I am unsure of its actual age, or manufacture. It has three drawers, all quite large, and a detachable etched mirror with a wooden back. The mirror is loose from the wooden backing but could be reattached easily with some mirror hooks. The chest of drawers has a gorgeous multi-directional veneer finish that gives it an amazing, gorgeous appeal, and it has the original brass hardware. The posts that would attach the mirror to the chest are missing, but again, easily replaced. The drawers have dovetail joints. There is some small veneer loss on the feet of the piece.

Made from pressed glass it is solid at 480grams, it stands 11.2cm tall(+lid) x 8.3cm base diameter, it is in very good condition with only very minor nibbles around the base rim, the lid is topped with an acorn finial and is probably pewter, it is showing age marks and some small indents around the bottom rim, minor but mentioned for accuracy sake, regardless this piece still displays beautifully, suitable for conserves on the table or maybe private things in the bathroom or vanity. Another slightly shorter jar and 2 matching smaller jars. The sterling silver lids. Which are gilded on the inside. Beautiful Turn of the Century American Oak Dresser Up for your consideration: A wonderful example of fine artistry by American Furniture Makers. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. They were quite up in years and the dresser was quite old when they purchased it and I found an Old Catholic Confirmation Certificate(in English) dated 1910 rolled up with what appeared to be an old Marriage License(in German) The lovely Beveled Mirror is in Excellent condition for its age and is framed ... morein a the beautiful Victorian tradition. Beveled Mirror attached well and swivels up or down. The Drawers feature the Grand Serpentine style. The drawers all lock and of course the original skeleton key is included. I am not sure however if the dresser’s knobs are original or not. The Dresser features the rare and beautiful Tiger Oak Construction. Quarter Sawn) The drawers are all in pretty fine condition. One drawer seems to want to go in further than it should but could be easily remedied. There is also a chip in the front edge of one of the left drawers. Antique Dresser All Oak. White Marble Excellent Condition Beveled Mirrors Offered is a beautiful oak dresser or vanity. The outstanding feature is the white marble top and it is in mint condition. This is remarkable considering it's age. The dresser has 3 parts- the mirror assembly. The marble mid-section, and the oak base cabinet. The mirror is attached with 2 wooden rear slats which extend to the base cabinet& screws that hold it rigid. The marble rests on the base. It is solid and sturdy. It stands evenly on the floor. The buyer can take this dresser home& use it, guaranteed to have a major effect on a room when it comes to decorating. Guaranteed antique- not a reproduction. This will retain value- about 100 years old, perhaps more. DESCRIPTION: The dresser has a 3section mirrored top consisting of a frame with arching top ... moremolding with a carved horizontal over 1/4 round fluted side columns. The center miror is stationary with side mirrors that are hinged& swing out almost 180 degrees. All mirrors have wide bevels. Excellent silvering without blemishes. The marble section is white with a thin grey lines from the stone. It is not composit or manufactured stone. It is clean, no chips, no repairs. The mirror rests on the rear of the top shelf which is over a marble galleried backsplash and opposing side sections. The flat top surface is clean& smooth white marble, all marble is matching and original to the piece. The base cabinet has 2 pull out drawers over 2 swing out doors which open to a large interior with a center horizontal shelf. The base has 1/4 round fluted columns which match the mirror and a center vertical with carving and a burled oval decoration. The pulls are brass, the locks work, a key is provided. The dresser is clean inside, the drawers are not stained, there are no odors, was not stored in a damp location(it's in our house) the drawers slide easily, locks work, this is a nice piece of furniture. Antique Sterling Silver Hand Mirror Vanity Acorn & Leaves
This is for an antique sterling silver mirror. Vanity hand with a beveled mirror. Marked with Sterling and a hallmark which I am not sure of. The silver shows some damage with dings. Dents and a small separation at the mirror(see last pic) Mirror has a few spots. There is a spot on back which is nothing but an old sticker. Didn't know what product to use to take it off. Monogram looks like B C W? Measures 13 1/2" long. The center looks like the leaf of an oak and the end has what looks like a leaf and acorn. Little tarnish and will need cleaned and polished.

This is a 1930's(Maddox Tables- Jamestown. NY) antique slanted desk which was 100% restored during the 1990's. The key to lock the desk is missing and there's some cracking/scratches on the top edge towards the rear of the desk. Overall, everything else is in excellent condition. It measures 41.5 in height, 33.5" in length and 17.5 in width. Local pick-up ONLY, will not ship.

1930's Antique gold gilt metal / brass FILIGREE VANITY PICTURE FRAME Ornate
Old frame. Has some dark areas of patina from normal age and use. I cleaned it a little with soap and soft brush but dark areas. the gold gilding. Very ornate pierced detail filigree with five petal flowers set on each of the curved"ruffles" The previous owner told me this was her Mom's and it originally had matching perfume bottles so this was from a set. I only have the frame. Dark burgundy velvety fabric on the back and it can either stand or be hung on a wall as it has two rings for attaching a picture wire. 12-1/4" high. 10" across the outer measurement, and the photograph size would be for a standard 8" by 10" I tried to slip the back board in with some white tissue paper behind the glass to show the frame best but the paper slid up because it was too thick. That is why you see only a strip of black ... morealong the bottom. The reverse of the velvet backing is black. Guaranteed to be as described though not sold on approval. As is. This set has a total of 10 amazing bedroom pieces. All of these pieces dates to between 1840 to 1860. They are done in a oyster shell veneer finish. Oyster shell veneering was used in Europe for over two hundred years. It had originated in Holland in the late 17th century. It took him almost 10 years for him to put this collection together. It has been stored at my home in Florida for about 10 years. The condition is very good considering the age of the pieces. There is some surface damage to both pieces. this is an exquisite handmade antique wooden cigarette box made mid 1800's. it can also be used for whatever desired. It is beautifully made from high quality materials and very intricate. the box is made from wood and is covered with very tiny hand cut mosaic detailing. the mosaic contains bronze. Wood, stone, and bone. the box is lined and trimmed with hand cut and laid ox bone. it is a very old box and very well made. has a wonderful patina from age and use. if you see the lining. this is a very high end antique handmade wooden dresser box from mid to late 1800's it has an exquisite shape and nicely routed dark stained edges. also a nice ball shaped trim at the base. there is wonderful art deco details on each face of the box. That has some ware from use. the keyhole has a victorian brass trim piece but missing key. the box opens and closes nicely on hinges in the back and stays open with an added brass extender piece at the side. its made from many different wood and veneer which has a high gloss finish. there was a thin cork bottom added to the bottom to stop the box from sliding and scratching surface it sits. it measures 15 inches long by 9 1/2 inches back to front by 5 1/2 inches tall. large box. it has some splitting to the wood from age on the top and in the back. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN HORSESHOE FRAME - BEVELLED VANITY - DRESSER MIRROR c.1800s
This unusual horseshoe shaped mirror is intended for dresser or table use. It has two 3/4" brass ball feet and a hinged prop-arm stand to hold it upright. It has a 1 3/4" wide frame. I'm not sure of the wood. But it's tight-grained with the original finish& appears to be possibly cherry or mahogany. This mirror stands 12 1/4" tall and is 10 1/2" in width at its widest point. The frame is approximately 3/4" in thickness. The mirror has a 1" bevelled edge and its area measured to the frame rabbet is 7" W. x 8 1/2"H. The prop is 8" L& 1 1/2 W. The mirror shows some small areas of silver loss and the frame has some minor finish damage at the edges. But over-all, it is in very good antique condition. Here up for auction is an antique vanity/ make-up table I found in an estate sale here in our Great Smokey Mountains of North Carolina. It measures 45 inches wide and 18 inches front to back. It has a desk top 31 inches tall with all the room for the chair you will have to have. It also has the original mirror that is a three piece. It measures 31 inches wide and 35 inches tall. The mirror has the original tarnish that most antiques have. It could be replaced but the original has the personality that matches the desk. Here again I will not change it so not to take any value out of the piece. It's missing one leg and with all antiques I will not replace it so not to take any value out of the piece so if you want to find one you can go from there with that. There however are still 7 solid legs so it still stands firm without wobbles. It's ... morestained a dark color and has all the real scratches and dings that it has come across over the years also. I can't but wonder how many times the lady's have sat in front of it and transformed with their beauty in those mirrors. It has six drawers with all original handles and work great.
