Vintage Jade Reverse Painted Glass Table Lamp
This Depression era Vintage Reverse Painted Glass Table Lamp is in very good condition for it's age. It is approx 20 1/2" tall(base to top of finial) x 8 1/2" wide at it's widest point. The glass has NO chips. Cracks or repairs and has over 98% of it's original paint. You can only tell there is missing paint by looking thru the bottom. When displayed upright It is next to impossible to see any missing paint. The molded glass has a definite Oriental style which really is enhanced by the Strong Jade Green color. The base is entirely made of glass. The socket looks to be made of brass exterior and copper interior. The light functions perfectly but plug-in is damaged and needs to be replaced. This was produced by Nicholas Kopp's Pittsburgh Lamp(Pilacrasgo) Co. between 1900 and 1926 when the company was bankrupted. Shade sits on a warm brass-colored cast base with nice leaf. The base is marked 1934 on the underside and has a Roman Gold painted finish, standard for Phoenix bases. It is equipped with a single 3-way Bryant pull chain socket and has been rewired with a period brown cloth cord and old plug. This is a nice antique gas light with a glass shade. The light has a white porcelain finish on the lamp ring and a nice decorated copper or brass arm or gas line to the lamp. The shade has a basket weave design on the outside and a hand painted flower design on the inside bottom. The lamp and shade are both in good condition as seen in the pictures. The lamp measures 5 1/2" from the top of metal arm to the bottom of the porcelain lamp ring. Is 3 1/2" wide across the bottom and the arm or gas line is 8 1/4" long. The outside is white satin and the inside looks like cased milk glass. I have not found a maker on this piece. The base is metal with a gold painted overlay. Gorgeous antique Bradley& Hubbard style Arts& Crafts/Mission era reverse painted mountain scene ribbed glass lamp. This is an absolutely stunning lamp that is tested and working wonderfully. There is an ornate design decorating the shade along the top. The light bulb will not be included in the shipment. There is some paint wear to the inside of the reverse painted glass shade. Pairpoint Reverse-Painted 4 Seasons Boudoir Lamp
This spectacular Pairpoint boudoir lamp has reverse paintings of the 4 seasons on the Exeter shaped glass shade. In between each panel is a smaller panel painted with an Art Nouveau motif which is also carried onto the top of the shade. The lamp is 15" tall. And the shade is 8 1/2" in diameter. The lamp is stamped with the Pairpoint firm's mark. The gilt-metal base has an urn-shaped standard. This lamp has been in my family for 70 years. It was purchased from a jewelry store in Madison, Wisconsin. The lamp was featured in a major New York antique dealer's catalog in December, 2001.

That being said it looks to possibly have original parts on it- the brass lamp socket is marked Benjamin. Typical finish wear and patina. The shade may be a 70s reproduction- it is not signed(unless I am missing it) however it is a very stunning example of reverse painting. Some scratches inside top, but for the most part the paint is excellent on this thing. Antique 1900-1940's Phoenix Glass Company Reverse Painted Lamp Pink Hue
Up for sale is a gorgeous ANTIQUE PHOENIX GLASS COMPANY lamp featuring a reverse painted glass shade. It is in working condition as demonstrated in the pictures. The base could use some cleaning up but there does not appear to be any significant damage on either the base or the shade. From bottom of the base to the top of the finial. It stands 23 inches tall. The shade is 16 inches in diameter. I don’t know much about the lamp. I have tried researching it but have not found much information online regarding the company. The“1876” mark on the bottom seems to be a hallmark of the Phoenix Company, though. It has been in my family for years(it belonged to my father’s grandmother) so it is probably from the early 1920’s, perhaps earlier. Antique 15" Reverse Painted Lamp w/ Windmills c. 1920 Art Deco Nouveau
Up for your consideration is a Fine Antique Reverse-Painted Lamp. C. 1910- 1920s. The lamp stands 15" tall and the shade is 7" across. It retains all of its original parts minus the bulb, including the original cord and plug. The cord is frayed to the wire in spots but I did plug it in to show that it still lights perfectly. It features windmills and stone houses with mountains and trees in the background. It is especially well painted, and in excellent condition. There are no cracks or flaws. The paint is in excellent condition, free of scratches or heat scorching. There is a tiny paint chip on the inside edge of the shade. I have included this in the photos for you to see.
