Antique Military Folding Field Shovel (Unusal Mark)!!
This shovel is apprx 27" long. The wood handle shows alot of wear. However it is not split or cracked. As you can see in the pics, the metal shows rust but the steel is very strong.not rusted through or cracked. Please look closely at the mark on the BACK. It is the best pic I could take. It is a triangle with 3 stars.one star within the point of each triangle. The origin I am not sure of. I sprayed it with WD40 to get it unseized with no luck. And didn't want to try forcing it. Maybe someone will know something better to loosen it up. I showed the mark in a discussion group. Yet nobody seemed to be able to identify it or the country origin. I just know it is older than dirt. It is from a watch maker's estate I purchased and it was in his out storage building. Note: Will ship this item to continental U.S. 48 states only!

Measuring 6" x 6" this stunning tile features a breathtaking purely Secessionist design of tube lined flowers with foliage on a soft white ground. Boasting rich blues and greens and even features most unusual pressed decoration below the grass line- Lovely! Marked on the back with the Minton Mark(some of which is currently under a small layer of soft plaster) This most wonderfully rare tile would have been produced when John Wadsworth was designing for Minton. New Jersey. The tile measures 3" square and bears a glazed flower pattern on its face and the makers mark on its back. The tile is in very good condition for its age and having been used. Scrolling rococo design on a finely stippled ground set within a central raised square border ~ two facing one way the other two being mirrored. Outer edge slightly sloping downwards with envelope style corners. Would look lovely used as additional decoration to wood panelling or simply on ... morethe wall just as they are. This is a unusual antique solid brass shut off valve. I believe this could be from a early hit& miss engine. Great clean condition. Rich original patina. Antique Painted Ice Spear Fishing Wood Decoy Antique Bait Lure
This is a nice antique fishing lure hook. I don't know anything about it. It was in a box of estate items. It measures 5 1/4" in length, and about 1 1/4" wide at the center of the body- not including the top metal piece. Up for a no reserve auction is a very beautiful sterling silver nut dish made by GORHAM. Retailed by Spaulding& Co circa 1908. The dish has a gorgeous patterned edge. The dish measures 4" by 2 3/4" and is about 1" deep. The dish has a monogram of"RME" Which is shown in the 5th picture. The back of the dish is clearly marked"STERLING 6074A" with the Gorham hallmarks and Spaudling& Co and the date mark for 1908. The dish is in very good condition overall with no major dings, and no holes or repairs. There are two very small dings, on is in the bottom of the dish and one is on the side. Vintage Gasoline Tank Wagon Door Counter Antique Automobilia Phillips 66
This is a door counter for a bulk delivery truck from the 1920's. This counter came from the Oswald Oil Company of Longford Kansas that was established in 1923 and was the local Phillips 66 gasoline distributor. The station closed in the early 1970's after fifty years in business. This counter was mounted on the inside of the rear compartment. Gasoline was delivered to rural customers five gallons at a time carried from the bulk delivery truck to the customer's storage container. This counter is how the operator kept track of the number of trips he made delivering the fuel. The operator tripped the counter lever when he filled a delivery can. This counter is made of brass and was manufactured by the J. F. Roberts Company of REA Mo. It does still work and is all original. It is in excellent shape. Offered is a turn of the century brass antique wood shaft golf club. This early American sports collectible is marked"Wilber Oakes"BAP" Bulger Spoon" with no splits or breaks in the wooden shaft or spoon. The wrapped leather grip is original.
