It was aquired for a recent photo shoot. which has sucessfully ... moreconcluded. Budget restrictions direct that it be released from invantory. The top is of white laminate. It measures 36 inches in diameter by 1 1/8" thick. The white laminate is in immaculate condition. It's tough to photograph this unblemished goodness. if there were a blemish I'd have something to take a picture of. From floor to top the table measures 29 inches high. The top is ringed by a rubber-like black bumper edging that is in good used condition. It has a few smudges and one small area of damage(pictured) that measures about one inch. The smudges come off with a bit of attention. I've tried to picture the worst of the blemeshes. they really don't amount to much. The top by every indication is original to the base. Seems that one of the philistines at the shoot attached the top to some sort of platform- thus there are extraneous screw holes on the underside of the top. These holes are visible only when laying on the ground looking up at the underside of the table. The underside retains a property tag from the legend Chicago trading firm Sakura Dellsher. As that firm became insolvent in 2000. You can rest assured that clear title to this table will be passed to the buyer. The legs are in patinated undamaged condition. Let me explain: I see no dents. Gouges, brakes, cracks, etc. in the aluminum legs or the steel posts that connect the legs to the table. What is evident is fourty years or so of patina on the legs, which I am lothe to remove. If you, the buyer would like to have these legs polished, I imagine the result would be beautiful and sparkly. Should you crave the mellow hue of unrestored cast aluminum. well, that's what's being offered. All told. The condition of this table is commensurate with professional adult use during it's lifetime. For sale is an antique Singer Sewing Machine. The Serial Number dates it to 1892(Serial is 10963021) And the desk appears to be from the same time period based on the Patent dates. It has two drawers on either side with one in the middle, the wood is in very good condition with minor damage on the edges of the tabletop(Pictured) Considering this machine is 121 years old, it is in very good condition. It appears to be mechanically sound although it does not have a driving belt. The action is smooth though. It could use some restoration. I do not know enough about the machines to do it myself, or know if it would be worth more or less if it was cleaned up so I am selling it as is. One seem is original and untouched and just beginning to open up a bit. Structurally very sound. Its good. The other seem looks to have been worked on. Its tight and also very sound. The top also has 1in. area thats about 1/8in. deep that looks to me to have been sanded/ worked smooth. One or two screws missing and a few are new. ANTIQUE 1930s FRENCH ART DECO LOUIS XIV ACCENT GILDED IRON TABLE MARBLE TOP
We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Antique side/accent table. Circa 1930s-1940s, this table is a fantastic example of French Art Deco with some obvious Louis XIV or Empire influences. The table base is gilded iron and combines sleek lines with ornate details. The table has 4 double curved legs that attach to a circular cross piece. The legs have small spherical finials at the ends. The top of the table base is adorned with gorgeous curved iron. A gilded tole drapery and swag pattern is present around the entire upper circumference. Large, dimensional rosettes, also in gilded tole, are attached as accents. The table top is a gorgeous stone(marble/quartz/granite) in a grayish taupe color. It has a soft pattern and is not"busy" The top is marked on the bottom with a large center character and with"W. Port France" printed ... moreon the underside as well. I do not know if the top is original to the base. The base has an inner lip which may have been home to a piece of glass at one time. As it is, the stone sits independently on top of the base. Regardless, this is a stunning table. It is in wonderful condition with very little evidence of age or use. There are some small faded areas to the gilded finish, but these are very minor and do not distract from the piece. The stone is quite heavy. The table, though open in design, has a substantial feel and also has weight to it. It is very sturdy. The piece measures as follows: The marble top is 22" in diameter and is approximately.75" thick. The table base is 24.5" tall without the stone top. It is 20.1/8 wide at the exterior top measurement and is 19.7/8" in diameter at the bottom. With the stone attached. The table is 25.5" tall. It features two wooden boards that are pegged to fit together to form the top. Two sets of folding legs, and a great heavy duty 72" rule that has a tin back and brass rails on both edges for marking& cutting the wallpaper(check the photo to see how this folds cleverly for storage) The edge is missing from one of the boards as shown in the photo. It is from one of the local machine tool shops. The main one(Jones& Lamson) having its roots going back to before 1859. This table has a super thick wooden top measuring 42" wide x 27" deep x 2" thick. It is made up of three planks that are bolted to the legs. They don't extend to the back edge of the legs. And the edge color of the plank at the back indicates to me that there was more to the top at one time. I think it was a backsplash or something similar. Note the notched area on the front right where a vise once was mounted. There is a single old drawer mounted underneath the top. Dimensions 14.5"x10.5" by 16.5" tall. For sale is an antique hand made wooden italian table that plays a song just like a music box when the top is opened. The top surface itself is in good shape. The music plays and cranks fine. The table itself is solid but its design does cause it to be fragile and doesn't feel like it should really have too much weight on it. The top does shut but only if you press down firm because the latch doesn't line up exact. I do not have the key so it will not lock. The base of the top had a hairline crack that went all the way around the table as pictured but it has since been repaired and is barely noticeable. Between the late Victorian period circa 1890 and the Art deco period circa 1930, and this item would date from this period. SIZE The clock measures 13.5cm(5¼" high. 7.8cm(3" wide and 4.5(1¾" deep. CONDITION The clock is in a good condition externally with no chips or cracks to the ebony The clock does not work. With one of the hands having fallen off(sitting at the bottom of the clock) There back cover is also loose, with two of the fixing bolts missing. Up For Auction No Reserve Sterling spoon by Durgin in the Watteau pattern 1891. The table spoon or soup spoon is 7 inches long. The pattern"Watteau" is really wonderful. Going all the way down the handle on both sides. The monogram on front looks like an E B to me. See photos. On the back is clearly marked STERLING the hallmark"D" and the retailer"J W Cusack" The condition all over is Very Good Vintage. Very light scratches in bowl. No tweaks.
