this is a beautiful floor ashtray table lamp. i wish i had the original trays that go in the holes but i don't. the cast iron has a nickel finish and it needs to be cleaned and so does the other metal areas of this lamp. i haven't had time to do it properly. there is a brass finial at the top. I have other lamps listed and more on the way. This is a beautiful old lamp with some original paint but it is worn. They just don't make lamps like this anymore this is so neat. The base has a cool design the 4 corners almost look like a face in the design. It has been rewired so it is ready to use. The socket has a pull chain and the glass shade is nice again it has wear but no chips or cracks. It does have a small white spec incased in the glass this is normal in really old glass and lets you know it is old.

I have lots of vintage lighting items listed and more added all the time. This is a great lamp with a beautiful satin glass shade and the shade has no chips or cracks it will have wear and some ring roughness that they all have. The outer shade does have the original brass ring at the top which the inner shade sticks up through. This like most of these has been electrified so you can safely use it today. Some people do convert these back to oil burning and you would have to replace a few pieces to do that but not that hard you can buy the burners and parts on ebay. This has normal wear you would expect but for being from the late 1800s is fantastic and has very cool claw feet on the base. The inner clear glass sahde may not be the original I really don't know it's just clear glass so who knows the outer shade is old you can easily ... moretell its age. Here is the top electrical portion from a floor lamp. Probally circa 1930's or 1940's. Nice art deco item. It holds 4 bulbs. The center bulb is a large size porcelain socket. The three arms take standard size bulbs. The body is made of iron. The arms are made of nice decorative brass. About 10 inches tall and 7 inches wide. I do not know exactly how old it is but it is an old one. It has aging and wear with some stray paint on the brass. Paint is peeling on the iron body, it is still very nice. Vtg Danish Modern Eames Era Antique Glass Display Case Curio Cabinet Floor Lamp
Hello- This lamp is a pleasure to gaze at. Either filled or empty. I usually have it empty, marveling at the clarity of the glass and simplicity of the style. The lamp has 4 thick Lucite shelves with the brass lamp pole going up through each shelf. The lamp stands 4' Feet tall- the actual glass area is 8" long x 6" wide square with 4 shelves. The glass is beveled and VERY thick- you can see that this is high quality glass. There is a small crack in the bottom of one glass about 1" but is intact. All glass comes out as there are cuts in the wood- to easily slip the glass out for cleaning and changing the displayed items. The base has moisture damage, and should be professionally cleaned, but I had no problem leaving it as is. The lamp is in working order but having the original cord it should be checked for safety. 1940's Antique Life Size Biba Girl Art Deco Floor Lamp - Vaseline Glass Globe!
An amazing piece that we truly regret listing for sale. This is a truly unique antique art deco floor lamp which will make a fantastic cornerstone centerpiece for any highly styled room decor! It is a HUGE Biba Girl floor lamp! This piece is almost 80" tall(from the bottom of the floor base to the top of the vaseline glass globe) The Biba girl herself stands about 74" to the top of her nose/chin from the floor. The depth of the piece is about 45" from the front of the globe to the back of her head. She stands on a double tier hexagonal base- the bottom tier of the base is a 24" wide hexagon and the tier she stands on is a 16" hexagon. She is molded of early poly carbonate and is finished in black paint. The hexagon base is wooden. The lamp is a 10" diameter swirled vaseline glass globe. We have owned this piece ... morefor several years. We purchased it from an antique dealer who indicated it originally served as a 1940's lobby decor piece in a San Francisco Hotel. This lamp was working when I purchased it at an estate sale. Prior to its sale. It was being used. I have never seen one like this. The lamp has as a rust free 11 inch square base and is four inches high. The green onyx base is 6.5 inches square and 1+ inch high. The base has a 3/4 inch green paint. There are four pieces and two rings that make up the column. Three of the pieces have the same of green paint the base has. this is a stunning antique very large brass Victorian era oil burning floor lamp. pat. date 1893 it is fully adjustable by pushing the knob in on the shaft and adjusts from 76 inches tall to the lowest at 63 inches tall and is 19 inches wide at the feet. it is extremely ornate with intricate detailing in heavy relief with a nice floral milk glass globe style ball shade. it has a very ornate brass removable font which is complete and works great. the flame adjusts at the knob on the side and the burner mount holds a clear glass chimney shade. the long brass shaft is a wonderful swirled design and it holds the nicely ribbed shaft inside which is the adjustable part. its beautifully footed with three ball feet and are held together by a great/ very ornate cast iron triangle mount which holds the feet and shaft into place. the piece is in good ... moreshape and is very large. refer to last picture there is a crack in the font holder but not very noticeable and doesn't hurt the integrity of the piece. the lamp will be dismantled for shipping and for a safe travel. Antique Victorian GWTW Style Oil Parlor Floor Piano Hanging Glass Lamp Shade NR!
For your consideration today is this great estate sale find of an old antique GWTW style large palor. Floor, oil, or hanging glass lamp shade. As you can see I have included pics of the shade on the original New Rochester electrified floor oil lamp base but the auction is for the GLASS LAMP SHADE ONLY. I cannot ship the lamp base so I will be keeping it along with the dangling crystal prisms. The bottom metal decorative piece is bent out of rounds and sits crooked on the lamp base. The lamp base has a shade ring for a 4" ball shade and I will be replacing the original shade with one of those. I wanted to offer this lovely shade for whoever might be interested out there in ebay land. The condition is old but excellent no chips or cracks. There are very little signs of wear or scratches to the hand painted designs. It does have a long ... morestraw mark on the interior that is not damage but from the making. It does not show to the outside. It measures 14" across the bottom fitter, 7 1/2" high through the center including the metal top crown, and 6 1/4" across the top opening again including the top metal crown piece. The shade is being sold as found and could use a light cleaning. Both the top and bottom rims have the expected roughness and tiny nicks that do not affect the display. It has no markings that I see. It is a beautiful old shade just not right for my purposes. Shipping costs will include insurance and tracking information. If anyone is interested in the floor lamp base I would be willing to let it go for the right price. It would have to be local pick up only. If you have any questions please ask prior to bidding. AMAZING ORGINAL ANTIQUE~VINTAGE ITALIAN GILT TOLE METAL FLORAL CENTERPIECE LIGHT Originally from a Hotel. This stunning piece stands nearly five feet tall at 58" It has ten lights altogether, three of which are round caged bowls with a small lip that could hold a round piece of glass and act as tables or shelves. The bottom tier of the piece has six lights that shine when plugged in, and there is a twist on/off switch located on the main stem. The top tier of three large florets does not light up and needs a new feed wire. The floral metal'shades' are shaped like lotus or tulip flowers. Each of the three base tables or shelves is 10 1/2 inches inside diameter should you wish to place glass on them etc. Base is twisted metal and has three long legs, it is quite sturdy. Steel, and tin, very ornate metal work, it has a slide in stained glass panel of What I believe is Mary and Margaret, the metal has patina and surface rust all over it. there is 3 flower candle holders on top that has some green candle wax near the base. the lamp lights up the stained glass panel very nicely, the glass also is hand painted with lead dividers. This lamp is very beautiful and the only one I have ever seen, the power cord to the lamp has been replaced with a newer cord and plug but the socket and all other aspects appear to be period. the panel fits loosely in the frame but can be adjusted, also there is slight play in the connections of the metal components that do not detract. We are pleased to offer this exceptional and rare Art Deco era floor lamp. This unique candelabra lamp dates to the 1920s. It is crafted in a French Modernist fashion of twisted. Wrought steel. This statuesque lamp resembles wrought iron in its patterns and lines. It features a hexagon steel base with feet of steel rings/circles. The lamp features 2 sections of 6 long, twisted and curved steel ribbons that travel up the lamp. The steel ribbons connect to a center iron pipe which acts as the lamp column. At the connection point, the 6 steel ribbons curve severely for a nice focal point of 12"steel circles" The lower section of 6 open up at the base to form the lamp's legs.
