All in great clean condition with original black plastic coated covering. The annodised gold aluminuim feet did originaly have cups so the threads are there if you would like to fit some or still look great without. Slight tarnishing to one alluminum foot as shown in pics. 4 Antique Indian Face Head Dress Cast Iron 2" Glass Ball Claw Stool Table Legs
This is an antique lot of four matching ball and claw cast iron and glass ball stool or table feet that are true survivors. Very old these have what appears to us to be an Indian Head with Feather Head Dress in cast iron and the glass ball portion is a little under 2" across. The one glass ball has most of the inclusions that are still intact I can only feel one of the chips missing the rest can be seen but not felt. These glass balls and show inclusions to each glass ball. Not sure what is factory made and what was from decades if not a century of use. The top of the leg where the taper goes in is around 1" wide and overall each leg is nearly 5" long. All four have no finish on them and are as found with some cool original patina that is surface rust and none is actually damaged in any way. Beautiful Antique Table with swing out legs and 2 drop sides
Up for auction is a very rare an unique table that I have acquired from my grandparents estate. I was told this table in perticular dated back to early 1900's. I don't have any documents on the table except what I was told by my grandparents themselves. The table was imported from Germany and my grandfathers father had this table sent over to him. The table has been in our family or atleast 100 years and I hate to auction it off but I have no need or room for it. C3097. this is a very lovely old table and will serve well it's owner for many more decades. it measuress about 42 1/2" x 42" without leaves and stands about 29 inches tall. it will take castors and that would give it a few inches more in height. Rare & Unusual 1840's Antique Table Legs with Claw Feet & Glass Balls
A man in his 90's had inherited these antique legs long ago from His grandfather in Arkansas. The age of the table legs are from the 1840's. He never used them so he decided to sell them to an antique store on consignment. I think these are wonderful pieces. They have the original patina. A few cracks here and there on the wood and the glass balls are intact. Some of the photos will show some of the cracks. To note the wooden leg is attached with an old screw(probably later and needs to be tightened) unto the claw foot which is made of metal. I wouldn't change the patina and leave as is. Here we have a great antique cast iron base table base that came off from an old WHITE sewing machine. The cross piece can be removed with a flat head screw driver if you wish to use the two legs on a larger table. The legs stand about 28 inches tall. These came with a Logan Lathe. But don't appear to be original to the lathe. As can be seen in the photos, the headstock side has been repaired- welded- but there is a hairline crack present near the top of the inside curve(see photos 6, 7& 8) that would not affect stability or even appearance once it it assembled. There is a factory cast arbor or hole into the headstock end on the middle support for a shaft to pass through. As seen in photos 1, 2& 5. These legs are heavy cast iron, weighing over 50 lbs each. Mid Century Rosewood Coffee Table Bench Ebonized Legs
This is a great mid century long bench or coffee table. The sides and the legs are ebonized and the top is solid rosewood. We have seen this attributed to Milo Baughman. But this is unmarked. It measures approximately 54" long x 16" wide x 14 1/2" tall. This is vintage and has been used, it needs some TLC. The top has a large stain which you can see in the pictures and it does have some bumps and bruises appropriate to age and use. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Vintge 1950's gray formica kitchen table with chrome rails and legs. Chrome cracked ice formica table with 2 extra leaves/boards. Table has rounded corners with double tubulor chrome rails and legs. There are two leaves/boards that can be stored under the table( see photo's) The table has a locking hook under it with two metal rails to store the extra boards. The table measures 47" long and 36" wide add the other leaves/boards and you'll have an additional 24" in lenght. The table has a few issues there is some chipping to the formica at the center(see photo's) the largest spot is the size of a dime and a little rust spot at the edge. LARGE! Ebonized Walnut Victorian Grand Piano Legs Carved Pool Table Base SCONCES
4 massive. Matching, ornate furniture legs. Authentic circa 1870-1890. I believe they are solid walnut, but not certain. Built to support HEAVY load, probably 800LBS+. In profile, the legs are serpentine. Deep carving shows leafy fruits/nuts. Bottoms have ornate scrolls on an octagon base. If you do not have any obvious re-use for these, they are wonderful as wall mounted sconces. I have seen them hold anything from family photos to sculpture. They each measure 23 1/4 inches tall, 16 inches wide, and about 10 inches deep. They shows lots of age/wear with chipping. A couple have cracks at bottom octagon. However, still quite solid and in good overall condition. Many other salvaged Victorian artifacts listed. All questions encouraged and answered. Antique Industrial Metal Wheel Casters! HUGE 8" wheels! 4 Set Table Legs
Up for sale are these 4 incredible antique casters. There are 2 pairs- one pair has asolid wheel. The other has 4 spokes. The 2 with the solid wheel measure approximately 8 1/4" in diameter and stands 14 1/4" tall, while the wheels with spokes measure approximately 8" and stand 13 3/4" tall. There are factory made holes in the bars which extend from the wheel to connect to the table/cart/etc so mounting should not be difficult. These are in beautiful industrial condition with a solid patina. Since they're so old the locking mechanisms would need some work to release the break/tighten the breaks. One is missing the upper arm to set the break(see photo) and one of the solid wheels has a yellow rust on one side. One of them has a spot that does not have rust/patina and still looks like a grey metal. These are very aged ... moreand would look incredible as legs for a table. Vtg Mid Century Modern Wood Tapered Pencil Coffee Table Legs Mounting Brackets
I found th ese table legs at an estate sale(I removed them f rom a table I purchased that was from the 1950s) They had a couple layers of paint on them(not original) s o I stripped them to the wood(they could use a little more sanding before staining) The metal end caps were al so painted so I sanded them down. T he tip ends still s how a little rust. Two of these sl ip off easily and the other two will come off with a tug. I didn't want to glue or tack these on so that the new owner can slip them off to stain the legs and repaint the tips too. The top ends have the mounting screws( a litt le rust. But very st urdy) and the mo unting brackets are also included. The brackets had some paint and rust which I attemp ted to sand off some to show they are still solid and sturdy. There is still quite a bit of rust on the back. But that will ... morebe underneath and wont show. These are the brackets that will give an outward tilt to the legs. Not just straight up and down mount. These are definately vintage legs, not reproductions, and are solid wood! There are a few dents and still a little paint do wn in the grain in some are as. Not perfect. But good solid legs! these measure about 13.25" end to end not including the mounting screw. The bracket will add another 3/8-1/2" the y are about 1 3/8" wide at the top and taper to about 5/8" these will cost me at least $10-12 to ship. I a m offering f ree shipping. But just so you know. These are very heavy duty.carrying an eight foot work top when found. They have a notch built in to hold a stretcher/ reinforcing board. The top piece has a built in 1.5" step up from front to back. As well as a brace for a backsplash. There are no maker's or foundry marks that I found. The rust is very light and much of it is'flash' rust caused by all the rain and moisture in the last weeks. No cracks were found. One small chip on one foot can be seen in photo 11. There is some reddish paint on the front of one leg. The height from the floor to the lower brace is 9" To the top of the front section is 30.5" to the top of the rear section is 31" to the top of ... morethe backsplash brace is 37" On the top, the front/lower section is 13.5" deep, and the rear/upper section is 15.5" deep. The usable space between the front and back legs, for a shelf for instance, is 15" The distance from the back of the splash brace to the front lip is 30.5" Distance between the outer edges of the front and back feet is 24" Each leg weighs just under 60 pounds.
