The chairs will need to be reupholstered for sure. But are very sturdy. They will also need to be cleaned up as there is some minor gunk build up. Not really pitting IMO. They all have a Shawnee-penn mfg co label on the underside. The table will also need to be polished up, and there is a minor flake on the table leaf glass, which does not show. Abstract floral pattern material is in excellent vintage/used condition. With no rips, no tears and no worn areas. The fabric has a velvet hand and shows only very slight fading. The cushions and springs are firm and hold their shape. The metal frame is shiny, sturdy and shows only very minor surface marks. One flaw is a juice stain on the black fabric under the cushion- this is not visible when the cushions are in place. This couch is being sold by the original owner who is downsizing her home. Mid Century Modern Floating Square Coffee Table Milo Baughman Era Laminate
Up for sale is a very nice Milo Baughman style mid century floating coffee table. This coffee table is constructed out of a laminate over a particle wood core. The laminate does have some damage spots on the corners of the table. They are not very noticeable when looking at it. The spots where the laminate is missing can easily be touched up with some black or brown paint to camouflage the damage if desired. This coffee table will make a great addition to any mid century modern home decor. The table has alot of surface area to place items on. Midcentury Parsons Chair; Milo Baughman style with custom
This is a Mid century that looks just like a Milo Baughman Parsons Armchair. It has a custom made plastic slip cover that zips on and off. It is a soft. Plush, fabric. No tears or holes in it and there is no wear on the fabric because the plastic had been on it for years. As a result it practically looks new. It has tufted back cushion, smooth plump cushions and allover upholstered style. It does have a small stain(about the sixe of half a dollar coin) on the right front side of the seat which may be able to be easily cleaned off. IT is truly a gem that will lighten up any room that it's in.

Showing on rips, stains, or other blemishes. Please note that the actual piece is a brilliant white gloss paper. Very difficult to photograph. The images added to this listing are such that I was able to show the depth of the embossment but not capture the true color of the piece. The piece was made as a design piece for the New Concept furniture line designed by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin. And is marked appropriately on the reverse. Nice Milo Style Chair This chair may be a Milo Baughman chair it is very close in style however it has wood plugs in the arm rests. That would make me think it is not. This chair is very comfortable and has great wood grain on the arms. This is an original Ron Knoll table I had refinished by one of LA's top guys. It is done in an absolutely beautiful cream colored faux linen lacquer finish. This is an amazing. Original 8 1/2' Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin sofa with its original upholstering. There are no holes or tears in any of the material. All of the cushions are in perfect shape except for the back of one cushion that has miniscule scratches as seen in pic#11. The backrest has what seems to be a very light paint over spray. Usually that will come off easily with water and a soft rag, but because this is all original I thought I would leave that to the next owner. It has it's original tag from Thayer Coggin and what seems to be strips of cardboard from when it was originally shipped, pic#9. Beautiful and unique Italian Mid Century Modern Burlwood coffee/cocktail table in the manner of Milo Baughman. I wish the manufacture's label were still there(see pic 10 for remnants) so I could identify this. As you can see the vintage Made in Italy tag pic 7) and destination ticket for NY(pic 8) are still there. Along with a'B' in white chalk. I have seen this same'B' on other tables and in fact there are a matching set of end tables I have seen on ebay for sale that are exactly like these and made by the same maker. The burlwood/olivewood is beautiful to stare at. Some darkening and discoloration on top as seen in pic 4 at the corner. Some marks here and there. In outstanding fashion, this piece is'wrapped' entirely- inside and out; and impeccably in the most luxurious nubby and neutral fabric. It had recently been reupholstered and is wonderfully clean but in the process, lost identifying maker/manufacturer labels.
