Vintage Large Black Panther Ceramic Statue Figure. I have seen these turned into lamps or used as planters. There is a hole for a cord. If it was used as a planter. It would need an insert. Antique vase or lamp w/ cherubs& brass base. I don't know much about this. Except it looks to be in great condition& is 9.5" tall. I can't see any markings to indicate an artist or mfg. There's a light bulb socket inside the vase near the bottom that takes one of those small light bulbs. AND: it works. It lights up. the on/off switch works. ISSUES: From the bottom of the base. It appears there was a metal plate covering the bottom that has mostly crumbled away-that's the only"flaw" I can see. It's also very sharp metal inside the base. Paulding lamp with glass base
Up for sale today is a glass lamp base with a Paulding light fixture. To me it looks as if this may have been an oil lamp converted to electric but I'm not completely sure. The top of the Paulding fixture unscrews from the base. It is 9.5 inches tall including the bulb and the base has a diameter of 3.25 inches. I have not plugged the lamp in but otherwise appears to be in good condition.

handel lamp base without lamp shade unfortunately. measures 13 inches. the lamp works and has a very very long cord. some places need to be tightened up. bottem of base is losing copper brass looking paint. without paint it has a whitish glass look? this lamp base does not have a marking and i have heard that some of the early ones did not. the shade that it did have had the handel painted on it with a number. I'm guessing on both the age and the material on this lamp. It belonged to my Great- Gramma and I'm 60 years old. It is a heavy lamp and might be brass or bronze. It is marked Leviton on the bottem. It does work but I no longer trust the wiring, it DOES need to be re-wired. Its a beautiful lamp with a push button 3 way on the base, it holds 3 bulbs and has a adjustable pole for the lamp shade so that you can choose the height of the shade. A shade is NOT included. The lamp base measures 5 1/2 inches across and the lamp is 19 1/2 inches tall with a 6 inch adjustment for the shade.

This Cranberry Coin Dot Lamp is in great condition with no chips. Cracks, or damage. Milk glass base and a frosted glass shade. The lamp measures 16.75 inches tall and works well. Beautiful old lamp. ANTIQUE lamp base HANDPAINTED floral motif just needs WIRING kit
true antique from 40's or VERY early 50's.it is in very good condition considering its age- a couple of places where the inner paint has a bit of peeling BUT IT IS ON THE BACK and will not show when displayed.hand painted flowers are very nice and intact.the only visible flaws on the front are three minor discolorations in the inner painting and they are negligible especially in a piece of this age 12 3/4 tall. Base is 5 1/4 we found this in my mother in law's attic 25 plus years ago and I am certain the newest it is is early 50's.we are retiring to the beach in two years and letting go of many of our treasures THIS IS THE BASE ONLY! This listing includes the antique pairpoint clear glass lamp with silver finish ball neck stem shown in very nice vintage condition. Works.Height at the top of the light bulb socket is 9 1/4 inches x 4 5/8 inches wide at the round footed base. The silver finish on the metal ball neck is worn, has a couple of small dents. The lamp has a controlled bubbles paperweight type stem, the footed base has an all around cut edge pattern with a engraved cut flower underneath. There is a very small nick located on the side edge of the footed base and there is a smooth dimple type area located on the underside of the footed base, both shown in the last 2 photos. This terrific HEAVILY cast zinc stand for a banquet or parlor lamp dates from the years just before the American Civil War and is most often attributed to Dietz based on period catalog illustrations. This example is in untouched. Absolutely un-enhanced condition and fresh from an Indiana estate where it was ignored in an attic for years. It measures 8 ¼” tall x 5 ½” across the figural base with 4 sphinx and will hold a lamp with up to 5 3/8” diameter base. The details are crisply cast with high gothic styles predominating and the surface is gray and oxidized with scant traces of original bronze gilding and verdigris. A great 1920s Art Deco lamp base. The base is all made out heavy chromed cast brass, the lady diver is 5mm thick, so it is a good quality 20s base as oppose to the later thin models, this lamp is very heavy, the diver is posed in front of a black decorated metal panel of which she is screwed to. Condition the black panels have been repainted in recent years& really could do with stripping& spraying as oppose to painting with a brush, the chromework is in very good condition overall for its age, though needs cleaning, the lamp has no bulb/lamp holder. THIS beautiful piece mystifies me and at the same time it is so nicely decorated that it mesmerizes me! I'm not exactly sure what it does- looks like it can be a lamp base or a jardiniere stand( you be the judge. The decoration reminds me of some european influence- very similar to decorations on inlaid sorrento boxes that typically depicts stylized birds amongst foliage. It is also bears similarities to islamic or persian style decorations. It is made of mixed materials of brass and porcelain. A large colorful vintage(possibly from the 1920s. Not sure? Gouda Ivora Holland Art Pottery Lamp base that is 20 inches in height, 6 and 1/4 inches wide at the base. mark on base is Ivora Gouda 175 Mat 17. and there is a cast mark 175 in the pottery base. somebody drilled the bottom but there is also a side hole for a cord that was filled in and painted over casually with a green paint that does not match up.has a metal cap for the top but no other original lamp hardware. one tiny chip in the glaze near the bottom of the lamp. please email me with questions! Old La Vinite Black Basalt Lamp Base Description. This is a marked piece of black basalt. I have not been able to identify the maker. It looks like La Vinite. I think that it might be a French piece due to the mark but I don't know. Production hole in the base for a lamp cord. No cracks. Chips or repairs. The basalt has some white residue, scuffs, graphite marks. I have not tried to clean it so I don't damage it. It will be sent as is.
