this is an exquisite very large antique"The French" oil burning lamp made in 1890. it has beautiful ornate detailing and made from a plated breas. has a nice base with cut hole design and underneath is a cast iron ring to keep it weighed down and bottom heavy. the shaft has a nice swirled design which leads up to the oil container. it is highly embossed with stunning foliage and the sides are raised swirls. it is also marke on the oil container by maker reading the french pat. july 15th 1890 it has a rare style burner that comes apart and fits a gorgeous clear glass shade. the oil lamp and shade are in great working shape and has a nice patina from age. it measures 25 3/4 x 6 1/2 inches great rare oil lamp. It has double arms(very rare) and two duplex burners- one burner does have a crack in the air draft screen. The shade holder and burner cover are missing. This lamp was made by P. E. Guerin out of New York who made many of the cast brass ornaments throughout the city. This company was well known for fine craftsmanship(as this lamp displays) and is still in existence today. This is beautifully hallmarked B& H Bradley& Hubbard and is triple hallmarked with markings on the top of the burner. The oil cap and embossed on the tank. There are several dents and a couple of dings that do not detract because the finish is so excellent. There is barely any pitting if any at all and the finish is excellent. Antique Oil/Kerosene Eagle Finger Lamp This listning is for a lovely Antique Glass Finger Hole Eagle Oil Lamp. The side wick turner is marked P& A Mfg. Co. Eagle- Made in USA. I was unable to remove the top from the base. It measures 6" tall& is 5 1/4" wide including the handle. There are several straw marks& bubbles in the glass. The bottom edge has a rough spot that I believe is a popped bubble& inside the finger hole is a mold line& the top of the mold line is sharp. Part of that small line may have fleabites. The wick turner works fine& there is residue still inside the lamp. Shipping cost includes insurance.

Antique Fostoria Parlor Oil Lamp Gone With The Wind Up for auction is an antique Fostoria Glass Company. Parlor or GWTW type center draft oil lamp. Lamp body and ball shade is a frosted satin glass with an embossed design. Condition is very good with no breaks or cracks in glass, working burner, with the only issue being a small nick in the font(see last picture) which would be an easy fix and the usual little chips around the shade fitter. The lamp stands 23 inches from the bottom to the top of the shade. Shade is around 9 inches in diameter and base looks to be about the same in width. Iron base is 8-1/4 inches square. This is an ornate Victorian oil lamp from the late 1800's to approximately 1920's. It has been converted for electrical use. As you may be able to see from photographs. The conversion has been professionally done at some point, with authentic electrical plug from the 40's or 50's. The globe is original. It is ivory with primary colors of red and gold. This auction is for a very rare Miller brass binnacle hand lamp. The bottom removes with an oil lamp base with a simplex wick holder. It is signed E Miller Company made in USA and has a brand new wick. The oil lamp locks into the base. It has vent holes at the bottom and the top. It has a wood carrying handle and an Eisinglass/ isinglass front that is still intact. The lamp measures 8 ¼ inches with the handle up and 7 inches with the handle down and measures 2 ¾ inches in diameter. A ships binnacle lamp has no steel anywhere in it. Standing 10 1/2 inches to the top of the burner. There are no nicks. Chips, or bruises. The underside of the base has 7 small internal fissures from the cooling process as well as some straw marks. Pair of antique MEISSEN porcelain Blue Onion pattern oil lamps that were mounted as electric lamps. Each rests on a gilded bronze base which is attached to a circular wooden base. They measure 13" tall from the bottom of the bronze section of the base to the top of the collar of the original oil lamp. This measurement does not include the wooden base or the electrical fittings. There is some chipping to the top of the central column on one. Just under the fancy bronze joiner between the column and the font. Both are marked and date to the late 19th Century. Antique Vintage Hanging Oil Lamp Connverted Top and Bottom Light Up Brass Glass
Nice old oil lamp that was converted to electric. The top and/or bottom light up. There is a small chip to the top rim of the glass shade and very minor spots of wear to the brass. There are 18 glass prisms. It measures 10 inches wide and 20 inches high. It is set up to be wired directly to the ceiling and it hangs down 12 inches from the ceiling however you could add two chains if you wanted it to hang lower. I just hung it from a bungee cord to take pictures.
