You are bidding on a vintage Buffet Crampon& Cie clarinet in case. The case is hard cover and has a metal plaque that says Buffet Carmpon& Cie A Paris. The case has some wear as shown. I am not familiar with the clarinet but I will attempt to describe it to the best of my abilities. None of the keys stick when pressed down. The mouthpiece does not appear to be original. There are two included in the box. One is Yamaha and the other is unmarked. The metal piece in picture 5 next to the bell is marked Mithcell Lurie. All other pieces look original. The bell has a small crack in the metal which can be seen in my pictures. Adolphe Boulenger operated from 1876 to 1899. This tray is solid.950 Silver, which was once a common high end French Silver standard. For auction is a vintage Evette& Schaeffer Buffet model e13 clarinet. According to the serial number of"K332* And the clarinetpages.net website, this clarinet was produced sometime in 1973 or 74. For an instrument this age it is in wonderful shape, and whoever owned it must have taken great care with it. No cracks in the wood or loose rings. The cork is in great shape, and the pads are in decent, but played condition. The clarinet has one issue. However. The E and F# keys at the top of the bottom joint have paper shims in their rod pins. I imagine the loosened over the years, or encountered some kind of repair. They work as they should, albeit maybe a little looser than they would have felt originally. The fourth and fifth photos in the listing depict the shims. The clarinet has no spring issues whatsoever. It is in 100% playable ... morecondition. Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE A RARE FRENCH CIRCULAR BOUCHER’S SYSTEM CALCULATOR by HENRI CHATELAIN. PARIS circa 1880. The double faced calculator is inscribed CALCULIGRAPHE. H, C. PARIS& MADE IN FRANCE. The case is plated metal. The dials are uneven with some rust spots and one hand is‘bent’ The bevelled edge of the glass on one side has some rim chips. I have resisted the temptation to‘fiddle’ with it but I imagine it would need to be restored/refurbished to get it to work. The calculator is 2 inches in diameter.

Vintage Amber Resin Box JP - T.P. DANBIERE, PARIS - French Exhibition Piece 1889
SEE DESCRIPTION BELOW THE FOLLOWING PICTURES This small box is quite an unusual piece. It appears to be made from some kind of Bakelite resin material and is a dull dark amber colour though when held to the light you can see its rich colouring and the figure holding the dove is a silver metallic colour. It has the appearance of being partly hand carved and moulded. Although I am not an expert and I am unsure what technique was used in its making. The box and lid have no chips or cracks and are showing very little wear. When placed together they measure 2.8 cm(just over 1 inch) in height by 7.2 cm(a fraction under 3 inches) wide by 5.5 cm(almost 2 ¼ inches) The base is signed“T.P. Danbiere, Paris” which can be seen in one of the photographs above. I have attempted to research the piece and it seems to be quite a rare item and was possibly ... moreproduced for the Paris Exhibition of 1889. The only other similar piece I could find on Ebay was a plaque. Item number 121041825489, which was signed by Danbiere and on the reverse is an insert which states it was for the Paris Universalle Exposition of 1889.
