This auction is for an antique most unusual MISSION. ARTS& CRAFTS, Victorian era side accent table. Here comes the story on the table. It sat in the corner of my grandparents summer cottage for all 70 years that they owned the cottage. It originally held a lamp that was an apothecary jar filled with marbles. I only mention that. Because my brother through a"Dick and Jane" book at me, and it broke the lamp, and the marbles went everywhere. Our butts were sore for the entire evening after that. When my family sold the cottage. I just had to have the table. I took it home, placed it in a corner with a huge fern on it until, I moved out of that house in 1988. When I was moving the table is the first time I ever noticed that one& half of the six legs were broken off. I was telling my mom about it, and she laughed and told me ... morethat I must be blind because the legs were gone since before I was born in 1947. She told me that was the reason it was in the corner for all those years. I can't believe I missed it. It never wobbled for me. And, as you can see, it stands straight when you have things placed on it. The top needs refinishing for sure. It has 12 sides to it. And a beading ball rim. The oak body has rounded off ridges running the length of the table. There are cut out diamond shapes around the table. If you can live with the unusual leg problem. And love things in a shabby condition, you could really love this true ARTS& CRAFTS little table. It can be used in many styles of home decor. for auction is a one of a kind antique burl walnut coffee table. i attribute it john jelliff. If he made it, good for him, you won't find a better one, if someone else made it, they are at least as good as jelliff if not better. anyway, this is the real deal, it is not cut down, it is not a reproduction. most tables listed as coffee tables are cut down from a taller table. coffee tables for real are quite rare in antiques, this particular one is extremely rare. i have never seen another like it. you will not find another one like it nor will you find a better one. it is fabulous, center crests on sides and ends, corinthian capitals on the top of the legs supporting the table top frame. the marble top is very intricate, also original to the piece and in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, etc. the marble alone today would cost at ... moreleast 1000.00 to have cut scalloped and molded. the table has many great features, the burl walnut in the several panels makes it extremely attractive. it is very solid and free of any visible damage or repairs, there is some crazing in the burl but that is to be expected on a table that is 150 years old. the only tweaking i can see on the table is that a couple of the glue blocks have been replaced. it is a large one being 42 inches wide, 29.5 inches deep, and 21 inches tall. again, you can not find this table anywhere, it is in a league of it's own and is of nearly museum quality. it has been in my bedroom in front of a belter sofa for some time now, however, i just acquired a wonderful john henry belter bedroom set which is taking up quite a lot of additional space and this particular table needs to go somewhere else, problem is i do not have any room for it anywhere else so i have decided to sell it. a very very nice table. you make pick it up at my home or it can be shipped at buyer's expense. good luck.

Antique primative hutch bench tilt top table. Its a nice blue painted piece. Its in good condition for a table that has been used this much. It is good and solid and should last another hundred years. This is not a reproduction it has good age. It came from an estate in Brooklyn Connecticut. These tables are also refered to as settle tables. The dimensions are 48 inches long by 28 inches deep and 29 inches high witch is normal hight. The top just flips up and back to turn the table into a bench or settle. When the top is in the down position a wood dowel holds it in place. The table is what is called a scrub top which means worn smooth. It makes a great second table also because of being able to be a bench when the table is not needed. A pair(2) of vintage. At least, possibly antique, silver-plated, Old English Pattern table spoons in Good condition by a Sheffield Maker I cannot trace. Possibly a rare pair. Therefore? Or scarce? There is an extended drop, to the reverse of the bowls and the Maker's mark is clear and distinct on the reverse of the terminals- AW&JH followed by an S for Sheffield and preceded by an A, which I presume is a Date Letter. Up for auction is a very unique antique tile top table with a wrought iron base dating from the 1920's or possible earlier. The table is unsigned but looks like a custom Catalina tile table. The tile top features three chili peppers. Great color and design. It is one solid large round tile that makes up the top of the table. Overall condition is very nice for its age. The tile has no cracks or chips. Some normal crazing on the colorful design as seen in the photos. Wrought iron base is solid and has no cracks. No repairs and no broken parts. Very unusual and very"cool" lamp! This is a great. Art Deco Era, 1920's street lamp from St. Louis, MO which was turned into a large table lamp or floor lamp. The lamp is HUGE and retains the original cap and the bottom fitter attachment, both of which are metal. The lamp is attached to a wooden base which is painted dark brown. The old glass is gorgeous in a rectangular geometric design and is a satin frost. The lamp houses one light bulb. The lamp is in excellent, working condition with the wiring being vintage. The lamp operates with a pull chain. There is one interior"blip" on the glass(see photos) but the exterior glass is excellent with no chips or cracks. This is a very nice and very unique item! You are bidding on an antique victorian Wooden Hotel counter Cigar Tilting Display tray/Table. It is in very good condition. It measures 18 1/2" tall fully tilted up. The tray measures 10 3/4" square. It has a Carved Wooden Pedestal. There is an adjustable cast Iron joint to adjust the angle of the tray. Cigars would be placed in the tray at angles to make an enticing display. The Base is weighted with cast Iron. The adjustment joint is marked Economy.

Antique Mid 1800s English Solid SATINWOOD Inlaid Marquetry Night Stand Table
This is an antique nightstand that is made of solid wood and appears to be satinwood. The stand has a drawer that is hand dovetailed in the front and the back. The dovedails are very fine and have an inscribed mark remaining from when the craftsman originally laid out his work. There is a finely inlaid checkered accent around the drawer front as well as the front of the legs. There is also an inlaid design in the center of the front door. The stand is topped with a piece of marble that measures 14" x 14-1/2" The marble is not cracked or chipped. But does show wear consistent with age. The stand measures 33-3/4" tall x 15-1/2" wide 14-3/4" deep. All of the wood is solid on the piece- there is no laminated wood or plywood. The screws in the brass hardware appear to be machine made and I estimate that the piece dates ... moreto the mid 1800's and was made in England. The piece overall is in excellent condition for its age. There is minimal wear consistent with age and some age cracks in the wood. The joints are tight and there do not appear to be any repairs to the piece. The back piece of wood on the stand does have a large crack as seen in the photos. I do have a bed that matches this night stand that I will be listing separately in the near future. We try to describe every item as accurately as possible; however. You are bidding on this 6 piece child’s ornate antique table set consisting of a butter dish with lid. Sugar with lid, spoon holder and creamer. This set was produced by the Higbee Company in the 1908-1918 time-frame. The original name for this set is“Style” but collectors continue to call it by the more descriptive name of“Arrowhead-in-Ovals” All pieces are in wonderful condition with no chips. Cracks or discoloration. I only found one bubble in the base of the sugar which is not unusual for this type of old glass. The following are approximate measurements: The butter dish is 2½” complete height and 3¾” across the base. The creamer is 2-3/8 high and 3-3/8” from spout to handle. For your consideration is this Antique Piano Parlor B&H Ornate Table Oil Kerosene Lamp With Fenton Coindot Shade. This Beautiful. Antique Oil Lamp measures approximately 32 3/4" tall and 9 1/4" wide. The Pink Fenton Coindot shade measures approximately 5 1/8" tall and 8 5/8" in diameter. The base of the shade measures approximately a little under 4" in diameter. The shade is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. The only thing I can see is 1 thin flake on the bottom rim of the shade(shown in pic) and the normal minor roughness around the inside rim from being cut away from the mold. The lead glass chimney to the lamp measures approximately 10" tall and about 3 1/4" at it's widest point. The chimney is signed at the top. HIGH GRADE ATLAS LEAD GLASS. It is in very nice condition, EXCEPT for ... morea very small flake around the bottom rim and a couple very small spots of roughness around the bottom rim as well. The ornate. Black cast/wrought iron base of the lamp is in very nice condition as well. There is one small spot(shown in pic) where some of the black paint has worn a bit. The burner is marked, The B& H, for The Bradley& Hubbard Co. This antique oil lamp has been very nicely converted to electric and the cord is in very nice, safe condition. Offered here is a beautiful Antique 19th Century Chinese Carved Rosewood. Huanghuali, Hungmu or simular Table Top Chest with mirror frame. This beautiful piece of furniture is made of richly colored well grained wood. The front panel is ornately carved with a Cherry Tree in a decorated vase on a stand in front of ribbons and scrolls. What appears to be books on a rack, round box, a Gongshi vase with scrolls and a wand with tassel. Branching tree in a pot, another vase with fronds on a geometric stand and a bowl with two peaches. The sides an the bracket feet are simple. The oval frame sits on two scrolled feet with scrolling fretwork. To open the front panel. Take your two thumbs an push the two front and push the two top corners to release the bottom, lift out and up and slide in. Measurements: 27" high. 19 1/2" wide. 10" ... moredeep. This is an antique Solid oak mission desk/ library table that I found up in New Hampshire in 1983 and had it restored back then. It is in very good condition. A few scratches on bottom shelf, and a couple repairs of scratches on top, see pictures. it has the origianl tag on bottom that reads BOHM Cabinetry Rochester NY. The table cover has an Stickley. Arts and Craft Deco look to it with a floral design done in embroidery floss. The square table cover embroidery floss colors are red. Yellow, green and black. The table cover is nicely finished with a scallop finish on the outer edges. Table Doily cover measurements: 24” x 24” approximately. Tablecloth condition: Good pre-owned condition with some imperfections. There are 11 small spots where the red embroidery thread on the outer scallop edges is missing. I have purchased red embroidery thread and am including the embroidery floss with purchase should the buyer wish to repair it in the future(see photos 6 and 7) The shade of green embroidery ... morefloss is an olive green front side and a darker green on the reverse side(see photos 11 and 12) On the reverse side you can see that there has been color bleeding to the green floss. I did not find this to be noticeable on the front side of the table doily cover. The tablecloth is in"as found" condition and I have not cleaned the table cloth because of the mends required. Antique RARE Sewing Table Cabinet & MIrror & PIn Cushion HELP UNKNOWN WOOD ????
Here we have avery old antique sewing cabinet. I my self have no idea on whats the name of wood if any one can tell me thank you very much. Has a mirror plus a pin cushion also i do have the 1 bottom draw skeleton key but i do not have key for the top cover. As you can see it has cracks on the top wood plus on bottom but it still very solid. Also the one left side compartment with door is missing 2 screws to hold the brass hing on wich is a very easy fix as shown in pictures. The other side compartment works great still has its original fat pin cushion as shown. I do not have a key so thats why the top door with mirror does not close completly flat the tiny pin is on lock. The tiny brass wheels on bottom are their one is stuck from age but im sure if you put some WD-40 it will loosen right up please se pictures for your self. The original ... moremirror is their has a few old spots between mirror but still very clear you can see fine. Theirs a flat piece of wood in my hand as shown in my picture im not sure if it goes to this piece but i found it inside the draw i do not see ware it goes on this piece so it may or may not go to this cabinet but it has a hallmark ingrained into the wood wich looks like to me a IX hallmark please see pictures for your self you will be the judge on it. Stands around 30 inches tall then from left to right its 20 1/4 wide then front to back its 13 1/4. You may pick up in person if possible. Known as the second Victorian period. This was a time when fine furniture was made in NYC as well as imported chinas and porcelains. Folks were doing extremely well and I call it affectionately the Rockerfeller Era. Money was no object. Henry Fuldner and Sons was the manufacturer. You will see the original sticker in the top drawer side. Anyone who knows vintage and early 20c furniture knows Henry Fuldner and Sons. The end table is 29 1/2" high. 12" deep and 14" wide. Very elegant painting of swirls of roses on a background of soft earth ... moregreen with original gilt applied to cabriole legs. All original and nothing worn to death. Some wear. of course, but very little and just enough to add to that wonderful look. The drawers are good and solid and work easily. The marble is a lovely color of soft rose and pinks and very fine, not noticable wear to it. Put some wax on it and.you will see nothing. It is very nice. The French style painting of garlands of roses are extrodinary and well done. no stencils or modern artist trying to make a shabby piece out of this. It is ORIGINAL. I place the production early 1920 because of Petrograd presence. Marker: 1922- Russia changes to Soviet Union( Still Russia)1924- Christiana, Norway renamed Oslo( Still Christiana) While the condition is not pristine it has been restored to top condition with this grade: fair condition with some touch up the the Atlantic. A small crack in France,all of the country are easy to read. The globe turn freely. The overall colors are fading in some part with oxidation.The old yellow varnish has been removed to restore most of the original color.
