It measures 36 inches long by 24 in ches tall with the lid closed by 20 inches deep. It features a remova ble storage tray and more linens. Beddings. And clothing can be placed underne ath for conv enient additional hu ge storage. It is a wood structure trunk and frame with smooth me tal(black) and woven pattern metal riveted overlays with beautiful beading to ta ck in metals and curved and straight gorg eousl y grained wood slat s. Here's what I stated about it s condition: Metal overlay surfaces have been repainted and restored. Some scratches and scuffs marks on beautifully grained wood slats. Leather handle missing on left side. Flip up side locking latches both flip up into locking position. But only one catches to keep it lock closed and the other is missing its catch. Center locking latching closes in position but does not lock and there is no key. Interior lining shows foxing and staining and has some t ares due to great age. But smells clean with nice scent like cedar inside. Truly a rare beauty of extra large size that has great looks and craftsmanship on evident in these earlier era pieces of exceptional beauty. The hinges are all working however need to be cleaned. The locks appear in very good condition. No keys. These trunks were the very best. Right at the top with Louis Vuitton, Goyard, M. M. Secor, etc. This trunk was one of Hartmann's top models of the time, costing close to $200.that's over $2500 in today's market. Only a well-to-do gentleman or lady would have owned something this expensive and of this quality. This particular trunk is a cushion-top model, and is also gibraltarized, patentened process in order to make the trunk frame very strong. This is all steel-frame construction. The trunk features a velvet cushioned top to protect clothing during travel. All original"unbreakable hangers" a garment bag for clothing worn, all hand riveted, and featered a patented locking mechanism that actually hooks so your trunk would never open in travel. From the hangers to the cloth lining, and cloth ties, this was made for an entire wardrobe to moved about without putting a wrinkle in any of your items. This trunk dates back to the late 1800's. Here are the dimensions: from left to right across the front is 36 1/2 inches. From floor to top is approximately 26 inches, and from front edge to back edge is 20 1/2 inches. This large dome top is made up of pine base wood, ash or oak outer slat boards, and the dome is made up of early ply. The wood has been finished with three coats of polyurethane. This one has a lot of distress marks which include areas on the wood that are darker in color, probably due to moisture in various places on this trunk. Also there are stress cracks running across the top wood that makes up the dome. There are typical nicks and dings in various places. This particular trunk was a little more weathered when we received it than most of the trunks we refinish. So we did make it as nice as we could, but do want to mention some of the characteristics. This one comes with the two factory original working locks. We have matched up a key that does work in each of the locks. You can lock your personal belongings away from others if you want to. The metal parts making up this trunk are not brass, so we have brush painted the metal by hand in black and gold leaf. The side handles have been replaced with Amish made black leather stitched straps and the handle caps have an embossed star on them. You could store a lot of belongings inside this trunk since it is pretty large. It may look nice at the foot of the bed in the bedroom or anywhere in your house where storage space is needed. If you are one who enjoys collecting rustic more primitive style antiques, then this one might be just the right one for you since it is more rustic than most trunks that we refinish. Vintage WWII Marked Sgt Henry Foot Locker Metal Trunk with detachable insert. Circa 40's. The Trunk measures 31" X 17" X 13" 25LBS. This Truck Locker is very nice. It is an Original Item. No repairs, all Original. It is in condition as expected for it's age. The steel has some areas has soft or damage, especially in the bottom two corners. It is rusted. See all pictures, it really show the condition. The locks or middle lock does not close. Still nice. Markings are hard to read. One marking seems to be Sgt Henry. All the Leather handles are missing. Does not lock properly. Has lots of scratches and rust.

It measures 18"x10" It has working metal closures and handle. There are lots of neat old pieces in this lot. These items have been stored for a long time, and are old, so they may need laundered, a minor repair, or pressed. I did not detect any odors. You will get all of the things shown. Vintage Brushed Metal Trunk Music Box With Lion Heads Ornate Design Sankyo
Beautiful ornate music box in the shape of a trunk with lion heads. Sankyo. I believe this is from the 1970's era. Made of heavy brushed metal. Red velvet lining on the inside. Work perfectly. However. I do not know the song it plays. The lid does not close tightly as you can see in the first photo. Also, it does appear that repairs were made to the hinges, which can also be see in photos. Opens and closes ok. Velvet lining is all in tact and in good condition. Over, great music box. Smoke free home.

Large Old Vintage Circus Elephant Metal or Cast Carousel Doorstop Trunk Up!
Offered is a vintage black circus elephant measuring 8 3/4" tall to highest point of trunk. 8 1/2" wide from trunk to tail and 5 1/2" deep. He weighs a little over 4 1/4 lbs and is very ornate with a tasseled saddle and nice footed platform. Nice detail all over. His trunk is up and he appears to be giving a bellow! He would make a great doorstop. I'm not sure what he is made of, I don't think it is cast iron but it is not resin, and is painted or the material is jet black. The flag on top is red, white and green, I'm not sure which nation but possibly Hungary? Little wooden Uncle Sam figure came with him. He has a metal screw upon which the flag is pasted(flag is ribboned cloth) and I'm not sure what it formerly represented. Vintage Mid-century doll trunk steamer star lining metal case with clothes 13 pc
This is a nice vintage doll clothes carrying case. Steamer trunk style. I don't see a brand or manufacturer's mark on it. It is in very good working order with some minor usage wear. It has light dings. Rub wear on outside, but really in good very usable condition. The interior ining is a retro star type design. It is in good condition with a few flaws- some light staining and a little splitting type wear in a corner, overall good condition. There is a slide out hanger bar on one side that works well. The case when closed measures 9 3/4 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide and 5 3/4 inches deep. Opens and closes very well and all hinges. Etc in excellent working condition. On the opposite site. I think it was probably designed to hold a doll, and underneath that area is a cardboard drawer. It doesn't pull out well anymore. I think ... moreat one time the case that holds it was actually mounted to the inside, but now you can take out the case and the drawer. It would be easy to mount again, if you want to do that. The outside is a light blue. With great old style trunk hardware, including butterfly style latches on the back. I am also including the clothes that came with it when I purchased it a few years ago. There are 13 pieces(counting the little pair of socks as one item! and a few have some stains, but most are in very good vintage condition, ready to use! The one picture showing some light dings on one end looks WAY worse than it really is- maybe the bright light made it look that way. In the 13 pieces you will find a small pair of socks. A medium size pair of doll off-white girl's pantaloons, 2 pairs of underpants, 5 doll bonnets/caps/hats in various sizes(mostly bonnets and one is satin with some tears) small to large, 1 pair of Ken-ish style unmarked khaki type trousers(would fit that type doll) 1 large doll dress, light pink with a fairly large stain. It has a metal zipper. It could be tea-stained or dyed a darker color, because it is a nice dress for a large doll, a Barbi-ish faur fur long cape also

Lot of 6 Vintage Coat Clothes Hangers Metal Wood Old Steamer Wardrobe Trunk
Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This listing is for a lot of six(6) vintage coat/clothing hangers. Two are wooden. One is metal and wood, and the rest are metal. One of the metal ones is covered in fabric and one is wrapped with crochet/nylon loops. The nylon-wrapped one I think is from 1970’s and the rest are of unknown age. But some could be quite old because they all came from different locations(they are from estate sales) The two wooden ones and the cloth-wrapped metal one all have the ability to fold down the hook part. Which I think means they came from steamer wardrobe trunks. The wooden ones are the longest and measure 17” long. The one with the stitched-on fabric has stitches that are coming out and t he one wrapped in cloth has some holes in the fabric(see photos)

Vintage Metal Black Hard Case Suitcase Trunk Measures 29" Long x 17" Tall x 8" Wide My uncle used it as his army suitcase back in the late 60's or early 70's Not sure if it was army issued or not. Has the initial L in the middle which stood for my uncles last name. Top is slightly dented in but suitcase still closed and latches fine. Looks like it was recovered with sticky paper on the interior at some point. Has some marks and scuffs on the outside. Shows definite signs of age and some rust marks. vintage Rollerskate storage/ transport trunk box. Metal hard sided case with two buckle closure and center(non-functioning) lock clasp. Plastic handle and paper lined inside. Lilac purple with white Stars pattern and trim. Inside is lined with gray and white paper. Also included is a metal skate key, a pair of white nylon skate covers and one purple fuzzy pompom with bell. All items in as shown previously used condition.
