Is approx 9.5" tall, 5" in diameter, casing appears to be cast aluminum, has mounting bracket with 4 holes to mount it, on either side has spot on one side where wires were cut, other side has a red plastic cap. Model Number 1019880, front side has a compass decor with some sort of fish? with wave decor under it. Is kind of grayish/brown. A little rusty but I can make out an engraved"Goodell Pratt Co, Greenfield Mass USA" on the side.
