Late 18th or Early 19th century Two Piece Corner Cupboard
This two piece corner cupboard dates late 18th century to early 19th century. It is from North Carolina and made from Red Walnut It has had 2 or 3 panes of glass replaced and the rest is original. There is one hinge that is replaced but is almost identical match to original. The secondary wood is pine and the shelving is butterfly shape. It has dental molding and and line inlay and basket of fruit inlay.

So that's it, anything that doesn't have it's own keeper is outta here. Adios it's gone. There are lots of sites online that sell the new repro Craftsman latch keepers for these exact model of latches in all the traditional original finishes. We only list original pieces. So that's not much help to us. But if you don't mind matching them up with a new ... morerepro Craftsman keeper, then this listing is one seriously good scoop! 7 latches standard size back plates measure 1 1/2" X 2 1/8" 1 latch nickle finish back plate measures 1 3/8" X 2 3/8" 2 latches small back plates measure 1 1/8" X 1 3/4" They all need a really good cleaning(don't know what's up with the bandaged top) Here's spring condition in order from the third photo: Photo 3- All springs snap nice and sharp. Vintage Folk Art Primitive Hand Made Child Cupboard Miniature doll
This amazing find is a vintage. Hand made miniature kitchen cabinet/china cabinet complete with cupboards with shelves that frame a window, and enclosed by swinging doors on hinges, a pull out cutting board in the center, drawers that pull out on the lower right and two bins that pull out from the top, located below the cutting board. Made of plyboard and stained a flat mahogany color. It measures 16" in width, almost 12" tall and 4" deep. One small damaged area on the top left; see photo. Solid back. Weighs about 3 pounds and is very sturdy. An amazing work of folk art not seen very often. Probably from the 1940's or 1950's. Unmarked/unsigned.

This is a very special. Early, pie safe from North carolina. Pie safe has punched tin screens on the sides and on the doors. Unique in size, pie safe measures 37" wide 17" deep 50 1/2" high. This piece is in good condition for its age and stands very sturdy. The top has two metal pieces covering up holes in the top where the knotted wood must have fallen out. This terrific vintage tall mid-century modern china cabinet has shelves behind glass doors with plate rails and both drawers and blind cabinet space with shelves behind attractive wood doors below to offer ample display and storage space in an attractive circa 1960's-1970's wood cabinet in very nice condition. This straight line mid-century modern china incorporates carved wood pulls into the doors and drawers instead of adding hardware. This wonderful tall mid-century modern china cabinet stands 74 inches tall by 54 1/2 inches wide by 16 inches front to back at the bottom level. While 12 inches deep at the set back display case. This cabinet looks to be home made. The door and beveled mirror look like they came from a different original med cabinet. Came from a victorian home and was recessed with a 2" reveal. Cabinet has 3 adjustable wood shelves. The door is a bit loose but still functions. There is some ghosting on the mirror around the edges. I’ve seen these used on transom windows, cabinets, casement windows almost anyplace you’d like to use a unique looking latch. The condition is very good with the latches having age darkening dings and scratches and loss of finish from age. All I did to these was a quick wiping down with an oiled rag. You are considering. In my opinion, and early primitive, walnut, tobacco dryer. If I am wrong, feel free to chime in as this is the first one I have ever seen. Its not a pie safe or jelly cupboard as the are no shelves. It is not a smoker as the wood is not charred. The bottom boards can be stacked or removed to increase air flow in addition to the side screen and the chimney. There are many slats for hanging the tobacco plants along with the runners to hange the slats. I am sure it is walnut. It is a really solid and heavy piece with a ton of age/character. The porcelain on the knobs have blemishes and specks in the glazing like all good old porcelain should have. The blemishes are hard to get to show in the pictures. The latches have no old paint and were washed with water. There is no paint remaining. Just a pleasing amount of light rust. The latches can be left as they are to continue to age gracefully or be painted for a great vintage look. The upper storage area doors have the original bubble glass. The pull our door below the glass doors with enamel baking shelf is in excellent condition, on the right side are two storage areas with original air vents for keeping baked goods and below is a large storage area.
