They have been hanging on the wall for many years now and despite some normal wear they are in beautiful condition for their age. Are very well built and as sturdy as a brand new chair. They have been passed down through three generations and date back to at least the late 1800's.

Turned spindles, front legs and front stretchers. Two are in their original varnish finish. Two have been refinished in the past. All four are intact and sturdy. These chairs were made for heavy use and have held up well. They sit well and look great. Condition: wear to the finish. As would be expected, on the high points of the spindles and at the feet. One rough front corner on one chair, one loose spindle on one chair with losses to the under side of the back directly above it, one arm end loose. The last can be easily be reglued. Duncan Phyfe style antique drop-leaf dining table and 4 chairs set
For consideration is a solid mahogany antique drop-leaf dining room set in the Duncan Phyfe style. Has 2 pedestals and four chairs. The table has the original Watertown slide mechanism. And was made by Extensole out of Sparta, Michigan. Entirely original, including the brass claw cap feet on pedestals. There are two leaves for this table, making it a 77 inch by 40 inch at its largest(w/the leaves) and 24 x 40 when the leaves are out and sides are dropped. 53 inches with just the 2 sides up. I have easily had 8 place settings when the leaves are in. The four chairs are also solid mahogany. And the pads have a red and green herringbone fabric on them, but they could be popped out and updated with whatever fabric is more appealing to you. One owner for many decades. The owner is downsizing so this sentimental item must go. Full compliment of pieces: China Hutch/Cabinet Drop Leaf Table with 3 extensions Protective Pad(6 pieces) Chairs(6) The China Cabinet is a solid piece with a clear glass panel that highlights fine china and glassware remarkably. Overall height is 61.25 inches; width is 42 inches. The China Hutch has glass panels in front that slide left and right. The Hutch measures 12.50 inches deep. The Drawer and Storage area below is 18 inches deep. All drawer and cabinet hardware is original brass. The Drawer and Storage area has two drawers(4.25 and 6.00 inches high. Respectively) ... moreplus a center open two door Storage Area at the bottom(15.50 inches high) The top drawer has three(3) compartments. The second drawer has one full sized compartment. Inside the Storage Area is an additional full width shelf that is 10 inches deep measured from its back wall. An oval Brickwede brass tag can be found in the top drawer of the China Cabinet which possibly dates this furniture back to the early 1900's(see Brickwede Bros. notes below) The Dining Table has a formal look and style. Overall measurements are 57 inches long x 42 inches wide x 29.625 inches high without extension leafs. The Table folds down and make it even smaller when not in use. FABULOUS DINING ROOM TABLE AND CHAIRS BEAUTIFUL ART DECO DINING FURNITURE FROM FRANCE CIRCA 1930s The rectangular table extends out on either end by leaves built into the table When leaves are not in use the table measures 39" x 51" and is 29" tall With both leaves fully extended the table measures 91" x 39" Each leaf is 20" in length. The main table top is free from scratches or damages. The table legs and base are also free of damages. The extensions have some surface scratches that do no detract from the appearance of the table when fully extended. There is a deep scratch on one of the leaves which I have shown in one of the photos. It is located near an edge and is not readily apparent. Six oak chairs with solid pressed and scalloped backs are also included. The backs consist of three layers of pressed and ... moremolded oak and are 1/2" thick. They measure 20" x 14" and the seats are cushioned with padding covered with naugahyde and measure 18" x 16" The chairs are also in very good condition. There is a small nick on one chair back that is not readily detectable and one of the cushions was nicked by something sharp prior to when I bought the set. They can easily be recovered if you would prefer a different look. I believe that with furniture such as dining sets. The scrapes and scratches acquired over the years lends character to the piece. I purchased the set in the exact same condition it is in today. I have owned the set for about 7 years. But for most of that time it was rarely used. 1860's Henri II Rennaissance Revival Antique Chairs/Hand Carved Maidens
1860's Henri II Renaissance Revival Antique Chairs with Hand Carved Maidens heads on the top rail ears. Luscious hand embroidered seats and back upright panels, with an x-shaped stretcher(indicative of the Regency Period by furniture books) I had 3 Antique Appraisers look at these, and all 3 agreed they were 1860's Henri II Renaissance Revival In style. One did want to include Regency in the title, but that was based on the x shaped stretcher only. All concurred these were made of Walnut wood. It was suggested by one, that the maidens heads were similar in style to hand carved"Ansonia" heads, which would date them closer to 1870. The hand embroidered back and seats on each chair are truly unique and beautiful. The seats on both chairs are not in that good of condition, but I did not have the heart to attempt to do anything, ... moreother than tighten up the coils beneath the embroidery. This was one of those times that I felt the best thing to do was leave everything original, as was given to me through my Great Aunts passing. These always looked fabulous in her home, and we were always told not to sit on them. So I leave it up to the next person to make the decision to either leave them as they are, or do something with the seats itself. They say one should leave Antiques alone, so that's what I have done, other than tighten the springs. These are unique, unusual and simply gorgeous chairs! They measure 39" tall to the top of the Maidens head, chair back is 15 3/4" wide, chair seat is 17 1/4" deep x 17 1/2" wide, 18" from ground to top of chair seat. None of the appraisers had seen anything like them before, and all felt they were fabulously gorgeous. They suggested prices ranging from $800 up to $1700 for the pair. With that, I am starting the bid at $599 for both. If by chance anyone knows anything more specific in regards to these, I would be so appreciative to hear from you. I'm not sure what the white surface is made of. Whether it is leather or fake leather. The table has a cigarette burn in the white surface along with some rubs. Tears around one corner. I took close up pics. of the damage. One chair, is missing 1 screw, from the front edge of the seat. The table is still very sturdy and doesn't seem to have seen much use. Here's a marvelous and unique bistro set: the table top is black and cream marble with a beautiful pattern; the base is cast iron. I was told the table is a Victorian reproduction purchased at Pier One about 15 years ago. I've been unable to find a comparable table anywhere on the internet) The chairs are circa 1920 metal ice cream chairs that my partner and I have refinished and reupholstered with a modern look that reflects the marble pattern. The upholstery fabric is a heavy cotton. The chairs were sanded down to the metal before priming and repainting. So they truly look professionally done. Pair of Antique Hand painted French or English Spoon Back Arm Chairs
These are two very nice hand painted spoon back arm chairs. L would say they were made in England although they look French, l purchased them in England. The one with the brown seat and dark fabric to the back is circa 1880. The other one l would say it later maybe 50 or 60 years old and painted to match the other one as a pair. l am selling them as a pair as they look fine together. The one with cream fabric is a little larger than the other one, maybe one is a ladies and the other one is a gents. The one with the cream fabric is just a tinge darker than the other one. But looks fine and would look great recovered.

Binghamton Chair Company New York Morris Chairs Antique Windsor Armchair
From my research. The remaining bottom label of this classic, American antique Windsor chair puts its creation between 1880 and the 1920s by the renowned Binghamton Chair Company out of Binghamton, New York. Bow-back, continuous armchair. Signature Windsor turning of arm supports to match turned legs. Distinctive notch on arms. Not positive as to the wood. Company info for the time period suggests mahogany or oak, but I do not think this is oak, so I will guess mahogany. Original dark stain. I have not polished this with any product. Simply wiped down with a dry, soft cloth. Tried to show actual condition all around. A couple of spindle tops need to be put back in but are undamaged otherwise, other wear hopefully visible in pics.

Here are two identical antique wooden lawn chairs. They have a lot of character but are not the most comfortable. These were made before aluminum lawn chairs were mass produced. They were painted but have been stripped and finished. traces of dark green paint can be seen in the deep grain) Each one weighs 8 lbs and measure 29 inches to top of back. Seat is 14 inches from the floor and width is 29 inches. A notch in the back legs holds the cross support to stay open. They quickly fold and unfold for use. These are classy and were owned by my wife’s grandparents on their family farm in Iowa. We think these are from the 1930s. Some of the wood is oak. The fabric is not original. These rare ancient chairs came from north China as did the others in two other listings of ours. They have a sweetness of design and since these chairs are so different from any others we have seen. We believe they may have been made for a young adult daughter or son’s personal use. The placement of embellishments is lovely and like the others in our listings the finishes have never been oiled or polished and have stayed as they are for countless years.
