My guess is the late 1800s. It features a lovely flower, which I believe is a poinsettia flower. Pin has nice machine tooling detail with the enamel poured over the top. The machine tooling is different underneath each design element. This is also a true cloisonne piece with the enamel poured inbetween the metal frames. Piece is in perfect condition and I don't see any enamel loss or damage anywhere on the pin. I show close-up photos for you. Pin is marked"Genuine Cloisonne" and"sterling" and it has the 3 hallmarks for the"Watson Company" This silversmith produced wares out of Attleboro, Massachusetts from 1880 to 1955. Vintage ParkRoger ART DECO Blue Guilloche Enamel Cufflinks~2-Sided Park Roger Measuring about 9/16" across. These wonderful octagonal vintage Art Deco cuff links feature circles of guilloche´ enamel in a beautiful shade of turquoise blue/green, set in gold-tone metal. A spoke pattern in the metal border, which is oxidized(darkened) for contrast, provides an interesting counterpoint to the patterns in the enamel. The enamel is divided into pie-shaped wedges, alternating in size. The smaller wedges have vertical lines underlying the enamel while in the larger ones, they are horizontal. All the lines are of varying width, which makes them appear to have actual dimension. Between the wedges, radiating from a circle in the center, are bands with texturing in the ground under the enamel. This is echoed in a band at the perimeter of the ... moreenamel. The combination of the strong geometric shapes and the patterns in the enamel conveys depth, texture and movement most effectively. The backs of both links are each signed"PARKROGER" Last photo. They are in Very Good vintage condition. With just expected surface dirt and scratches/scuffs as evidence of wear over the years. There are also the usual minor manufacturing imperfections in the enamel, visible upon close inspection, including tiny bubbles, pitting, depressions and dark spots. You may be able to see the worst of them in the greatly enlarged photos. Viewed normally, the links look fine. In striking blue enamel. These outstanding vintage cufflinks are handsome and smart looking. Made in Germany ~ Sewing Etui ~ Enamel Guilloche This is a stunning enamel treasure for anyone who collects sewing or needlework kits. Etuis, or implements. Quite lovely, I'm sure it has had an interesting journey. The sewing kit fits comfortably in the palm of your hand or pocket or purse. It is a delightful and cheery sunrise golden color. The thimble is in great condition and functions as the top of the etui. The spool inside supports three options of thread. The top of the spool comes off to reveal the storage compartment for needles and pins. The enamel is all encompassing with the gold washed silver or copper at the ends and seams. The metal is not identified by markings. It polishes nicely with a testing of silver polish. But I can't be sure of the content. This piece is marked'Germany' on the bottom base. The only ... moredetectable flaw is at the seam- tiny 1/8" area where enamel is imperfect or worn consistent with its vintage. This may even be a repair. Look closely to see this in the pictures. Otherwise enamel is smooth without flaws and any'white' in the photos is from photography only. There are four hand-painted flowers on the enamel. Two pink rose designs on the thimble and two blue floral designs on the base. Completely contained this enameled piece is 2 1/8 inches or 5.5 centimeters. A true gem and rare find. Unique to its era. VINTAGE MEKA OF DENMARK PINK GUILLOCHE ENAMEL LEAF BAR BROOCH PIN GILT STERLING Excellent vintage condition. This gorgeous little pink leaf was produced by Meka of Holte. Or Meka Reklamegaver, in Denmark circa the 1960's. The leaf form was used by several of the Danish silversmiths during this period. The color is lovely and the enamel is perfect! There are no chips, cracks or losses. The sterling actually has a gold wash which highlights the pale pink even more! I would have polished this because it could use a cleaning, but I've been known to overdo it and polish the gilt right off of pieces- so I thought it would be best to leave it to the new owner. The pin is marked on both the back of the leave and the bar. The bar is easier to read and says"Meka Sterling Denmark" The p in is slightly bowed from use but it works just ... morefine with the roll clasp and is secure. There may have been a solder repair to the pin back where it meets the bar because there is some discoloration there- I can't tell if it's tarnish or restoration. That being said- if it was restoration it was a very good job and in no way diminishes the appeal of this piece! Approx. 1 1/2" W x 1" T.
