It’s made of solid, heartpine, which is the heart stock of pine trees, and is a hardwood with great resistance to rot and warping/twisting. It has 2 swinging doors on top. Each with 2 wavy glass lites; and 2 swinging doors on bottom, each with 2 raised, vertical panels. In between the 2 sets of doors, there are 2 sliding drawers. All 4 doors and both drawers are equipped with original hardware. Originally. The cupboard was installed in a corner. The left and back sides were built into a wall, and the front and right sides was exposed. This hand-built reproduction of a 18th century Dutch armoire would look beautiful in your home or office. An original sold recently for over €20.000. I’m not sure about its exact age, but the materials and the construction methods used suggest that this armoire was built in the early 1900’s. This armoire has two paneled doors with molded ebony inlays. Inside are three oak plank shelves. With a small drawer suspended from the bottom one. Below the doors is a single wide drawer, locked with a pin from inside the unit. Dimensions are approximately 74.4"189 cm) high, 19.7" 50 cm) deep, and 59” 150 cm) wide. The largest dimensions are for the top of the unit: 70.1 inches(178 cm) at its widest point, and 25.6" 65 cm) deep. The doors measure about 58.3" 148 cm) in width. Very Rare Drexel Declaration Hutch/Buffet Designed by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall in the 1950's. Made of oiled walnut with rosewood accents. Has original white porcelain pulls. The buffet is listed in the original catalog as item# 851-110 and has the original automatic interior light. It measures 48 1/2" wide, 20" deep and 31" high. The hutch top however is elusive and is not listed in any catalog that I have found and I have never seen this piece advertised for sale. It is clearly marked as Declaration and has an item# of 851-210. It has the lovely rosewood accents on each side near the top and has the original textured white glass shelf inserts. It is fastened to the buffet by screws and a metal tab. Has a very Danish Modern look to it with the flared peaks at each side. It measures 11" deep at the bottom ... moreand tapers to about 6 1/2" at the top. It is 48 1/2" wide and stands 35 1/2" to the top of the flare. The bottom shelf is about 8 1/2" deep, the top one is about 6 1/2" deep. Neither shelf has a plate rail. I would rate the condition of this piece as excellent. The hardware on the bottom right door does not appear to latch properly but it opens and closes just fine. Up to you whether to replace or not. The patina is great with all the things you see in these early pieces. There's age from use and time. The look that's so precious to find and desire for decorating. VINTAGE Aluminum HOOSIER cupboard inserts
I do not know the origin of this piece. My guess is that it came out of some sort of Hoosier-type cupboard as an insert. It measures 19 inches long. It is 12 1/ 4 inches wide. and 9 inches deep. The right door with the air holes slides to the left. There are some tiny pin size flecks of rust. But nothing of signifigance. It does have wear marks where the right door slid to the left over and over again. Also slightly dented on left middle side. It probably will look even better shined and polished, but I have not done that. If I had to guess the age, I would guess the 1950's. If anyone has more info than me, please, drop me a note.

Old Sellers Hoosier Kitchen Cabinet Cupboard Spice Jars Flour Bin Cutting Board
This auction features a vintage kitchen cabinet. Although the original nameplate is missing(Can be easily found on-line) This cabinet was made by the Hoosier Manufacturing Company in Indiana. This 2 piece cupboard stands 70 inches tall. Measures 41 inches wide, and is 27 inches deep outside measurements. The cabinet is super clean in condition, no repairs, cracks, or splits and is ready to go straight into your kitchen. This cabinet is in very good to excellent cosmetic condition. The pictures show this to be a tad more red in color than it actually is. The piece has a warm, rich brown tone. The upper section is clean and retains the original finish. Any door charts that were originally with this cabinet have been removed years ago, but those too can be found on-line for the purist. The two-piece tambour door slides open easily and is all-original, ... moreno repairs or missing pieces. When opened, one can see the flour bin and sifter, and the hanging jar rack. All but one of these small spice jars are included, and these are the original jars that came with the cabinet. The rack revolves easily and is structurally sound. The porcelain top is in excellent condition. Shows little signs of use, and best of all, no unsightly large chips or discoloration. Below the porcelain top, there is a bread board that has had its share of bread and vegetables cut on it, but is original to the cabinet. The base below when opened reveals a rack on the one side. Complete and without damage, and three drawers on the other. The drawers each have a large porcelain knob, I don’t think these are original and in my opinion need to find a new home as soon as possible, but they work as intended and are vintage knobs, just not the original ones. Two of the feet are missing the metal end-caps. The bottom inside sags a bit. Typical with these cabinets. Back in the day, one would find cast iron frying pans, baking dishes and other heavy cookware in the bottom and over time, the bottom typically sags. This can still be used for storage because it i

Nice unit I removed from a large duplex in Youngstown Ohio. Wood is pine with an oak paint grained/faux finish. Good wavy glass and very sturdy. It mes.94"h x 47"w x 13"d. 4 drawers make up th bottom section with a windowed gallery in the middle. The upper section has 2 large doors with 4 shelves. There is a beaver board backing. I don't have any of the casing as it was removed before I got to them. Shipping cost will vary due to location and quoted price is for a 300 mile radious of Youngstown. Great lot of 8 green Depression Glass drawer or cupboard door pulls There are two different sizes and two different styles of these solid glass knobs 4 large matching pulls in hexagon shape measure about 1 1/2" across. 2 smaller pulls also in hexagon shape are about 1 1/4" across. 2 more smaller pulls with 10 edges rather than the 6 edges in the others measure about 1 1/4" across. No chips or cracks or repairs in the glass knobs. There are a few bubbles in the glass- these are quite old. Screws and washers have light surface rust and some screws are longer than others. This is a beautiful. Country Cupboard Hutch. The top has a unique stepped back design with plate grooves on all the shelves. There is lots of storage on the bottom section with two cabinets 25 1/2 wide by 24 inches tall,with two shelves running the entire width of the cupboard. There are two drawers with crystal knobs. Overall, it is 61" Wide x 81 and 1/4" High x 19 and 1/2" Deep. The base is 36" High with an original cutting board in the center. This hutch has some primitive painting and distressing and is painted a golden yellow color. This is a beautiful piece. But it's just too big for my current home.

Up for auction is a Vintage Antique Kitchen Cupboard. This is extermely old and I do not know its exact age. There is nothing on it to determine its actual age. There is one marking that is a sticker which I have pictures. There are 2 glass doors and a latch that are in working condition. The drawers are in working condition and 2 doors on the bottom also in working condition. As pictured paint is very crackly, and the back panel has a few cracks in it. Miniature Cupboard Child's Eastlake Style Furniture Salesman Sample Two Tone
Up for bidding is This darling child's" dish cupboard" This wood cupboard is in the Eastlake style. Made in the late19th or early 20th century during the the victorian period. It is possibly a salesman sample but it's size suggest that it was a child's dish cabinet. It is unusual inthat it is so beautifully made with the ornamentation and shading of wood not usually found in children's toy furniture. It is in good original condition.Glass is not original. We have never attempted to refinish it. it would be beautiful if refinished.The cupboard is in one piece. the bottom section with 2 wood paneled doors measures 16" high by 19" wideand the projection is 9" from front to back. The top section measures 21.5" tall by 19" wide and the projection is 6.5" back to front. I am not sure of the ... morespecies of wood. I'm certain it was original to the house. It has peeling paint everywhere. and it has rust showing through paint in other locations. But the door swings, shuts, and clasps with no problem. The bevel glass mirror is in surprisingly good condition(as you can see in the photos) I am including three glass shelves. Two of the shelves appear to be original. The third shelf is a replacement. One of the original shelves has a chipped edge(as shown in the photos) Exterior front measurements: 18.75" wide by 22.75" tall. The face frame is about 1.5" thick. Old Country Flatback Cupboard Raised Chamfered Panels Burnsville North Carolina
Old flat cupboard. Supposed to have originated in or around Burnsville, North carolina. that is where the family i bought it from said it came from. It has that mountain look about it, so i think it probably is from that area. the drawers are a different color, and that has been a mystery, BUT i am sure they are original to the piece, I just dont know if someone started to paint it, or they were going to paint all the panels and leave the rest natural, or what. A man I know who has seen many antique country and period pieces told me he had seen one or two others similar, brown drawers, the rest old black varnish, or whatever.Some of the pictures make the contrast seem drastic, others dont. the camera flash exaggerates the contrast, it is less noticeable in person, for sure. i think it is mostly like poplar and the shelving and back, maybe ... morepine, hard to tell, someone got happy with some blue paint inside! I think the back is beaded pine tounge and groove narrow boards, like old ceiling boards. it has 2 raised panels in each side, one in each lower door, and the drawers fronts are raised panel looking, they are thick drawer fronts. this has round nails mostly i think, not pegged, but maybe a nail here and there, where a peg might have otherwise been. They just built it however they built it, some is tounge and groove, and panelled, the lower doors are more like a rabbet joint, i think that is what you call it, country cabinetmaker's whatever hodgepodge, I am gonna build a cupboard construction, it is what it is. Besides the drawers. The rest of the exterior looks to be old black bubbley crazen vanish or shellac, whatever turns dark brown or black, and frogskins over the years.
