can’t ... moretell you how excited I am to be listing my treasures from the sale. I will be listing them for weeks to come. I also have the last of my farm auctions and South Dakota finds listed this week, so there’s something for everyone! I purchased this lot of three antique bottles at the auction just because they are so darn unusual and cute- I really don't know anything about them. They are very light and delicate glass- and all three have been hand painted. There's two blue painted cats. And then what looks to be an African American figure. They appear to be made from molded glass- I thing I see a mold line going up either side but stops before the neck, where I see no lines. One cat measures 2" tall, 3/4" widest and 7/8" deepest, the other measures 1 7/8" tall by the same width and depth, and the figural one is broken at the bottom, as you can see from my photos, and I do not have the bottom piece. It measures 2 1/8" tall as it is, 1" wide and 3/4" deepest. This fella has the only structural issue that I can find. On the others, I see no cracks, or chips. They have minor paint wear, but that is it. They are dirty, and could use a good cleaning

Here is very nice. Vintage Rosewater bottle from the Middle East. It is about 10" tall with either painted panels or colored glass. It screws together just above the bulb and is marked with an"S" on the bottom as you can see in the pic. I am not sure. But some of it least looks silver. Perhaps that is the mark on the bottom? From a recent estate sale comes this old glass bottle with silver overlay. The bottle measures 10 1/2" tall to the top of the stopper. Interesting design shows a winged lion with the words PAX TIBI(peace be with you) There is also the image of a building with a tall steeple. The silver overlay is not marked sterling. No chips or cracks. Stopper is in perfect condition. Very little wear to the overlay. The blue glass is thin and delicate.

This bottle is in excellent condition no chips or cracks logo on the front of the bottle is in great shape also. The top is shaped like a soccer ball and it's corked. On the bottom it's embossed around the edge federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle. Under that Armstrong,under that D126,under that 3on one side and 58on the other, and at the bottom 12.
