Vintage Industrial Single Cast Iron Heavy Duty Casters HAMILTON 1903 #19
This single cast iron casters swivel and roll functionally HOWEVER I DO NOTICE A BENT AXEL AND CHIPPING TO INSIDE HUB. Made by the HAMILTON CASTER CO. AND PAT. DATE OF AUG. 17. 1903. The wheels have a diameter of 3" and the base measures 4 5/8" x 3 1/4" and stand 4 3/8" tall with 4 mount holes. These casters are heavy duty and should work well for even heavy projects. These are vintage objects that are dated but in good condition for their age as pictured. I NOTICE A CHIP OUT OF THE INSIDE HUB OF BOTH CASTERS AND DOES NOT SEEM TO EFFECT THE FUNCTION OF THE CASTER AS I REMOVED IT FROM A CART THAT WE USED TO REMOVE SALVAGED ITEMS FROM AN ABANDONED FACTORY IN WISCONSIN. see pic. This is a really nice heavily carved antique Victorian walnut pediment or panel. It has a nice center panel or medallion along with brackets on each corner. Floral cornices and carved trim. It measures aprox. 40 3/4" wide(33 1/4" wide at the top) x 23 1/2" high x 4 1/2" deep. There is a small piece of trim missing at the top left which you can see in the pictures, we may have a piece that can be used. Overall it is in good condition. Similar ones sold like this recently were fixed in there position. Four bolts in total, two for each side. The two on top adjust the up and down movement for the respected side. The bolts on the sides tighten to secure the platform. The patented date is on the bottom flange. Visible when looking down at the base.
