This is a set of old milk glass farm house table salt& pepper shakers made by Hazel Atlas. They are both marked on the bottom with the Hazel Atlas mark an A in the center of an H. They are made of milk glass and have metal dome lids. They are in good condition with no chips or cracks. The lettering on the salt shaker is faded. The lids are in good condition but do have some small dents and some wear from being used over the years. All can be seen in the pictures. They measure 5" tall with the lids on and are 2 1/2" square across the bottom. Overall this is a nice old set and would look great in any country primitive home. Check out my! Solid wood- probably pine, Seat is roughly square shaped with slightly rounded corners. It is hand hewn out of two solid. Thick boards with two very old"z" style staples at the center. All hand made. Beneath the seat or top. There are two thick bands of wood, attached to the top with old nails. All nails show age appropriate oxidation. The four legs are pegged into these wood bands so that they are very sturdy! No wobble. Fantastic and all original surface with the perfect amount of wear in all the right places! We have an amazing antique solid quatersawn oak harvest farm style dining table in excellent condition for sale. It is 8' long x 36" wide x 31" high. It is very sturdy and I was told and believe it came out of a library It can be seen at Assemblage' at 210 S. Washington street 98104 in Pioneer Square. Hours are Wednesday- Sunday from 11 to 5. But all are in very good condition and have not been used. There are no stains, pulls, or defects in the material. The fronts of the mats are made of white stitching and appears to be overlaid on a blue layer of netting underneath. The stitching forms a farm scene on each mat that appears to be a man sitting on a fence serenading a woman with a flute? while a cow, sheep, and dog look on. First off as always. Thanks for checking out one of our fine items for sale. This is no disappointment here. A tremendous table constructed of solid teak. Not only is it solid teak but amazingly thick at 2" on the top! The legs are 4" posts with stopped chamfers. The top as the pictures shows has'bread board ends' giving such a beautiful added detail. The table as a whole really is incredible and we are selling at a price comparable to one made of a knotty pine. It's only had one coat of Danish oil and could be colored darker if someone wanted to. Primitive Harvest Farm Table 8 Ft Long 40 Inches Wide
Here we have an 8 Ft Farm Table 40 Inches wide. We build primitive furniture here at Red Barn Primitives. We used recyclable materials when possible. The top on this table is Oak Hardwood Flooring. It came out of an opera house built in 1902. It was the stage floor and was salvaged. The bottom of the table which is made of pine painted a black distressed along with the legs. This table is very very Heavy and will be a pick up only item. We are very picky about our builds using hidden pocket screws and only using nails where there is no other option. Antique Matched Set of 4 Farm Table Legs.
These 31 inch antique farm table legs came from upper NY State and made sometime in the 19th century. They are made of old growth Floridian or Cuban mahogany which is a very rare wood now as the last old growth trees disappeared a century ago. Each leg is mortised for table rails/aprons and supports. Still solid as a rock and a wonderful 150? year old patina. 3 1/2 in. square at top. Please notice in picture there are some chipped areas and minor restorative filling on the turnings.
