For sale six vintage large glass furniture legs. They probably came off a chest in a hospital as they were considered antiseptic in the earlier part of the 20th century. They are 4.75 inches high and 1.75 inches square at the tips. They are attached to an iron frame. They are ready for use. Most have very small chips in the glass. One has a fingernail size chip in the tip. These are rare pieces.

EARLY ANTIQUE HAND FORGED IRON BLACKSMITHS TRUNK BLANKET CHEST LOCK AND HANDLES
This auction is for some early hand forged hardware from a chest or trunk. The lock is missing the sliding bar and one of the handles needs the ends hammered over as the original ends broke off that hold the back plate on. The lock is very neat in design and a good blacksmith could probably repair them.The lock measures 7" long x 4 1/8" wide and overall 2" thick. The handles are 6 3/4" long x 2 1/4" wide. Salvaged Vintage Carved Wooden Legs & Arms for Chair
For your consideration we have a set of 2 wooden carved legs that measure about 7" and matching carved arms about 5 3/4" long. These were salvaged from an old chair that I rescued a long time. I'm not sure how old it was. But the first time I reupholstered it, it was stuffed with horse hair. I reupholstered it a second time, but after having it 30 years it just needed too much work. I was going to reuse the arms and legs for something, but never did. Hopefully someone will find these beautiful pieces useful. Both legs are missing a side piece, but that can be used in the back and won't be as noticeable. There is also a chunk missing from the back of one of the other side pieces. The one arm has a small piece missing at the top and the other one has a missing dowel. They all have a vintage worn patina. Please look at pictures ... morefor they provide the best description.
