Antique Bronzed Spelter Base & Perfect Shade French Victorian CHERUB Bronze Lamp
This is a working Antique Bronzed Spelter Base& Perfect Shade French Victorian CHERUB Bronze Lamp. It dates to the very early 1900s. The old lamp stands 18.5" to the highest point in the fixed bent neck. The original shade is simply in excellent condition with no chips. No cracks, no flea bites, no damages. The original cloth covered power cord is in excellent condition with zero cuts and NO fraying. The original plug is absolutely perfect. I am not an electrician but from my personal opinion with litlle kids in the house. The antique lamp does NOT require any rewiring, ready to plug-in and enjoy. The lamp however has only light scuff marks from usage and age.

ANTIQUE SPELTER SCULPTURE GREYHOUND WHIPPET DOG OIL LAMP EAGLE GLASS SHADE 32"
We are pleased to offer this very special lamp. Dating to the 1880s. This beautiful lamp is truly an art piece. It features a large or ornate cast iron base with either pewter or silver plate hardware just above. Seated in the mid section of the lamp is a wonderful spelter Greyhound or Whippet dog sculpture. This beautiful piece is nicely detailed and the collared dog is gorgeous. He is seated upon a pewter or silver plate piece which is incised and resembles a cobblestone or bricked surface. A lall and slender brass column is positioned behind the dog and attached the lamp base to the brass oil reservoir. The brass reservoir is large. It has a few minor dings but is in good condition. There is a area on the upper section which is opened and does not have a cover(see picture 9) I am not sure what this is. The original font has been replaced, ... moreprobably when the lamp was converted. However, it would be very easy to return the lamp to oil burning if you so desired. The lamp has a beautiful, golden yellow shade with Eagle and Star pattern. It is very nice with some minor wear. This lamp is quite rare and exceptional. It is in overall wonderful condition but it does have some minor signs of age and use. It is a gorgeous piece of 19th century art! The lamp is quite large. It measures 24" to the top of the burner. The dog sculpture is 7" tall. The lamp is 32" tall with the shade attached. The shade is 8" tall with a 10" fitter measurement. The lamp base is 9" in diameter. ANTIQUE DESK LAMP SPELTER METAL CHARIOT AND HORSES
Please note that handling time for this item is about a week after payment clears. Antique desk lamp. From bottom to top it stands 22 5/8 INCHES TALL. The base is 12 inches long. And 6 1/2 inches wide. I'm not sure of its exact age or any of its history. I purchased it at an antique store in 1996 or'97. It's in descent shape. The main problem is that three of the front hooves of the horses are broken off and missing. The shade. Which is metal, has come off and needs to be soldered back onto its spokes. As you can see in the photo, the lamp can rotate on its base, so it needs to be glued to the base again. Other than that there are the scratches and chipped paint you can see in the photos. A mouse took one small shallow bite off the rubber surface of the cord(it doesn't go down to the wire) And a small tear in the felt under ... morethe base. Bulbs have been tested and the lamp works. For your bidding consideration I am pleased to offer this"FRENCH SLATE CLOCK WITH FIGURAL TOPPER MADE BY THE FAMOUS CLOCK MAKER A.D. MOUGIN" which I believe was made late 1800's or very early 1900's. This clock is hallmarked on the backside inside its works. A.D. MOUGIN, DEUX MEDAILLES, 475148 and features a black slate bottom with(4) gilded brass plaques of birds, 4) speltered columns and topped with a gold painted spelter figure of a Grecian Lady. Large Antique Spelter Statue - Horse and Warrior - Masculine
Large spectacular antique spelter Roman Soldier on horseback. Good quality casting unmarked measures 19" high x 12" long x 5" wide. Some original black painted finish is still there although you can see by the photos it is spotty. There is a large shield mounted under the horse that has a fleur-de-lis on the front. There is a mace. Battle axe, sword and other weapons shown on the shield. He holds the reins in this left hand and raises the long handled axe in his right. The warrior is in great shape as is the horse. The wooden oval base is also painted black with 4 round wood feet or pads. There is a screw in the middle with a washer and a nut on it. I removed the wooden oval bottom to see if the piece was marked. It is not marked and the base of the statue is hollow. This may have been a clock topper at one time, but it would ... morehave had to be a really big one. I would leave the finish as it is- great patina. But you may want to have it repainted. VINTAGE SILVERED SPELTER CAT and DOG BOOT PIN HOLDER CUSHION This is a lovely old silvered spelter pin cushion. In the shape of a boot with a dog at one end and cat peeping out of a hole at the toe end. It measures 3 3/4inches or 9.5cm long. There are some patches of wear to the silver plating as you can see in the photos, but otherwise it is in good condition. There is no maker's mark or hallmark of any kind on it.

Available for your consideration is Three(3) Vintage Cast Metal Animals A Bird(I believe it is a pigeon) A Cobra Snake and A Turtle These all came to me together from a Local Estate Sale and are being offered to you- all for one low starting bid. Age and History Unknown. They are all made from metal- sorry I am not sure which, but my guess would be spelter. The Pigeon is in good condition. But one of his legs moves and the other does not. I am not sure if it was made that way or if the leg is loose. He stands approximately 3" tall at his head and around 5 1/4" tail feather to beak. This one is marked MADE IN JAPAN NO 474/2 The Cobra is undamaged. Standing around 3 1/4" tall. No markings. The turtle has a complete bird foot and a partial bird foot on his shell. So he must have once had a bird standing on his back. There is a ... morehole through the shell where the partial foot is, and a brad still in place where the full foot is. You can probably remove the feet if you wish. This one is around 4 3/4" nose to tail and around 2" tall at his nose. The spelter metal cover has a lovely repoussé flower design and an applied gold wash. During the Victorian era. Ladies saved their hair in these decorative jars. The hair was then woven into brooches, pins and other jewelry. The circa 1880’s glass dresser jar measures 2½" tall x 2¾" wide across the top opening x 3½" across the starburst base. This charming figurine of a Middle Eastern spice seller dates to the 1920's. She is cold painted cast spelter and is probably considered part of the Art Nouveau or Art Deco movements. At a glance. She seems to be Egyptian or Turkish, but we're not sure. She measures approximately 7 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches deep. The tray is removable. The figurine has a small crack on the right arm(see photo) The top to the basket is missing. In excellent condition is this 24cm(9.5" tall spelter figure of a golf er in mid swing on an onyx base. There is a small amount of verdigris and a good dark patina which are good signs of age. Both the figure and base are in excellent condition. It could be used as a book stop or as a free standing ornament. Wonderful Antique Spelter Statue, "Boy Hunting with his Dog", (Marble Base)
This is an antique spelter statue of a boy hunting with his dog. There are two felled birds at his feet, but you suspect his bow is missing and on his back there are indications where it would have been, having said that it's a very attractive figurine that stands very well on any shelf for display, it's approximately 14.5 cm's high, the base is 7.5 cm's in diameter, it's quite heavy with the marble base hence the postage I'm afraid.

Original Art Deco Lamp With Marble Base Bronze Style Spelter Figure Man Skier
An original 1930s Art Deco lamp with a solid mable base and complete with a spelter figure of a man skier. The marble base measures 210mm long by 90mm wide 25mm thick and is an orangey pinky colour with a nice grain. The spelter figure of a man skier measures 90mm high(without the marble base) and 120mm long, he is wearing blue trousers and a brown jacket and is on a light green coulour base.The lamp is wired up but needs replacing as it is still the original old two core wire from the 1930s with a mottled brown on and off bakelite switch and an old bakelight two pin plug that looks european and may be from France, the bulb and globe holder are in good reuseable condition. This is an exceptionally example of a maiden lady in a flowing gown with long hair draping down her back. In one arm she holds a very large harp or lyre that has a figural dolphin head on it. Small Art Nouveau Spelter Jewellery Casket, Original Lining, Poss Jennings Bros.
I have for sale a small early 20th century Art Nouveau spelter(or possibly pewter) jewellery casket. Standing on four foliate scrolled feet and decorated to the sides and top with floral swags over a textured ground, the hinged lid having a rope twist border. The inside is fully fitted with what I assume is the original lining of pale blue ruched fabric over card, finished around the edges with decorative cord. The box shows faint traces of an original silvered finish to the details. There are no clear maker's marks but it is very much in the style of Jennings Bros. of Bridgeport Connecticut. The box measures approximately 10 cm(4 inches) by 7 cm(2.75 inches) at the widest point and stands approx 7 cm(2.75 inches) to the top of the domed lid. VICTORIAN AESTHETIC SPELTER CANDLESTICK WITH GOAT HEADS POSS.FRENCH ANTIQUE
This is a lovely single candlestick in the Aesthetic style dating from the late Victorian period. The candlestick is made from spelter which has been given a gun metal coloured finish and is probably of French origin.Stamped on the base BT 899.It has a very stylish look with a tripod base which is just like you would find on a piece of furniture of this period.The central coloumn is supported by three goat heads that have a classical,Etruscan look and finishes with swags at the top.It is in very good condition for its age with just a small edge missing of a leaf on the base and a couple of areas of scratching which i think a little black polish would sort out.It measures 25.5 cms high.
