This is one of the earliest models judging by the power plug. Exceptional condition with many features, please see General Description and Condition sections. General Description: This is a quality item. A very early Gerald Thurston floor lamp standing 56" tall with a 23" diameter shade. A highly sought after Floor lamp with minimal footprint as an alternative to the Thurston tripod lamp(the model I'm selling is taller) It is capable of being tucked between furniture whereas the tripod model requires larger footprint area. This model has a very heavy poured 12" wide ingot at the bottom stamped with model number and Lightolier's manufacturer mark, with the ingot itself having 6 feet as part of pour, resulting in the lamp being raised 1/2 above the ground. Above this rests a 12"metal curved thick plate cover, and above this a 7" white thick metal plate that contrasts the 3 poles that rise to the lamp diffuser and shade. The light socket is a three-way switch meaning three power levels can be used with an appropriate bulb providing the right lighting at various times from a soft glow to a full illumination of a room. Typically a 150 watt bulb is used. The white perforated metal sections disburse the light with concentration on downward and uninhibited up ceiling/wall washing. With a very large wide shade of 23" that does not blind you when being viewed, yet due to it's size provides a large amount of light. Finally the Linen shade has a 9" wide aperture at the top and 23" bottom with a 9" slant providing a very modernist line to the form of the lamp stand. Victorian Herco antique floor lamp cranberry glass and brass
This lamp is approximately 4 feet 3 inches with the shade and the shade is 16 inches wide and 12 inches high. I only wish I could capture the light this gives off. The most warm rose colored light comes from this beautiful antique Herco floor lamp. I also wish I could tell you more about it. I acquired this at an estate sale in Los Angeles. It has the most deliciously vibrant cranberry/ reddish glass shade. Hanging over a etched cranberry/ grape top piece. The base seems to be brass. It really is in excellent shape, works perfect. there does seem to be some discoloration on the bottom brass, but a little elbow grease and brass cleaner should take care of that. I don't know the exact age, but it appears to be from the 30s. But I am not an expert in these items. So I can not verify that. the plug seems to resemble that period. This is the ... morekind of piece that will fit with any decor. Very special. From the research I have the style does seem to be Victorian. This is a very delicate piece and it should be in a low traffic area as it is a bit top heavy and could fall easily if it is accidentally bumped by anyone or anything. This is an antique Miller Co. 31122 brass torchiere floor lamp.It was recently acquired at an estate sale.I haven't done anything to it other than wipe it off with a damp cloth.I'm selling this lamp in antique"as is" condition and with no shade.The lamp does work as seen in the photos.I'm not sure of the exact age.But it dates back to the early 1900's. This lamp does have a darkened patina and some tarnish from age.But I think it could be cleaned up quite nicely.There doesn't appear to be any major scratches or gouges,but does have a couple of small scuffs. The lamp stands 52" tall.It is 10 1/2" in diameter at the base and weighs nearly 11 lbs. This could be a nice antique piece for your home.Thank you for looking

Antique Jadeite/Houze/Vaseling Slag Glass W/Cast Iron Base Floor Lamp Parts Deco
Many vintage floor lamp parts. Not sure if they all came off the same lamp or if they were extras from many. The ornate cast iron base part is 11 3/4" sq. and is marked ILM Co. patented 80926. There is a 7" sq. scalloped jadeite piece, 1 broken 6" sq. base piece(maybe it can be cut into a useful part) There is a pink color glass spacer 4" sq. base x 4 1/2" tall is chipped on 2 sides, again might be of use? There are 2 yellow pieces, they measure 2" at the bottom, 1 1/4" top and are 5 1/4" tall, one of them is chipped at the top. there are 2 round spacers 1- green 2 1/4" dia. x 3/4" tall and the peachy color one is 2 1/2" dia. x 1" tall. There is a 7" metal rod which is hollow and sort of octogonal shaped, 7 rusty washers, 5 small bell shaped washers(rusty) 2 larger bell shaped ... morewashers(also rusty) and a 12" harp with a 2" rusty finial. There is also a smaller(3" cast iron bracket that is marked ILM Co. 3. All parts you see are included and sold"as is" If I missed any or if you have more questions let me know. All items I sell are from local estates and sold"as is" I usually don't know much about their history. If I do I will state it. I mostly just knock off the surface dirt& dust. I don't want to ruin any of the patina. Any defects I find I will state them. If it's electrical I will plug it in to see if it works. If it doesn't I will state that. Up for auction is a wicked gothic victorian lamp! This lamp measures in at a little less than 59 inches and the ornate base has a width of 8.5 inches. This is one of the coolest lamps I have seen with a beautiful ornate base designed with a floral pattern and incredible hand made lamp shades. The shades are the coolest part to this lamp as it is most definitely from the arts and crafts period making it extremely collectible and valuable from the mid 1800's. You can see slight patina on this metal lamp and I chose not to clean the base or the rest of the lamp as you can see the cob webs and grit. Antique Cast Iron Jadeite Art Deco Bridge Floor Lamp with Period Shade
Offered for your bidding is an"Antique Cast Iron Jadeite Art Deco Bridge Floor Lamp with Period Shade. The Floor Lamp is 58 inches in height and it has a footed base that is 9.5" x 9.5" The metal base serves as the platform for a 7" x 7" pale mint green jadeite decorative slab. The jadeite slab has great transparency and the mint green color is even throughout the slab. The metal base. And all other metal of the lamp is golden in color. Ascending from the mint green jadeite slab are abstract metal pieces that resemble a web and abstract objects on top of the web. Continuing up the stem of the lamp is another piece of jadeite that is rectangular in shape. The jadeite rectangular piece is 1.5 wide x 1.5"depth x 8" in length. The jadeite is the same color as the jadeite on the base and it too is mint green ... morewith good transparency. Both pieces of jadeite have a glossy polished finish. The stem of the lamp has what appears to be a vine wrapping itself around the stem as it proceeds upwards to the top of the lamp. Half way up the stem is another piece of jade that is shaped like a disk and is a very light mint green in color and measures 3 inches in diameter. The lamp shade is very period looking and is just beautiful. The top of the shade is 8 inches in diameter at the inward curve of the shade and 9 inches at the outward curve of the shade. The bottom of the shade is 10 inches at the inward curve of the shade and 12 inches at the outward curve of the lamp shade. The top and bottom openings of the shade are supported by metal piping; as are the vertical pleats of the shade. A 3/4 inch border at the top and bottom of the shade is hand painted in a golden color. The vertical pleats of the shade are also hand painted a golden color. Antique heavy marble and brass floor lamp base part with feet
This is a very old. Heavy piece in nice antique condition. Marble looks to be 1 1/4 inch thick, measures 9 inches in diameter and weighs 10 lbs. Feet looks to be brass and decorative piece seems to be brass as well. There is a name on bottom that I am unable to read, only can see the last part that says co. but looks to be hand carved or stamped. This does have old chipping around edges, a few spots, hard to notice, tried to show in pictures. Estate sale find, email any questions.

This is why I love my job! An old vintage adjustable goose neck floor lamp with heavy cast iron base by M Brandt& Sons! I'm having a hard time finding much information on this company. But I would date this lamp to the 30s or 40s. SO amazing for your machine age/ urban loft/ industrial style room! The pictures don't even do this piece justice. It's really something. This lamp is in very sturdy condition. The shade is bent a bit. There's very minimal rust on the silver metal stem, and there are marks and rust on the cast iron base. M. Brandt& Sons is cast into the bottom of the base. The on and off buttons are pretty worn. So if it were me, I would turn it on and off by plugging and unplugging it to avoid future repair to the switch. There's electrical tape near the switch. I don't see any fraying. Nice Vintage Antique Art Deco Cast Iron Expert Dragon Bird Floor Lamp Rewired
This is a heavy duty. Quality antique floor lamp that seems to be almost entirely made of cast iron with a bronze finish that is nearly 100% intact with little wear. It is marked Expert Lamp Mfg. Co. underneath and numbered 502. The only visible rust is on the bottom of the base. It was re-wired, working, cleaned, and oil rubbed to protect the finish and prevent rust formation. Both sockets are new and have pull-chains. There is a large original art deco finial on the top that sits slightly lopsided(I haven't tried to straighten it) but it screws on tightly. It has a very unusual design with a large, heavy cast iron piece in the middle of the post that has a bird-like dragon head on both sides, and another large, heavy cast iron piece toward the base with birds on both sides. Nice Antique 1926 Colorful Polychrome Wooden Art Deco Bird Bridge Arm Floor Lamp
This is a fantastic antique bridge arm floor lamp with art deco style bird(eagle? on the arm. The post is turned contoured wood with an excellent polychrome finish in gold. Green, red, black, and brown. There is very little paint missing and the finish is original. There are a few scuffs in the gold gilding on the arm and base, but the condition overall is very good. The wood is not cracked or split anywhere, strands up straight, and screws tightly into the base. There are a few spots of light rust on the base, especially on the bottom surface. The bottom of the base is marked with a patent date of 1926 and numbered E 38. The socket has a pull chain and uses a standard size bulb. The angle of the socket is adjustable and can be held in the desired position using a wing nut. But the wing nut is missing so one will need to be added to hold ... morethe socket in place. The socket works and the wiring is in good ORIGINAL condition(it is cloth covered and probably not safe to use today) The shade is fabric. Has several tears and some staining and feels brittle, but has a nice shabby vintage look. Listed is Antique Minature Toy Floor lamp with tray for holding Cordial Liquors. The lamp shade is all glass with some artistic designs painted on it. There is also a tray near the top of the lamp holding liquor cordials. Two of the bottles are labeled Creme De Coca and Creme De Mint. The third bottle has no label. It has a pull chain hanging down. The lamp pole and base I believe are made of brass or some other heavy metal- with a small amount of tarnish on them. Otherwise the lamp is in excellent condition. The height of the lamp is 5-7/8" the lamp shade diameter is 2-7/8" diameter.

Up for auction is a beautiful antique 1930's decorator floor lamp ready to use! This lamp has been gone through. Rewired and cleaned up. It is a beautiful, functional floor lamp with a nice style just bordering on ART DECO. The base is heavy brass finished cast iron but there is a modern beehive tapered design element that just hints at what is to come in the next ten years as lamps transition into the modern age. I would call this Art Nouveau for the design elements on the base. Nice flutted tubing at the top and flower like design spacers between. This is not a pieced together lamp. I bought this in great original condition and just replaced the frayed cloth wire throughout. Antique English Brass Oil Lamp stand converted to Electric Floor Lamp
This solid cast brass English Lamp stand was made in Victorian times to hold an Oil Lamp and for that reason was weighted with cast iron that fits in side base. That was to prevent easy turn over and to prevent fires. For this reason the stand weights 22 pounds. This Corinthian Column style was very popular around 1900, which this lamp stand dates. It measures 44" to top of corinthian column and will extend another 24" to base of bulb socket. Lamp has been rewired, has three way socket, and works fine. I had this lamp stand polished and lacquered 21 years ago- photo#7 shows some tarnish which should be repolished. Photo#8 shows similar floor lamp which we use in our home. Down sizing and don't need two.

Featured is a gorgeous vintage Torchiere' floor lamp. We purchased one of a pair that adorned the entryway of a early 1900s home in the hamptons! These lamps are perfect for lots of light and fine style! This lamp begins with a beautiful cast metal-work base. Topped with a beautiful marble accent. Above that is another accent and marble piece. The column is accented with embossed work at and floral details leading to the top. The shade holder flares out elegantly to hold the glass. Included is a Torch Glass shade that looks stunning on this lamp! The light can hold up to a 100/200/300watt mogul light bulb and has been rewired.
