Beautifully hand-crafted Victorian Era/ Steampunk/ Machine Age style Lamp. Flat black cast iron base and tubular steel shaft with bronze accents. Working vintage Voltmeter responds linearly to bulb brightness. As the rear-mounted bronze machine nut is turned. The lamp gets brighter and the voltmeter needle rises accordingly. Rather visually appealing. Steel pattern-stamped shade was salvaged from a very old Bausch& Lomb optical transformer housing: the original labels have been left intact as shown. The cord is fabric covered wire(reproduction: safe) with an older vintage in-line on/off switch. The standard-socket bulb receptacle is a newer unit, safely wired with the same gold colored vintage-style wire. Bulb is an Edison-style multi-filament with a straight cylindrical shape as opposed to the more common tapered-style bulb. Overall ... moreheight is 24 inches. The rare antique adjustable mechanical arm serves as the base of this lamp and has remnants of its original paint. The lamp pivots on a 3 3/4" x 10" base and extends smoothly. The lamp will adjust to a total length of 52" Including the shade. The vintage porcelain lamp shade is 15" in diameter. The shade has chips, rust and a small hole in the lip. While not perfect it looks great with the scissor arm. Hello eBayers my name is Michael Vivona and I'm an artist that's specializes in mainly steampunk furniture I've been making steampunk art for about ten years and this my coolest piece to date. I've poured myself into this piece lets start at the bottom and work up the legs are off a White sewing machine with two cross braces one made out of copper pipe and another made of american cherry then we move up to the draw which I later installed to give it more function which is completely made of 3/4" american cherry which I chose for its beautiful wood grain and rediculously smooth finish. Then we come to the top of the table that is completely biscuit joined and all the edges routered to give definition to all the separate pieces used to make the top. That leads us to the lamp that I made from multiple parts the base that ... moreclamps to the table is made from a antique meat grinder with blk pipe that lead to a pressure gauge from a steam boiler and a copper coil lampshade and an Edison bulb to finish it off. And that leads us to the last part of the set. A vintage Mitchelle radio that lights up. I hope you can appreciate what went into making this table. Table stands 31" tall 36" wide and 20"deep and lamp is 20" tall and can be removed and can be manipulated to sit on the base without using the clamp. Vintage INDUSTRIAL GEAR COG CAST IRON steampunk LAMP BASE Antique sprocket DEERE

This old industrial piece measures about 14 1/4" across and weighs around 12 lbs. unpacked. It's about 3 3/4" thick in the center. Due mainly to the"cupped" shape. The hole in the center measures about 1 5/8" across. It has the John Deere JD cast into it as you can see in the last picture. It would make a really cool lamp base. Etc. I just gave it a quick cleaning. It would clean up better. It has paint wear. Spots and areas of dried crud, etc, etc. but it's awfully cool! See my other auctions for all kinds of weird junk! For your consideration is this antique articulating dental work table. The adjustable mechanical arm has a bare metal finish and has a 1915 patent date. The arm will adjust from 25" to a total length of 50" The arm has 9" of vertical rise. A trigger type release allows the table height adjustment. The 15 1/4" marble table is all intact and has a great patina. The Brazilian Cherry wall base is 4 5/8" x 13" The arm and table operate great and has lots of character. I have here an incredible vintage floor lamp. Perfect for your Mid Century, Industrial, Loft, or Eclectic decor. I have its twin in my own living room and love it- stunning piece! The vintage stage light was manufactured in Chicago in late 30's or early 40's. It is well preserved overall. And with incredible patina! Originally a 500 watt light, the socket and wiring have been replaced with a modern Edison socket(accepts standard household light bulbs. The beam focuses smoothly from a spot to flood via a Bakelite knob in back. The 4.5" fresnel lens is in perfect condition and makes for excellent accent lighting, or even room lighting if deflected from a wall or ceiling. The light assembly measures appx. 7" wide by 9" deep and stands appx. 11.5" high from the tripod head. The tripod is a spectacular item. Even by ... moreitself. Vintage Industrial Steampunk Lamp Light Cast Iron & Brass Arms Clamp On
Up for auction is a vintage lamp light on a long wrought iron pole with two more shorter iron pieces. One of those pieces(one toward lamp moves freely up and down and swivels around pole. The other piece is stationary as it is screwed into end. I took a close up of those ends and there is a little piece broke off where cord is coming out. Those shorter pieces are curved on their ends and have those screw type bolts for clamping on another round pole or something round. I bought this a couple years ago at an old barn/farm estate sale and was told by the son of the man who had passed away that it came from a bank. I have no way of knowing that for sure. That shorter metal piece holding the shade on is brass not iron. There maybe a break where it attaches to another piece right by the knob(which I don't know what purpose that serves) I took ... morea photo of that also so you can be the judge of it. It seems sturdy enough despite that. The shade does not seem to have any dings. But is quite rusty. So is the pole rusty. That longest pole is about 33 inches long and the two shorter pieces about 10 inches each. The shade is round and 6.5 inches across opening. The brass arm is about 7 inches. The light socket seems to be brass also and says: Leviton Patented 250 W 250 V. Not sure if this works as I'm afraid to test it. There's a small screw which is holding the brass arm on to the iron pole and I removed it so I can ship this in a shorter box(see photo) The screw is going to be in a snack size baggie attached to lamp. They all are in working order except for the matching cast iron base ones. The large double blue one allows for one light on or other light on or both on or both off. One of the blue shades needs to be tightened down. But I am not very handy that way. These all have very heavy bases. All of them have the old two prong cords. If you are into retro decorating. This should be a nice start. The largest blue one stands at its tallest about 28 inches. The one needs to have the cord replaced before using. The lamp with the bulb works fine and is adjustable. It has a heavy base and the old 2 prong cord. I see that it has an opening in the side for a pull chain. The chain is gone. But could be replaced. It does work with the on/off turn knob. As can be seen this old oil lamp is in great shape other then it was changed into a lamp. There is no damage accept wear the holes were drilled into tank for the lamp cord. Also the shade and chimney are missing as can be seen. This is a very ornate oil lamp with great patina and has never been polished.
