The arm is 8" long and the shade is 6-3/4" x 5-1/2" It has a brass finish with a cast iron base. It has at one time been rewired and the wire and cord are in fine condition. The base is marked Lyhne Lamp Patd July 12 10, Dec 19 11 USA. Of, course, it has been used and does show some wear on the brass finish.The reflector on the inside also shows some wear and the arm has a few surface rust spots on one side all consistent with its age and use. It works fine and the industrial design blends well with both modern and antique decor.

Beautiful Antique Fenton Coin Dot Blue Lamp Marble Base~Cased Swirl Shade
Blue Dot Lamp For your consideration I have a beautiful antique blue dot lamp that was manufactured by Fenton. The metal appears to be brass and the base is marble. Lamp has a blue swirl ruffled top glass shade that is white cased. The lamp also comes with a clear glass chimney. The lamp is 20-1/2" tall to the top of blue glass shade and the base is 5" square. The blue dot glass is 7" tall. The lamp works with a non-polarized plug. I always recommend replacing non-polarized plugs. The glass has no chips. Cracks, breaks or repairs. The brass is dent free. Great art deco/nouveau ornate cast iron Fleur De Lis lamp base. I picked this up at a local estate. I believe the painting to the lamp is original to the piece. It's got some gold, red and green/blue paint as shown in the close ups. The wire I got this with was not safe, so it is newly rewired. It is tested and working great as you can see in the pictures. The bulb will not be included in shipment. On the bottom of this piece, it is marked it an"H" in a circle, which I've found from research is Hamilton Foundry. They were more widely known for their cast iron toys. This is a gorgeous solid piece to add to your collection! It measures 24 1/4" tall to the top of the finial. This is a Czech pottery“Peasant Art” lamp base. Manufactured between 1919 and 1938. This piece is decorated with a hand painted floral design. It is approximately 4 ¼” tall and about 4 ½” wide at the waist. The item is marked inside the base underglaze with the number“542” and“MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA” The lamp base is in good + original condition. There is a curious pitting to the body. This may be intrinsic to the clay or may have occurred during the initial crazing. We don't know. However. This didn’t affect the producer of this piece as they painted the flowers right over the top. There are no chips, cracks or repairs evident. The paint appears to be all intact. This Gorgeous Lamp Base was produced by'Céramique de Beauce' In the 1950's. It features a Naked Woman. It is listed at the Marius-Barbeau Museum. It was never used. Paper rice shade is supposed to fit that Lamp. It is marked underneath, Beauceware 177 Canada. Measurements are: around 13 1/4' 33,50 cm) high x 11 1/2' 28 cm) long x 6 3/4' 17 cm) wide, at the widthest part. Still nice patina. My young son thinks this is from the 1930's( he might be right but I'm not sure) It is in very bad condition but might be worth something for the mother-of-pearl( or is it celluloid) valves or other parts. I do not play so I am not experienced with any of this; please use the photos for your own judgment. My son who is learning the alto sax used musical instrument oil and made the valves move up and down freely. He pointed out that there is a crease that has a slice through. The slice is 4.5" from the end where a mouth piece would go IF there was one(which there is NOT) So I don't know if this could be reconditioned to be a performing instrument. The slice through is not part of the valve area but part of the smaller curvy tubing in a different part) It would be really cool wall art in a bar. Here we have a teak candle holder made by Dansk. Designed by Jens Quistgaard. This is a nice piece, it is made of teak and has a brass insert for a candle to sit in. Not only could it be used as a candle holder, but it could also be the candle base for a hurricane lamp. It measures 5 1/2" tall and has a 2" diameter opening. Approx. 3 3/4" across at the widest point(base) The candle holder is in gently pre-owned used condition. Free of any chips, nicks or cracks from what I can see. Trombone Lamp. Three-way Touch Switch. Buescher True-Tone. Oak Base. LED Bulb.
No working trombones were injured in the creation of this lam p. I had a Bues cher True-Tone bell with no slide secti on that w as too pretty to give away. And too expensive to fix. I mated it up to a very old slide which would never work again, and built a n oak base for it. It has a three-way touch s witch which allows you t o turn it on and off by touching the trombone. It also has a standard switch in t he base in case you deci de you don't want it turn ing on if your cat rubs up against it in th e mi ddle of the night. The switch works well under normal use. If you're playing around with it a lot. It can get stuck on a particular brightness and the switeh in the base has to be used to reset it. The bulb is a n LED flood bulb. It doe sn't put out much heat and it works well with the electronics of the touch switch. I did my ... morebest to make th is safe and professional. The light socket is held in place with a large b rass ring inside of the bell. Making it ea sy to swap out bulbs. It will take a v ariety of bulb types, some of which would sit further down in the bell but I tho ught this one had a nice look to it. I'd rec ommen d going only with LED bulbs. Oh. And trombone nerd that I am, I ensured that it the bell section could be made playable again with a minimum o f effor t. The power cord comes through the tuning slide leg rather than the crook. So with the remov al of some solder and the procurement of a tuning slide leg(a fairly common size) it could eve n play again. Please email with any questions.
