The item for auction is an Antique Victorian Era Cast Iron wall mounted Oil Lamp Bracket and Antique Oil Lamp. The items were meticulously and painstakingly cleaned and refinished in an attempt to bring out their original appearance. Workmanship and detail as well as to preserve them for future use. The Victorian Era Bracket is extremely ornate and the detail of the design is clear and distinct. The bracket can swivel to different positions desired. It is further complimented by the Antique Oil Lamp that is fully functional. The bracket when acquired was layered in paint and rusty throughout and much of the ornate detail could not be seen. The lamp was very dirty and had the typical residue of shellac base grime inside it from years of use. The lamp bracket also includes the wall bracket with mounting screws that were also refinished. The ... moreoil lamp is Depression style pressed glass type and is stamped with an“M” on the bottom of the base. It has an external filler cap and the wick is in very good shape. The lamp also includes a vintage top beaded globe. They are complete and void of any cracks or missing pieces. There appears to have been a repair to the bracket lamp base which is shown in the last photo provided however, this does not detract from the appeal or function of the item and also is a sturdy repair that is very hard to notice. The bracket mounted from the board illustrated measures roughly 9 ½” out and the lamp measures 12 1/2: in height. The items are in remarkable condition for their age and are ready to use. The items are all original and authentic and not reproduction, as there is many reproduction offered on eBay. The fixture was temporarily mounted on a board to illustrate the lamp in the holder. A most attractive late 19th century finger/hand oil lamp composedof translucent pale pinkglass with a moulded design of 6 repeated petaled flower heads.In opaque pale pink which display a fiery translucent when held against a light(see photo's) It is of quatrefoil shape with 4 bulbous sides.And has an applied clear pink handle,with finely ribbed combed effect(see photo's) The glass base is in original condition with no chips.Cracks or restoration.There is original old dirt in the deepest crevices,which i have not removed for sake of authenticity,prefering to leave that to the buyer. It is Brass and. Again, has never been electrified. The Burner is marked on the top of the Flame Spreader with the Miller Logo. The oil filler cap is not marked. Octavia Pattern Oil Finger Lamp C 1890 Antique Excellent
Up for auction is an Octavia pattern octagonal finger oil lamp. Thuro in Book I shows the stand lamp on P. 274 and identifies it as from 1880 to 1900 but does not mention a maker. The stand versions are easy to come by and I have owned and sold several. But never the finger lamp. It's very sweet, measures 3.5" H to top of original brass collar, 11"H with chimney. No chips, cracks or discoloration. Sold with an old, and likely original No. 1 Queen Anne burner and an old chimney with swirls and bubbles. Buyer will be pleased.

Antique Bradley & Hubbard Double Handled, Double Wick DUPLEX Brass Oil Lamp
Picked up this antique Bradley& Hubbard double wicked brass oil lamp about a year ago. It had a tall glass chimney at one time.long gone. Each wick sits inside a thin metal case that's hinged. And the hooked latch under the burner opens and closes the top edges of the metal casing.I've tried to show it in the pictures. Both thumb wheels are marked B&H DUPLEX. The handles are curled and curled again to sit on the shoulders of the lamp-one handle has been pushed inward just the tiniest bit, giving it a slightly different shape from the other. Each handle has a twisted rope pattern on the stripping along the edges.gives it a little fancy dancy look. The same decorative edging is around the waist of the font. The font obviously sat in something which prevented it from developing the great patina visible on the rest of the lamp, ... moreas its bottom is bright and shiny, with almost no visible wear. Measures 7" to the top of the burner and 10" from handle to handle. The bottom"foot" is 5.5" across in case you're looking to put it in a holder, but it sits perfectly level without one. Sometimes it can be viewed in almost upright position. The second photo shows a cracked(copper? pivot pin. This lamp can sit on the shelf or hang on the wall. There are a few dents but NO pewter cracks. A book"American Pewter" by Kerfoot.1974, pgs 212-213 w/4pgs of UNmarked American whale oil lamps including at least 2 very similar to the one in this listing. On pg 212, it mentions excitement in trends of lighting fixtures between the yrs. of 1830-60's. The New York directories of 1840's listed 11 makers of pewter. Antique B & H Hanging Oil Lamp w Cased Hunter Green Shade and Font Pat'd 1894-96
This is for an Antique B& H Victorian Hanging Parlor Lamp. The lamp is being sold just as found at a local estate. The gorgeous Cased Forest Green Shade and Font are without chips. cracks or repairs. The frame. Rings and motor metal all match. The frame, fonts, chains, etc are original and have not been polished. The B& H Font has vertical splits and would need to be soldered before using it. The electrical font that is included matches the patina perfectly and would have to be rewired to use it. The lamp measures about 38 inches tall in the shortened position. The motor works well, but could use some cleaning, lubricant and slight adjustment as one chain stops just short of retracting fully. The chimney had been replaced with an aladdin chimney. Antique 1892 MILLER Brass & Marble Oil/Kerosene Lamp w/ Etched Cranberry Shade
Here's a gorgeous. Antique"The Miller" lamp with the original etched glass shade. It has been electrified, with a switch on the cord to turn off and on, but I was told that it could be turned back to oil or kerosene if you wanted. The kerosene tank can be lifted out of the font. The font is solid brass and is painted with the original paint. As you can see by the pics, it's in beautiful condition. Overall, it measures 29 1/2" tall to the top of the blown glass chimney. It measures 9 3/4" across at the very bottom of the base. It's 6" wide across widest part of the font. The bottom of the ruffled, original, etched glass shade measures 3 7/8" across, outside measurements. The top of the ruffled glass shade measures 8 1/4" across, outside measurements. I believe the lamp is made out of brass or ... morebronze. As a magnet doesn't stick to any of the metal parts. The font is metal, but is painted a dark reddish brown color and the paint is the original paint. The stem part of the lamp is marble, I believe. All of the ornate and filigreed metal parts of the lamp has the original gold paint on it. The paint is in good condition, missing a tiny bit here and there where it's rubbed off, on the edges, but it certainly doesn't detract from the piece. The glass shade is the original shade with a graduated cranberry colored glass on top of the shade. It's frosted and has a beautiful etched design all around the white frosted part of the shade. The shade is perfect other than a few tiny scratches.there are no chips, no cracks, no breaks. The only flaw I can find is on the very top of the chimney, NOT the shade. There's a close-up of a stress mark on the very edge of the clear glass chimney, but it's still not broken. You can always replace the clear glass chimney. On the edge of the part of the burner is marked"Pat. June 18 1893. On the font. On the oil thingy are the words"2 Patents June 28 1892. I'm not an antique lamp expert. But I will do my best

For sale is I believe an antique opium lamp. It measures about 2 15/16" tall and is made of either brass or bronze with a stone-like material inbetween. My best guess is that it might be jade but other possibilities are marble. Alabaster, or some other similar material? It may be jade since it has white, orange, and green color, and is very smooth and cold to the touch. It has no glass shade but it in very good shape with typical wear, as pictured. Antique Country Primitive Metal Oil Lamp in Original Old Blue Paint, rustic, old
Here's a great-looking. Antique oil lamp up for bids without reserve. Made of metal, it's footed, has its original burner, and glass chimney. It has a great, untouched surface with old, worn blue paint that also appears to be original. It's still a bit dusty and dirty from decades of storage and has some minor surface rust in spots which adds to its country charm. There are no rust holes or problems that would cause the font to leak. The edge of the base has a small ding that is hardly noticeable. The lamp isn't bent, it stands straight and level. The knob that adjusts the wick turns properly but we haven't been able to unscrew the burner. The chimney is that old, wavy glass as you can see in some of the photos. Including it, the lamp stands about 19 3/4 inches tall; without it, it measures about 8 inches high without ... morethe burner. The bottom has a 5 inch diameter. The base is 4 1/8" in diameter. The lamp works but will need oil because I dump oil and remove saturated wicks from oil lamps. As the USPS considers them combustable and does not permit them to be shipped. Wicks are inexpensive at local hardware stores, as is lamp oil. Antique Piano Parlor B&H Ornate Table Oil Kerosene Lamp Fenton Coindot Shade
For your consideration is this Antique Piano Parlor B&H Ornate Table Oil Kerosene Lamp With Fenton Coindot Shade. This Beautiful. Antique Oil Lamp measures approximately 32 3/4" tall and 9 1/4" wide. The Pink Fenton Coindot shade measures approximately 5 1/8" tall and 8 5/8" in diameter. The base of the shade measures approximately a little under 4" in diameter. The shade is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. The only thing I can see is 1 thin flake on the bottom rim of the shade(shown in pic) and the normal minor roughness around the inside rim from being cut away from the mold. The lead glass chimney to the lamp measures approximately 10" tall and about 3 1/4" at it's widest point. The chimney is signed at the top. HIGH GRADE ATLAS LEAD GLASS. It is in very nice condition, EXCEPT for ... morea very small flake around the bottom rim and a couple very small spots of roughness around the bottom rim as well. The ornate. Black cast/wrought iron base of the lamp is in very nice condition as well. There is one small spot(shown in pic) where some of the black paint has worn a bit. The burner is marked, The B& H, for The Bradley& Hubbard Co. This antique oil lamp has been very nicely converted to electric and the cord is in very nice, safe condition. Measures approx. 5.4 cm tall and 5.8 cm at widest. Weight 68gr. Date c15/16thC. From the Si Satchanalai kiln site. Condition is very good. Some signs of wear and use commensurate with age. Unique Antique Gone With The Wind Parlor Lamp Converted From Oil To Electric
Gorgeous gwtw lamp! This lamp has an asymmetrical look with its quilted top and painted base. Yet the colors from the base are mimicked on the top globe creating such an interesting piece! The lamp stands 22 inches tall and the shades are about 9 inches in diameter. This is a converted oil to electric lamp and is quite old however the exact age is unknown. The uniqueness of this lamp is evident in it's shades. The bottom shade has lovely tulips on both the front and back posted against a two tones green background. The condition of the lamp is wonderful. There are a few age marks on the paint and the top shade has a few chips on the very top. They are very slight and hardly noticeable even up close. Romantic French antique brass faience Kosmos Wild Wessel oil lamp cherubs light

It is mounted on a very ornate brass stand and dates from around the late 19th century(Napoleon III period) The'Kosmos' burner was produced by Wild& Wessel. A German manufacturer, between 1865 and 1899. The reservoir hasn't been tested and if you are likely to use this as an oil lamp, I strongly advise you to check that it doesn't leak before lighting it. The actual screw mechanism works well and is running freely; it is not showing any signs of blockage. It does not have its glass funnel although these are fairly easy to come by. There is a tiny bit of rust underneath the brass stand(see photos) ... moreThe pattern has been transfer printed onto the ceramic body and has then been hand coloured and then glazed. There is the same design on both sides of the lamp depicting cherubs/angels/putti/amours with a woodland floral theme. There is some staining on one side of the faience commensurate with its age and use and one tiny firing fault(see photos) As shown in one picture. Vtg Vintage antique Electrified Oil GWTW Gone with the wind Lamp Pair Duplex
Hi There! This is a classic pair of Electrified Oil Gone With the Wind Lamps. That are actually a little unusual. They are solid Brass, with Marble Base's and Duplex Burners. They stand 27 inches high(2 ft. 3 inches! about 15 inches wide at the widest. There are 21 crystals on one, and 11 on the other. I plugged them in and they do light up. The part where the lamp actually goes in is loose. And the on/off switches are loose. The Ruffled Glass Shades,The actual glass is Amber Colored. I suggest that you have the lamps gone through by a professional before actually using- please!
