Classic Fur Stole
This is a truly lovely vintage fur stole in excellent condition. No damage or obvious aging to this piece. No creases in the pelt that tend to"bend" the fur. It is still fluffy and full as it once was. The color is a beautiful soft brown to taupe. The three pelts are ingeniously sewn together to make the piece appear longer and larger. All little leather ears and black eyes are intact. There is a clasp on the underside of the lower right front pelt that latches to a ball drop on the underside of the left shoulder pelt, allowing more than one way to wear this lovely piece. My great-grandmother wore one of these to work EVERY day with a stylish suit and she wore it three ways- circling her neck and clasped, loose around her neck as is shown in the central picture above, and over one shoulder hanging front to back. Vintage off-white priest's woven chasuble and stole set. It has a stunning galloon on front and back with metallic gold. Black, orange and cranberry colored image on a light gray background with corded orange and black trim. The stole is a matching off-white with gray panels and trim and red cross at the neck. The chasuble is 44.5 inches long and 54 inches wide with ample room. The stole is 51 inches long from neck to the bottom and 5 inches wide at the bottom. Purple Violet Chasuble and Stole Priest Vestment
Up for auction is a stunning violet/purple chasuble and matching stole. I'm not quite sure of the age of this vestment. It is clean and in very good condition. With the exception of some fraying on the shoulders(see pictures) where the lining shows through. This could easily be repaired by a seamstress. The vestment is very light-weight. Measurements are approximate. It measures approximately 38.5 inches from the neck to the bottom in the front, and about 40 or so inches from the neck to the bottom in the back. The chasuble is in the traditional gothic style, so it is meant to be a bit smaller than the typical monastic chasubles that are common today. Overall, while the vestment needs a bit of TLC, it is a very good find.

Up for sale today we have this beautiful vestment stole made by The Holy Rood Guild Company in Spencer. Mass. They have their own website if you would like to look at some of their items and the prices. Let me assure you that they do not have anything quite as affordable for sale. The first photo of the stone on the hanger was taken inside so we don't feel you can appreciate the fully glory of the colors. The second photo was taken outside under natural light as was the close up of the pattern in the 5th photo. The stole is a shade of orangish-red(if you call it red someone will call it orange and visa versa, you know how that goes and that is why we have shown you pictures taken inside and outside) with a black backing and tassles the color of gold, black and a burnt orange. The workmanship is fantastic, look at the gold pattern of crosses ... moreon the front. The stole is larger and best for a taller person since it measures 4 1/2" across and from the top of the fold to the start of the fringe is 55" so total lenth is over 100" No condition issues, no odors, no tears, no rips. We sent a photo to a close friend of ours who is employed by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Miami and his response was that while it was probably made with a high church Episcopalian in mind there are many instances in which it could be worn by a Roman Catholic priest. Here is a darling 5.75" flapper half doll wisk broom. Marked Germany. She is wearing a green frock and hat, and has a green fabric sash bow. This little half doll has great color and expression and a truly wonderful little green hat! It is in near mint condition.
