You can use this cute cabinet for showing off your collectibles because there is no silver left on what was once the beveled mirror. I used it to display eyewash cups and eye drop bottles. But it would be great for other small items. There are three tempered glass shelves and six different brackets to place them on; you could always add more. The door has a magnet closure. Size is 23 inches high x 16-3/4 inches wide x 4 inches deep. The wood is a warm and satiny look. Ash or maple perhaps? The mirror at the back is removable so that you can mount it on the wall, and then replace the mirror. There is no towel bar, but you can see where you could add one. I’m guessing the age as 1920s and it was once painted white. The knob is not original. Somewhere in its history it sustained a burn on the bottom shelf. Toledo, ohio. the lest side has the logo, woolson spice, toledo ohio. the right side has the phrase, our spices are standard. there are 6 drawers in the front at the bottom for ginger, mustard, all spice, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. there are 6 round lids on the top. one for each of these spices. there is a scoop that came with the cabinet that i neglected to picture. the cabinet is 28 inches long, 14 inches tall and 12 inches wide. the advertising front and mirror are detachable. the left side with the logo is very plain, the right side is somewhat faded. the beveled mirror is in very good shape. has been part of our personal collection for about 20 years.

Up for auction is an antique spool cabinet display case made of English Oak with miscellaneous woven double embroidered lettering boxes inside. The front of this case reads CASH'S WOVEN DOUBLE LETTERS and measures 18" tall. 17 1/2" long, 5" deep and weighs 15 lbs. I believe this was used at Cash's Of Ireland Department Store. The case itself shows definate wear due to age. The front lower right side of the glass is cracked and the case has a few chips as can be seen in the pictures. The back of this case has an original picture of two woman and a child. The back has a top latch that opens to dispense the boxes that enclose the embroidered letters. The cabinet opens to reveal a small desk! A s is typical for most pieces of this style. T he cabinet has flip-top side compartments and base drawers. Rather than three drawers. This unique piece has two drawers and opens and folds to reveal a beautiful pull-out writing surface, two letter compartments, and two small drawers with tiny brass knobs. When closed. The cabinet measures 31" tall, 33.75" wide and 14" deep. When the desk is open, it is 35.75" tall and 14" to 17.5" deep depending on how far the writing surface is extended. The drawers and side cabinets are clean and in excellent shape. The cabinet is in very good condition ... morewith no cracks or splits. It is not without blemish, but is structurally sound and in very good overall condition. This is a sturdy piece of furniture weighing 36 pounds. The most significant blemish is at the left hinge(when facing the piece) where the top folds back into the desk(this should be visible in the last picture) The hardware is a bit temperamental and has caused a knick in the wood. But the damage is not visible when the desk is open. There is some repair to where the back left leg attaches to the base which is not visible unless you are under the cabinet. I have owned this piece since the early 70s. There is some evidence on the bottom that it has previously been painted. It now has a beautiful finish with a lovely patina that is at least 40 years old. When it was purchased. The antique dealer indicated they had never seen another sewing cabinet that converted to a desk. And I have never seen another one in the more than 40 years I have owned this one. This desk is in the same condition as it was found in that store. With the exception that the missing drawer knobs were replaced. The desk includes an ink bottle receptacle, pen holder, and three compartments for letters or other small items. The desk sits in the shallow wooden base that is stained to match the desk. The desk only sits in the base. It is not attached in any way that harms the desk's integrity. The base is attached to an antique wrought-iron sewing machine stand. Great Antique Original Oak 32 Drawer Filing Cabinet: Brass (ID:label) pulls
This is a really nice filing cabinet( c. Early 1900's) that is both practical and functional and can be used in various areas of a home, office, etc. The panaled cabinet is in great original found condition. The finish appears to be original with a patina that only time can produce. The condition. Is consistent and appropiate with the age and use. There is an old small chip on the bttom right and left hand corner(see zoomed in picture 1) There are thirty(30) slat drawers and two larger bottom drawers. Each of the thirty(30) slat drawers have the original(ID,label) brass pulls on them. There are two original holes in the drawer bottom that allows the paper, etc. to be"pushed up" to be able to grasp to it(please see picture threee(3) A removable divider halfs the drawer. Three(3) of the dividers are missing but would be simple ... moreto replace if desired. The two bottom drawers have their original brass pulls. These drawers are dovetailed as seen in picture 4. This is a wonderful antique 19th-century bathroom medicine/shaving cabinet with its original beveled mirror and square-head nails. It measures 26" high by 18 3/4" wide by 7 3/8" deep. Inside are two sturdy shelves. And the hardware(hinges and latch) work smoothly. It is in what I consider to be very good condition for its age, although there is the normal age wear including checks, slight loss and dark rings on the shelves. It is a one piece cabinet and very heavy. Front has two blind doors. Has 6 punch tin sides. Stands 57" tall. 54" wide, 17 1/2" deep. Doors measure 21" wide, 52" tall. The doors have hand chamfered panels. Top right side has a chip in the wood top as shown in pic#7. Top at one time has something stuck to it and shows a little damage(pic#6) Bottom left side shows an old repair(pic#11) It is rustic, primitive and has lots of character. Has rough wood slatted back.
