Antique Full Size Victorian Cast Iron Bed Frame. This is a REAL antique cast iron with what appears to be its original white paint. The so-called vintage bed frames of today cannot rival these antique bed frames which are solid cast iron designed and built by American craftsmen in the late 1800s and early 1900s. This bed frame is full size(they did not come in a queen size in those days) with delicate Art Nouveau-style botanical swirls with bulls-eye finials and delicate cannon balls on all 4 posts. Dimensions: Headboard is 52" tall and footboard is 41.5" tall. Frame is 54" wide and length is 76" wide. It's rather heavy. 4 1/2 lbs. and it's dark green in color. The measurements are 11 3/4 inches long 7 inches wide and the headboard is 7 inches high and the footboard is 5 inches wide.
