He had many ... morewonderful items! I cannot find a signature on the lamp shade. Although I may be missing something. Also, there is no felt or bottom covering on the base. The socket is signed, but this is for the hardware manufacturer. Several antique dealers have looked at shade but no definitive answer. Except it is truly beautiful! Multi shades of color accented with a stunning irridescence. The underside of shade has the colors in their more solid form. And on the outside is this wonderful and captivating coloring. Amazing. The rim of shade has no chips, just slight roughness. Shade is excellent. The metal base does has some discolor here& there. The lamp works and cord is fine. If it is a replacement, it was done many years ago. NOTE The four spokes supporting the base for the shade may be able to be tightened. This part moves slightly if shade is touched. But I have no problem using this lamp at all. Remember. Though, that there is some play in this part. From base bottom to top of socket. Lamp measures 16 1/2" The round part where shade fits into is about 10 1/4" Base of lamp is 7" across. Shade is about 6" tall, and 10" across opening. WILL BE SHIPPING this in TWO boxes. Vintage Art Nouveau Style Electric Floor Lamp White Marble Base
This is a vintage art nouveau style 4-way floor lamp. It was a two-tier white marble base. The main light socket is the large style socket. The three other sockets are standard size sockets. The lamp is in very good condition but there is some tarnishing and imperfections consistent with age and use. It is about 58" tall and the base at the bottom is about 13" in diameter.

One of the smaller towns in my area has an annual once a year sale. Where the whole town participates. I found this beauty today, along with many other gems. I am not sure if this is Pottery or Porcelain. Figural Nudes all around the piece and with an Art Deco Nouveau flair. I was told from the 30's or 40's this morning and they were not sure of the maker either. Since there's no marks- other then on the hardware itself. Lamp works and is truly elegant! Vintage 30s 40s Art Nouveau Style Columnar Metal Lamp Pediment top Brass Finial
Up for auction is an early electric vintage metal art nouveau style columnar lamp recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. We believe it to be quite early electric due to the fact the on off switch was on the back. This is a pot metal which does not attract a magnet. Very nicely made it appears as if it was rewired in the 60's from the age and style of the white cord. Not to mention the color is a bit showy for the color of the lamp. This would need a new plug but recommend rewiring with black cord. There is rusting to the top around the finial, the interior shows an older lighting fixture and you may want to change that out before testing it, looks a bit outdated. Regardless, a wonderful early electricity lamp worthy of restoration. This is overall 22" to the top of the finial on a base 5" sq. The green ... morefelt on the bottom we do not feel is original to the piece, more of a 60's style most likely replaced when rewired. These are all best educated guesses. Best of luck in bidding! IS HAS SOME SERIOUS WEIGHT AND SOME SERIOUS DETAIL. THIS PARIS PRINCESS IS WEARING LACEY BLOOMERS AND LACE UP BALLET SLIPPERS. SHE SEEMS TO BE BALANCING THE LIGHT WITH HER FEET. THE LAMP IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. I LOOKED AND FOUND A COUPLE OF SIMILAR LAMPS THAT HAVE SOLD- THEY HAD A BALL TYPE GLOBE. This auction is for an Antique Bridge arm Floor Lamp. This is a Cast metal and Brass Floor lamp with an Ornate Bridge Arm that features a Devils face and Flame. It has a decorative iron base and a large Marble in the center of the pole. This lamp is 60 inches high and the base is approximately 11 inches in diameter. It weighs 15 lb. The center pole is hollow and has hollow brass sleeves that slide over the pole. The lamp was working but the wiring was very old and frayed and I removed the old wiring. New wiring is a simple procedure with the wire threaded up through the pole and laced through the bridge work and then connected to the socket. Everything is original and complete except for a tiny screw that secures the socket. I dropped the original on the floor and have not been able to locate it. I have replaced it with a new screw. For sale is a gorgeous rare Art Nouveau ceramic pottery lamp base depicting an draped woman with flowers around the base. It is not pictured. As I did not find the markings until later, but on the inside of the pottery, covered with the the wood base, is marked"Austria JM 6021" JM being the abbreviation for Johann Maresch. This piece is in pretty decent shape for its age. The original paint job has evenly and elegantly faded over time giving this piece a real nice patina. This piece feels to maybe be terracotta or a chalkware material. And does have some very minor nicks in places. Nothing really noticeable when looking at this piece overall, and you will have to actually look really closely to find them. No cracks or breaks. Originally a lamp base. Antique/vintage Art Nouveau lamp with young boy leaning against tree stump or rock( reading a book. I believe this charming lamp was made by the Armor Bronze Co in the early 1900's as it is a perfect match to the bookends made by that company. I haven't been able to find a mark and the felt on the bottom(where a label would have been) has been replaced. The lamp is in working order. The electric cord has been replaced, but I would recommend having it checked for safety. The finish on the lamp is worn in areas and it may have been waxed at one time, the tree stump appears to have remnants of polychrome paint. The socket is part of the"tree stump" and appears to be original. The lamp is 8 inches high and the base is 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches. Atlantic Yacht Club Tennis 1st Prize 1903 Art Nouveau Pewter Trophy Stein Lamp
Pewter trophy stein made into a lamp. The engraving reads Atlantic Yacht Club Tennis Tournament First prize Mixed doubles Won By Miss Ida Thallon Mr Chas J McDermott Labor Day 1903 It measures 17" tall on the trophy and 29" on lamp base is 7 1/2" wide I have left it in its original condition over the face of trophy where Engraving is there seams to some tape residue it seems to come off with out damaging patina but I did not remove as I didn't know what to use. The motif is wheat with hops around bottom. Design is done in a art nouveau style. Date also reflects the art nouveau period too. A very unique piece Atlantic yacht club still in operation has moved several times and burned down once in the 30's I think. From the research I did, make offer if I am off on value.

Vintage 1950's Art Nouveau style T.V. Lamp in the shape of a leaf. Was probably meant to be a planter. But now makes a great remote holder. Remote in picture is not included. Lamp measures approximately 7 1/4" in height, 7 1/4" in width and approximately 7 1/4" in depth. Electric lamp with switch on the cord. There is a little stress crack on the back by the socket, but appears to have been made like that. 1 small flake at the top back of the lamp. Hard to see because it has been touched up. Felt that was on the bottom is off. Unmarked.

Up for bids is a fantastic Art Nouveau or early Art Deco wall light with a beaded Bohemian or Czech glass fringe. It measures about 16" the light being about 10" and the fringe measuring about 6" The usual minor roughness around the rim of the shade and one very small flake(pin head size) on the rim. A few strands of the glass beads are missing but most of it is still intact. The light is pull chain operated but could easily be hard wired. The end of the pull chain even has a cute acorn finial. FABULOUS ART NOUVEAU CIRCUS ENTERTAINER LAMP W/ ITALIAN MILLEFIORI SHADE C 1920
RARE& FABULOUS ART NOUVEAU CIRCUS ENTERTAINER LAMP WITH ITALIAN MILLEFIORI GLASS GLOBE SHADE– CIRCA 1920 Measures approximately 25 ½” high. The metal figural woman measures 7 ¼” wide by hand to elbow. The millefiori glass shade measures approximately 7 ½” in diameter. This wonderful lamp depicts an acrobatic woman with all the right moves juggling a ball in the air(the lamp shade) with her feet as she lays on her back she makes it look delightfully easy as she waves with one hand and fans herself with the other. The round or globe shaped shade is made of gorgeous Italian millefiori glass; it is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This lamp is in outstanding original condition but does have some small areas of paint loss ie. on her legs and fingers. Remnant of the original sticker on the millefiori shade– see ... morelast photo. Millefiori is a glasswork technique which produces distinctive decorative patterns on glassware. Antique/Vintage Art Nouveau Lamp, Spelter or Pot Metal - WORKS
For sale is an Antique/Vintage Art Nouveau Lamp made of Spelter or Pot Metal. This old piece had evidently been rewired in the past and WORKS just fine. The lamp measures 13-1/2 inches high to the top of the socket. The base measures 8 inches across. The lamp is unmarked as to manufacturer but is in very good condition. If it was painted originally. The paint is now gone. The metal is in good shape; no breaks, cracks or dents. Depicted on the lamp vase are leaves and vines and what appears to be a flower where the base attaches to the socket.

Antique Spelter Art Nouveau Cherubs Lamp from Historic Portland Hotel. Built/Opened 1891, Demolished 1951 I believe this type of metal would be called"spelter" Although I may be mistaken, it could be iron instead. The person, whom I purchased this from around ten years ago(here in Portland, OR) reported to me that this came from a sell off of interior items from the famous, long gone, Portland Hotel, which used to stand where Pioneer Square now resides, dead in the center of Downtown Portland, OR. Since acquiring this lamp, I've tried several times to find any way to prove its origin, or tie it to the hotel, however there is a notorious lack of photographs(NONE showing the inside of a single one of the rooms customers used to stay in has ever been discovered) combined w/a surprising lack of detailed inventory, or other information ... moreabout the mundane aspects of this famous hotel. Therefore, I cannot exactly prove the lamp's provenance, only relate it as it was told to myself. The last bit of information the former owner of the lamp provided, was the claim that they picked the piece up for basically nothing, when the interior of the hotel was practically thrown away& handed out free upon its closing. Here is a little Wikipedia information on the hotel- The Portland Hotel(or Hotel Portland) was a late-19th-century hotel in. That once occupied the city block on which now stands. It closed in 1951 after 61 years of operation. Much more information can be found on this Wikipedia page. Or by using a Google search. Just don't expect to find many pictures of any parts of the hotel's fancy interior. As you can see in the pictures. The lamp has not been actually damaged by any abuses, but it is very old, has paint issues, although no real oxidation that I can locate. Antique French Bronze Spelter MOREAU JB HIRSCH Pole Lamp Art Nouveau Deco Rococo
L&F MOREAU Fantastic antique"Collection Francaise" MADE IN USA spelter metal lamp of a girl reading her book and a boy holding his birds. The mold for the lamp were created by two French brothers who went under the name L&F Moreau. L&F Moreau were two brothers who were part of the Moreau dynasty of sculptors from Dijon. France in the 19th century. L&F Moreau were perhaps best known for creating highly ornate lamps. Clocks and garniture sets in both bronze and spelter. The L stands for L ouis Auguste(1855-1919) Known for bronzes and metal sculptures. The F stands for Hippolyte F rancois(1857-1930) A painter and sculptor. Both of these men were each well-known artists and today are listed in the various important art guides(Davenports, Who's Who, etc. and their work commands high prices. The boy is marked on his ... moreback and on his school bag. The lamp is painted in gold and white(cream) tones. It's a very unique piece. It's tested and working wonderfully, as you can see in the pictures. This fantastic lamp was made by J.B. Hirsch. This figure was designed by L& F Moreau. This is a great collectible piece and wonderful piece of artwork! No broken hands. Feet, etc. Some paint chips and signs of use! I am not sure if the shades are original. Please feel free to share any information and ask questions! Measurements: lamp can be adjusted to fit the ceiling hight from 7 ft 5 in up to 8 ft 9 in. Bottom of the pole has a screw which can be adjust it and you can make it even taller or you can just use the spring on the top of the pole. Antique Art Nouveau Lamp Base Handel Bradley Hubbard era Figural Leaded panel
Up for consideration is an interesting old art Nouveau figural lamp in the form of a piece of sprouting broccoli.The lamp measures approximately 22 inches tall by about 8 inches across. The lamp is made of spelter and iron. The bottom piece is supported by 3 legs but if the lamp was made to be viewed more on one side as there appears to be some highlights that are more detailed on one side more so than the other.There are no chips breaks or visible repairs. The piece is unsigned. The sockets are not original although the main stem and not heading up to the light assembly appear to be original. This is a great old lamp base that supported probably a scenic reverse painted shade. Nonetheless it is of Art Nouveau form and is very attractive in it's own right. Antique Art Nouveau Floor Lamp Lovely ½” Thick Glass Shade and Marble Base
I’ve had this gorgeous lamp for many. Many years and always loved it, but now I’m downsizing so it has to go. The shade is a goldish color and is ½” thick glass detailed with embossed flowers around its perimeter. The interior is white. The shade measures 16” in diameter. 5” in height and weighs 5.4 lbs. The lamp body is made of beautifully detailed patina’d metal in a striking Art Nouveau design and the base is accented with marble. The height is 62” Not including the shade. There is a slight crack to part of the decorative metal collar at the base of the pole as shown in the photos, but this does not affect the lamp’s functionality…I’ve always turned the crack so it faces the wall. The lamp has a 3-way switch so you can adjust the lighting based upon your preference: dim. Medium, bright. Very versatile.
