Vintage 3 Fox Fur Stole Or Wrap
Here is a great. Vintage, item. It is a 3 fox,fur stole or wrap. This is a real fox fur, made up of three individual foxes. Their mouths grab on the the pelt in front of them. There are cloth label sewn on the the bottom side. It reads, S. Brody Furs: Nashua, New Hampshire. This stole is 35" X 7" It is a rich blend of reddish brown, with dark brown pelts. This is a beautiful piece from a bygone era.

VINTAGE BLACK PERSIAN LAMB STOLE COAT The stole has longer panels in the front(as can be seen in the photo) The fur is still tight and in very good condition. There is a cording detail circling the back of the shoulder(which is about an inch in diameter) The cording has come loose where it starts on the left shoulder. Which could easily be mended. The stole is lined with a stain-like fabric and there are loops for the arms in the same fabric. This stole belonged to my grandmother and then my mother. The monogram inside is an"M" But once also had an"O" and a"C" The stole measures: Shoulder seam to shoulder = 15" Armpit seam to armpit seam = 16" Nape of neck to bottom hem = 17" Please contact me if there are any questions.

This is a nice fox fur stole from the 1940’s. The fox fur is white and dark brown. The contrast in color is really pretty. The fur is soft. Thick, and plush. There are two limbs in the front. The stole is lined in a black satin. Label reads Kaufmann's Pittsburgh. Condition: Good vintage condition. Fur is super soft. I don't see any holes or rips. One front limb is longer than the other. 2 vintage mink scarves 1. 3 pelts in a rich chestnut color. No odors. Just a perfume smell. One pelt is missing an eye. One pelt is missing both eyes. Feet and nails are not present on any. This is original to the scarf. 2 Faux tortoise chain with ball on the end. one on each end of scarf And one head has a clip as part if its mouth. No balding. 51 inches long 4 inches wide. Each pelt is attached to the next by a heavy string attached to the mouth. 2. 4 pelts in a blonde to medium brown. These are attached to eachother by heavy string in an offset pattern making it double wide. One pelt is missing one foot and the other is coming off. It has one eye broken. Up for auction is a vintage 1940's- 1950's Schlosverg. Portland, M aine brand Chocolate brown Mink stole(may be Sable? Very long guard hairs and rich chocolate brown luster) It's a lovely deep brown color with light shades accents which gave this stole very nice beautiful structure. The satin backed collar can be worn up as a portrait collar or lain flat. There is a monogram on the silk satin lining which is typical of the era. The guard hairs are long and the underfur is plush. There are 2 hidden pockets on the front. There are no tears or odors. T he stole is vintage. So it shows minor signs of wear typical of gentle use, see pic tures for an accurate representation of this fur and lining) There is hidden hook in the middle part of the stole on the front. MEASUREMENTS: 26" long on the front. 19" long on the back, 30" ... moreat the wides point, shoulder level ~21" wide and it is goin g down with gentle slop e line. I will say it is M-L. But probably will fit most women sizes up to L+. The condition is almost excellent. As noted above, s hows minor signs of wear typical of gentle use. Has two fasteners in the front, and a dramatic fold of Persian lamb accenting the back. The stole or capelet is embellished with velvet(probably silk velvet) strips joining wide Persian Lamb strips. Then velvet forming the shoulders and surrounded by the fold draping from just before the shoulders and across the back. There are small pockets with velvet edging in the lower portion of ... morethe stole. The stole is lined with a satin lining with little scenes of a wall with a lit lantern and foliage(very 50's! scattered across it. The initials FMN are embroidered on the lining. I hope you can see the details in the lightened pictures. The stole is inky black. But the flash of the camera has highlighted it in some pictures, to show more detail. This beauty is from Woolf Brothers. A high-fashion store in Wichita, Ks. in the 50's, comparable to Saks Fifth avenue. I'm calling this an evening stole. Because of the accents of velvet, but it could be worn any time. Please note that the lower three photos show the stole worn with only the lower hook and eye fastened. The first three photos are with both hook and eyes fastened. SIZE: I am calling this one medium.
