The holder isn't ... moremarked or signed and both parts are in great shape. The glass has no chips, no cracks, and no repairs, and the gold finished base is heavy, ornate and exquisite and shows signs of little wear. It measures about 4" tall and the insert is signed Pyrex. I have three more that I will be listing, each one is different and they will make a great addition to any collection to use for display. I do combine shipping if buyers wait to pay until I send an invoice that combines each item with one low shipping cost so they can share the same invoice and tracking number. Feel free to ask me any questions. I check in often so I will answer asap. I respectfully ask my buyers not to penalize me in the detailed seller ratings(stars) without contacting me in advance and message me before leaving anything but a positive 5' ★★★★★' feedback for something I may have missed. It has stuffed silver threads and other colors of that kind of work. and absolutely exquisite color and detail and specific symbols for each immortal. their faces are specifically detailed and each animal is heavily embellished with silver thread all riding in the clouds and on peach silk. All the detail is added and three dimensional. Each saint is on its own particular animal and with specific representations of their powers. It is 5' long and about 14" wide but 3" is plain gauze. In perfect condition. from a wonderful estate of learned scholars themselves. It is in such good condition one might think it was a reproduction. This is a real show off in the genre of antique Chinese furniture. The wood is extremely handsome with grain that is so gorgeous it deserves to be considered by itself. However. The design and carvings are so masterful that it displays in royal fashion wherever it stands. There is a minor problem. In readying this piece for the estate sale from which we purchased it decades ago. The people conducting the sale had rearranged everything and placed this wondrous piece in the four car garage. We think what may have occurred is that some careless person, perhaps a teenage grandson of the deceased, laid something across the top when working on a project and drilled through whatever he was drilling right into the tabletop.
