This would make a great template or could be restored or used for parts. The metal fancy pieces that hold the loops are(the fancy pieces) are salvageable. Antique Bradley Hubbard SLAG GLASS LAMP BASE All Metal Construction Winged Griffin Beasts Surrounding a Tri-Corner"Marbled' Obelisk The triangle base portion has two parts- the decorative metal facade. And the heavy cast metal plate that mounts underneath it(as seen in photo#10) Each of the Griffins on the base are mounted individually. In order to remove the obelisk, you have to remove a couple of the Griffin creatures, and it will slide out through the top. This unit is solid metal and weighs in at 13lbs. The obelisk almost looks like stone due to it's"marbled" design. But it too is metal. This lamp base has some small nicks and surface blemishes. As pictured. Vintage Large Bradley& Hubbard Slag Glass Lamp. The overall height of the lamp is 29 inches. The base is 9 inches wide. The globe is 19 inches wide and 11 inches high. The globe will need to be repaired. The glass is pulled away from the metal cap where it attaches at the very top of the shade. I have made inquiries and have been told that this can be repaired. I do not have an estimate on the repair cost. The base of the lamp shows signs of wear and use and age. It is not uncommon for this type of base to have the issues that this one has. The top cap. Which sits on the top of the glass shade has been broken. The replacement parts are available for this type lamp under $50.00 The coloring is really nice. Several shades of blues and greens make it a very settling feeling when illuminated with all 3 bulbs and each in succession. This is a very Beautiful 8 Paneled Filigree Slag Glass Table lamp. The lamp is signed by the Bradley and Hubbard Mfg co. On all 8 sides of the shade. It is in excellent working order, and looks great to. The lamp does have several professional repairs, including a crack in one glass panel, and 3 to the lower rim of the shade. The lamp stands 23" inches tall, and the shade is about 16.5" inches around. The Base, and the metal frame all have a gold gilded style finish, that is mostly intact, but is missing a little around the rim of the base. The urn is festooned with garlands from which descend four gold accented plaques while the bottom has a pattern of leaves encircling it. The base has an outward curving scallop pattern and a gold accented edge design. The ... moreslag glass shade features beautifully swirling, amber, brown and white glass set in six panels by exquisite bronze and gold patina metalwork. From the upper, circular, medallion, six fluted columns descend to join the intricate edging that is punctuated by six gold accented urns. This model dates from between 1900 and 1920. The base of the lamp appears to be of iron while the rest of the metal appears to be pot metal. The lamp is in very good working condition with some minor scraping to the the finish of the shade's metalwork(most noted on one column and each of the small, upper urns at the top of the columns where the gold accenting has worn off in varying degrees) The central urn of the lamp body has some minor chipping of the finish and metal(see the close ups of the spots on the garlands) The base shows very mild, age related wear. With a little re-touching, most of these minor problems can be restored. As it is, it remains a beautiful lamp for any discerning home. This is a beautiful nice sized bent slag glass lamp. The shade is a combination variegated deep carmel bent slag glass with a beautiful look to it. The filigree work is just wonderful and sets off the colors in the shade. The lamp is a combination of brass. Copper, bronze and pot metal with a great golden patinated finish near 100% The lamp stands 20 inches tall. The shade is 16 inches wide and about 6 1/2 inches tall. There are 2 vintage sockets working off of one pull chain. One pull turns on one light, second turns on the second light, third pull goes back to one light and fourth pull turns it all off, it all works well. The lamp has been rewired with correct wiring and works and looks just great. This beautiful lamp is unmarked except for a#1 on the base. Features Houze Sage Green Slag Glass embellishments on this great old lamp. Early 1900's lamp. Perfect Condition. Shade has a pinkish interior. I can't say for sure the shade dates as old as the lamp. But it is an old shade. Has an old Fat boy socket in it; I've turned it on and off 25-30 times; works great. Should probably have no more than a 60 watt bulb, though in the old days, they regularly installed 100 waters. Designed as a task light, mainly for reading in the parlor. 56 1/2" tall. Lamp will be disassembled for shipment. Not hard to reassemble at all.

Antique 1920's Art Deco Sage Green Swirl Slag Glass Floor Lamp Cast Iron Base

Please scroll to the bottom of the pictures and read the terms under our last picture. My Great Uncle owned a lamp shop in DC for almost 50 years. From the late 30's until the early 80's. The lamps we have listed this week came from his estate. My aunt, his daughter, recently passed away and we took these parts from her attic. Her Dad had strung these parts in order on a piece of wire and had them hanging in his shop. After he passed back in the 80's my aunt brought them home and hung them in her attic. About 10 years ago she gave us a strand of these parts. We found a threaded pole here on ebay and took the pieces off of the wire, sliding them down the pole in the order they ... morecame off of the wire and we have had a beautiful slag glass floor lamp ever since. I believe all the parts are here to make a lamp but it is missing the threaded pole and a proper socket cluster. The single socket that was with the rest of the parts is incomplete as shown and the pull chain does not work. The threads in the cast iron base are fine. The slag glass parts are a sage green with brown swirls through them. The only damage I see on this entire lamp is the chip on the slag base as shown. The steel and cast iron parts had been stripped of their paint or plating years ago and since had acquired some rust so I wire brushed them on my wheel. They could use some more wire wheeling to complete the prep work but for the most part that phase is done. The underneath of the base is still very rusty. There are 2 solid brass tubes, one with filigree, both are painted but I took my buffing wheel buffing a small area to show you how nice they'll polish up. The tube without the filigree would be the one that goes near the top like ours is. I laid these parts out in a line on the floor and they measure about 60" in length. Thank you for viewing. Vtg Curved Slag Glass Panel Shade Table Lamp Ornate Art Nouveau Bronze
Very pretty vintage pink slag glass 6 panel shade table lamp. Total height including the finial is 17" Diameter of the lamp base is about 6 1/2" The lamp shade is approximately 9" in diameter at the bottom. The shade alone stands about 7" tall when removed from the lamp. The lamp has a pull chain and works well. I do not know the maker or age of the lamp but it is in really nice condition. The glass is all intact with no cracks or breaks.

Art Deco Houze Akro Agate Onyx Swirl Slag Glass Chrome Torchiere Floor Lamp
This is a Vintage Art Deco Chrome and Houze Akro Agate Swirl Slag Glass Three Light Torchiere Floor Lamp. There are numerous lighting options that are available on this lamp. The glass on the base lights up to show the peach. Orange swirl pattern when turned on from the switch on the base and then there is a switch for the three lamps on the top and also a switch for the main torchiere light at the very top. It has a fan design around the base with two discs between the glass on the shaft. The switch on the top has an F on it. It is in as found condition with no chips or cracks to the glass and only some minor rust underneath the base. Antique Caramel & Multi Color Slag Glass 16 Panel Table Lamp
Antique Caramel and Multi colored Slag Glass 16 panel table lamp. Lamp measures approximately 22" tall with shade. One of the large glass panels is broken and one of the small glass panels is partially broken. The broken pieces for the large glass panel come with the lamp. I do not know how complete the pieces and if they fit properly. There are no glass pieces for the small glass panel. This lamp is working and looks like it was re wired not too long ago and has new bulb sockets. There is normal wear on lamp body from age. But i did not see any damage or breaks to the metal work on the shade or the base of lamp. I don't know if all the Slag glass panels are original. Lamp is from old estate.

Here is a beautiful and very unusual antique arts& crafts Library lamp CIRCA 1905~10. it was built by hand and is a one of a kind lamp built to the rare and hard to find Prairie style. The size is 24 wide x 14 deep x 18.5 tall. It is completely rewired and ready to use. I found this lamp without the shade and I liked how it was built so much I decided to have a very high quality shade made for it. the glass shade was made by Roycroft Master Artisan Peggy Eisensmith of East Aurora N. This beautiful lamp shade has 16 curved purple slag glass panels. The frame is solid. The panels have no chips or cracks. The elaborate metal frame is exquisitely detailed. There are 4 triangular pieces of glass around each tulip framing it. Between each tulip is a square of glass. Each framed by a triangular piece of glass. Ornate 1920s cast metal base brass patinad caramel slag glass paneled 18 inch diameter library reading lamp. Originally thought to be an Empire lamp, we find ourselves in a conundrum. A close examination of the internals reveals a single bulb socket, which differs from the standard Empire 18 inch shade 2 bulb configuration, as well as most of the 20s period large table lamps. Also, there is the 3 stanchion shade support which belies the classic dual rod style, and we believe is a era 1930s replacement. We have examined over 400 slag glass paneled lamps, and alas, cannot exactly match either the base or the Byzantine oval crown floral medallion pattern shade. The closest base match we found is an S-1321 1/2 Electrolier, by ... morePittsburgh Lamp& Glass, found on Page#67 of Better Electric Lamps of the 20â¿s and 30â¿s/ by L-W Book Sales, albeit with the 2 bulb socket. Hairline to one panel. Other possible suspects could be Lightolier, Millers, and perhaps Royal Lamp. Even without the finial, this is an exceptionally fine lamp with incredible Persian influence shade& lappet crown. Antique Art Nouveau SLAG GLASS BRONZE & SMELTER LADY WOMAN FIGURAL LAMP BOUDOIR
Up for auction is an original antique Art Nouveau figural lady lamp dating form the early 1900's. The Lamp is a desk lamp and has an attached shade on the top. The lamp is missing the pieces of slag glass and can easily be replaced. Made of smelter or pot metal with a bronze finish. Great detailed Art Nouveau design of a lady holding the lamp part up. The top brace of the shade part is there but has to be soldiered back on. Small crack on the shades frame at a joint and can easily be repaired with soldier. Overall condition os the base is excellent. Has no cracks. No holes, no broken parts and no repairs. Appears it have been rewired but has the original socket. Measures approx. 21 1/8" tall and is 5 1/2" wide. Weight is 6 pounds unpacked. Very cool antique lamp and is a must for any collector. UNIQUE Art Deco Nouveau Gothic Figural Sphinx Lion Leaded Slag Glass Lamp Light
Great antique art deco/nouveau figural Egyptian Sphinx(made out of what I believe to be bronze) lamp with an exquisite marbled leaded slag glass multi colored shade. The arm holding the shade rotates from side to side. And I believe it is brass. This piece is in excellent condition, the shade is free from any chips or cracks. The lamp weighs over 6 pounds, it's a very solid heavy piece. There is some wear from age to the arm, and some age to the body of the Sphinx, so please look closely at the pictures. I couldn't find any makers mark, the only signature I could find was the"Leviton" which is the company that makes the wiring. I have looked all over. And could not find anything as exquisite as this piece. This is a very unique and beautiful piece to add to your collection. It measures 9 1/2" high. Art Deco Slag Glass Lamp Jadite Jadeite Rare Metal Shade
Beautiful Art Deco lamp made in the 1920's in great condition. The shade is all metal with a large art deco motif final. The base is also metal with art deco motif. Measuring 26" tall with the shade being 15-1/2" across the bottom. The finial is 4-1/2" tall. Notice that there is discoloration to the underside of the shade and that there is some missing paint near the finial. Great looking Lamp that looks wonderful in any setting. Shipping in 2 boxes. Vintage Slag Glass Carmel Tiger eye Hanging ceiling wall flower light lamp
Being offered is a a neat old hanging light. It is done is a carmel slag and kind of reminds me of tigers eye because at places is even seems to have a metallic shine to it. It has an over-lay pattern which looks like a flower pedal. This has a plug in cord that is about 13' long and a chain that is a part in a few sections that will need to be relinked(30 second job) and the chain is about 10' I see no damage. I will try to send the globe that is in it but I will not promise it will arrive in working condition with all the bouncing around. I believe this to be vintage and not antique. I am thinking from the 60s 70s time frame. Thinking back when I was a kid. I remember seeing these type of things draped over tables and such.
