Antique Hoosier type Kitchen Cabinet Cupboard with Enamel Counter Top
This is an antique 2 piece hoosier type kitchen cupboard. The brand is unknown. I can't find any type of tag showing the brand on the piece. It needs to be repaired and or refinished. This is a consignment item I'm listing for a friend. They wanted to fix it and painted the 4 metal parts shown in the next to last picture but are just wanting to downsize at this point. I don't know where those pieces go in the cabinet but they are included. Everything else seen in the pictures in or on the cabinet does not go with it. Just the cupboard and the enamel counter top. Wood Cabinet with 3 Lg + 6 Sm Glass Scoops RARE! ~ Primitive LOTS more close-up pictures further below! Wonderful unique primitive Hoosier Cabinet with all those scoops! A RARE Counter or Cupboard Cabinet with the“Hoosier” spice scoops. I am not an expert in this area. But I think this might be called a“German Hoosier Spice Cabinet” The 9 glass drawer scoops were made by the German Company– Heye Schauenstein Company. This company ~ H Heye Glasfabrik Schauenstein is in Schauenstein. Germany. The Herman Heye glass Factory is well known and was started in the 1800s. it is still a major company and operates glass factories in various European countries plus USA. The Heye Schauenstein Company also made items like these to be used in cosmetic firms. Pharmacies, and in laboratories. These individual glass scoops are highly collectible and scarce ... morethemselves. As you probably know, and generally sell for $50 to $100 each. when you can find one! The glass scoops alone are woth probably almost $500. The sturdy primitive cabinet is made of wood– I see no maker marks. It is 19 ½” long x 11 ½” tall and 7 ½” deep. The scoops– 3 large and 6 small are made of heavy thick pressed glass in the shape of a scoop. The Heye Schauenstein Maker mark is on the bottom with the 3 clover leaf design in a circle as well as the company name. The scoops have a dimpled pattern on the sides and have a pull handle on the front. The small ones measure approximately 4 ¾” long x 2 ¾” wide and 2 ½” tall; the large ones measure 7 ¼” long x 4 ½” wide by 4 ¼” tall. I am not sure exactly how old this is- but VERY old- it is an original and has a great patina! Condition ~ in very good condition. The glass scoops are in excellent condition and do not have any cracks or chips or scratches except for one of the small ones had a small chip on one of the top edges– these were well taken care of. ~ The cabinet is not a piece of“fine furniture” it is more primitive– a sturdy working guy! ~ The cabinet has minor normal w

This is a very nice Hoosier style Kitchen Cabinet with glass front doors on the top. Nice small drawer storage as well as bin and shelf storage below. Center top drawer and lower right door are bins which open downward for great storage or display. Pull out cutting board is original, as are the knobs and hardware. Very nice condition, painted interior. All drawers, pullouts and doors work well, original hinges a few screws look like they have been replaced at some time. Obviously some wear to surface but overall in good solid condition. Very unusual original faux grain painting on the entire piece. Grain painting was a popular way to make wood look upscale. Antique Hoosier Cabinet Metal Flour Bin With Working Sifter Kitchen Tool Vintage
Nice sifter for your hoosier cabinet. Not sure what kind of cabinet this fits. It measures app. 10 1/2" across. 9 1/2" deep and 17 1/2" from the highest point to the bottom of the sifter. One pin is missing that holds the sifter on to the body of the bin. A piece of fairly heavy gauge wire holds the other side on so this is a very simple fix. Please see photos for best description. Up for sale today is a cool Antique Clear Glass Spice Jar from a Hoosier. Sellers, or Kitchen Cabinet. This jar has a ribbed design, with a shoulder around the center to hold it in a rack, and a blank spot for a label. It also has its original pressed metal or tin lid. The jar stands approx. 4 1/4" tall(including the lid) and approx. 2 1/8" in diameter at the bottom(not including the shoulder) Its in great original condition. THIS IS A NICE SOLID OLD CABINET IN GREAT SHAPE THAT I USED FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.WE DID A LOT OF WORK ON IT AND USED IT AS IS. IT ORIGINALLY HAD SIDE SLIDING ROLL UP CENTER DOORS WHICH WE HAVE BUT THE WOULD HAVE TO BE REFURBISHED TO USE THEM. THESE DOORS CONSIST OF A CANVAS BACK WITH SLATS ADHERED TO IT. THE CABINET ORIGINALLY HAD INTERNAL COMPONENTS SUCH AS A FLOUR BIN AND LOWER TIN DRAWERS THAT WERE GONE WHEN WE GOT IT.THERE ARE A FEW PARTS THAT CAME WITH IT THAT I HAVE NOT TRIED TO IDENTIFY. THE ONLY NOTICEABLE CHIP ON THE SLIDE OUT ENAMEL TABLE IS ABOUT I/3 FROM THE RIGHT FRONT EDGE. THERE ARE A COUPLE MORE CHIPS VISIBLE ON THE UNDER SIDE IN THE SECOND PIC. ALSO VISIBLE IN THE SECOND PIC IS A LARGE GREEN SHELF THAT SLIDES OUT FOR EASY ACCESS.

Early Glass Canister Jar With Tin Lid Overall very good condition with normal wear from age and use. There are scratches and scuffs all over the glass. One side of the jar is flat. So it can sit on 2 sides. There is a lip in the middle and I suspect the lip and the flat side are designed to fit into a holder within a Hoosier or Sellers type cabinet. The top rim has normal roughness and a ground edge. This is OLD. There is a slight greenish tint to the glass. Provenance written on tape stuck to the bottom. ANTIQUE Vintage Hoosier Cabinet Spice Rack Canister Jar Hand Painted Flowers
Antique Hoosier Cabinet Floral Painted Canister Jar. Measures approximately 6 1/2" Tall. 5" Wide with a 3 1/2" Lid on top. The top edge of the'hole' the lid screws on has a few very small chiggers from years of use. I note some scratches on the high points of the bottom of jar as you would expect from sitting and sliding on a counter. I also must note some paint wear on the tin lid around the knurled edge from gripping. A great old canister.not a reproduction. No cracks or breaks. Also included is an old Alumniware 2 tbsp. scoop marked'coffee' I have taken several close up images for your consideration and review. Send your questions and I will do my best to answer. VTG Tin Toy Wolverine Child/Doll Hoosier Cabinet Advertising Sample Antique Mold
This charming metal cabinet includes all of the kitchen/baking items shown. Including the antique cast iron pot and tin candle holder up on top of the cabinet. The doll is not included. The cabinet is marked'Wolverine' on the inside edge of the door. The cabinet is in good condition with some rusty/corrosion patches and some scratches commensurate with age. This item is from the 1940's-1950's. All of the accessories are in very good condition. The cabinet is 20" tall, 17" wide and 10 1/2" deep. Some of the more interesting items includes an antique egg beater, antique miniature cookie cutters, candy molds, an Aunt Jemima waffles sample, an antique tin scoop, a Red Riding Hood plate, and that yummy blueberry pie! Beautiful Possum Belly Baker's Cabinet c 1860. It stands approx. 5-5 1/2 feet tall. It has a cutting board. Flour bin, several drawers, and lots of charm. One small drawer has a very old mouse hole through the back.I feel these type of things give the piece character. There is wear from usage over the years and the floor bin has some cracks. Gorgeous Antique-Vintage Hoosier Style Oak Kitchen Cabinet
Beautiful antique hoosier style cabinet! Not scratched or beat up. A piece you can really show off in your home. Two small marks on the porcelian, otherwise, good and clean. It's two pieces, stands about six foot high and four feet across. One of the nicest old hoosier cabinets I have ever seen. Everyone was always in awe of it when they came in. I've had it for years and always took good care of it. I bought a smaller home and I can no longer accommodate it. If you want one to show off and be proud of, this is the one for you. This charming antique wooden(oak& other woods) kitchen cabinet was made in Elwood. Indiana(see brass label pic) There are 3 sections(1) Bottom cabinet is 39" wide; 30" high including the 4" legs with casters; 23" deep. 2)Top cabinet is 38" wide; 38 3/4" high; 11 1/2" deep. 3)The pull out work surface is white porcelain with light blue flecked edges; 41 1/2" wide; 25" deep; 7/8" deep. This piece is secured to the bottom section with heavy metal brackets(pics) The inset section has several little shelves, rolling pin holder& a recessed/pull out cutting board- 15 1/8" wide; 8 1/4" deep. This inset section is enclosed by a well working tampour(rolling accordian-like wooden slats closing from both sides that push back out of the way into a hidden track. Early 1900's Oak Baker's Cabinet. I suspect the manufacturer is Hoosier. Nice condition. Measures 39"W X 69"H X 21"D(26"D to front edge of porcelain sliding top) Very sturdy. A great piece for someone who has the ideal spot for it. Everything appears to be original including the porcelain top. Which does have some chips. I inserted a 3/4" piece of plywood in the lower cabinet since I was storing heavier items; it is easily removable. PICK-UP ONLY. Would be willing to discuss arrangments for shipping.

For sale is an early 1900's Antique Oak Hoosier Cabinet. Cabinet is in excellent condition for its age. There is one missing knob on the top door(shown in picture) Bottom has a hidden cutting board under the work surface. Possum bottom. Dimensions: Total Height 66 inches, Height of bottom 31 inches, Height of top 35 inches, Width of bottom 43 inches, Width of top 39.5 inches, Depth of bottom 25 inches, Depth of top 12.5 inches.
