Hello& Welcome, Here's a gorgeous bone china bowl from"Three Crown China" out of Thuringia. Germany. Made between 1909& 1916 this beautiful bowl is in great condition. It has no chips, cracks, flea bites, etc. and will make someone quite happy to have. It measures approximately 9" 23cm) wide by 2 1/2" 6cm) high. The lovely painting of cherries and the gold trim around the edge, which has a raised relief pattern, are also in wonderful condition. ANTIQUE 1840's STAFFORDSHIRE BLUE & WHITE SPONGEWARE BOWL W/ BEADED RIM
This pretty as well as unusual sponged bowl measures 10"25.4 cm) in diameter and 3"7.6 cm) high(or deep) The bowl features large round beads forming a design around the outer. Upper rim. I have never seen this before on any spongeware. It is in the shape of what the English call a"nappy" a milk or batter bowl with a flat bottom and angled sides, that don't bough out, but rather, have a straight angle for the sides. The sponge design is also very different, with a 12 pointed star design on the inside bottom of the bowl. There is a 1 1/2" 3.8 cm) matching sharp sponged design on the inside rim. There is also a 1"2.5 cm) sponge design on the outside surface of the bowl. The bowl itself is tin glazed earthenware. There is a light bluish color to the glaze that you can see where it pooled at the rim of the base. ... moreThis bowl was produced in the 1830's to sometime in the 1840's at the latest. This bowl is in lovely shape for its age, considering what it's made of. There is a very light brown line in the bottom, that does not go through to the back and does not feel like a hairline crack. You cannot feel a break in the glaze with your fingernail. The line measures 2 inches in length and is very thin. The photo's do not serve the true richness in color of this figural scene. It is truly beautiful. There is no mark other than a number so I am guessing this would predate 1890's. This bowl measures approx 9 7/8" wide x 2 7/8" tall and is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or breaks. There are some lines that can be seen when looking close but I'm not sure if they from some sort of wear, please see all photo's. Image is quite detailed. Antique German HP Shipwreck Survivor 1863 Handled Dish
This unusual handled dish with hand painted gold trim shows a hand painted scene of people in a lifeboat at sea with several men rowing while the man in the bow waved a flag or cloth. The words in German say"Fur Erinnerung vom 25 August bis 1 September 1863" which basically translate to"For Memories 25 August until 1 September 1863. That would have put these people lost at sea for seven days! The only thing really going on about that time was the"Austro- Prussian War" so it may have something to do with that- we are unsure. The only mark on this dish is an impressed mark of a"Circle with an F and 15 in it" and next to that is a large"1" I have shown the mark below as we have not been able to identify the maker ourselves. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs of any kind- the only thing to mention ... moreis very light wear on the gold trim- nothing that detracts, but mentioned for accuracy. Reminiscent of the early RS Prussia china berry bowls sets. This set consists of a large 9-1/2" serving bowl and 4 individual 5-1/4" bowls. None of the pieces are marked with a manufacturer or artist signature.so I cannot say that it is RS Prussia. The bowls all carry the same pattern.a beautiful transfer pattern of roses and leave with touches of hand-painting along the edges of the roses. This same"touches of hand painting" are on the smaller bowls. As well as, the large bowl. ... moreThe roses are on a background of light-green and light brown. The interior edge work is also a transfer pattern of rich gold gilt Victorian-style flourishes. The largest bowl is in very nice condition with one small nick in the foot. But no other chips or cracks.and very few signs of wear. The gold gilt is all in great condition. Two of the smaller bowls have a nick(small chip) on the inside of their rim-foot. Two of the bowls also have spider cracks in the interior of their bases(as seen in the next to the final photo) There are also some white areas in the bottoms of the smaller bowls that may be from wear to the transfer patterns(see photos#4& 5) Be sure to enlarge these photos to see these small details. CONDITION: This set are in very nice condition. But there are some signs of use. Please read the narrative above for details and don't forget to view the enlarged photos for a close-up inspection. This is a very pretty Old Iv* Holly relish dish. It is 12" long by 5& 3/4" across. It has lovely sprigs of holly along the sides with a gold border around the center. It is marked Silesia with the blue trademark. Old Iv* XXII and a red artist's monogram. It has a tiny shallow chip under the rim on the left side of the upside down photo. It is invisible from the top and difficult to see underneath. The color on the dish is great and the gold around the center is at least 95% intact, if not more. It is a pretty and very rare piece of a great, highly collected pattern.

You can tell it is pearlware from the blue puddling of the glaze around the foot. The body is thin earthenware and the design is classic late 18 th century. The bowl interior is decorated with hand painted pink yellow and red flowers surrounded by yellow and green leaves; all highlighted with red sprigs. One of Three Antique Transferware Ironstone Polychrome Plates-ca 1800 !
This is one of three plates that i am selling that are all the same size- rare and gorgeous ironstone polychrome dishes that are from the early 1800's! The three plates measure 8 1/4" across- and one has a small chip in the button rim of the plate- as shown in the photos. I also have another matching one that measures 9" across- Its listed as well. The copper or gold listed that us painted throughout the pattern in the edge of the plates modes not show up well in the photos- and it's totally gorgeous! Haviland Limoges France Antique Lidded Oval Serving Bowl Schleiger The Venetia
This auction is for a beautiful antique Haviland Limoges France Oval Lidded Serving Dish in excellent condition. This elegant serving bowl. Designed by Schleiger, is the Venetia pattern C1920 with yellow flowers and green leaf floral pattern embellished in 22kt gold. The handles on the bowl and the top of the lid are made to resemble ribbons gracefully twisted and draped on the body of the china piece, and trimmed in gold. The floral pattern flows into the inside of the serving bowl. The shape of the this serving piece is seen in other Haviland patterns by Schleiger. Most notably the"Theo" pattern from the early 1900s. The serving bowl measures 8" across, 12" wide handle-to-handle, and is 6" high including the lid. This serving dish is in excellent condition. There are no chips crack or crazing evident. Antique Pearlware Pink Lustre Dish and 2 Saucers Soft Paste c. 1805-1830 F or auction three pieces of Pearlwear: A dish and two saucers. The saucers do not have cup rings so. Or course, can be used as sauce dishes. All three are hand decorated in a lovely floral pattern surrounding clusters of fruit. Colors include pink lustre, yellow, blue, green and dots of cobalt blue in little clusters that resemble grapes. The saucers are marked with a pattern number 928 and a circle with a dot inside. But no manufacturer name. The bowl is unmarked but decorated with the same pattern as the saucers. D uring some recent research I discovered information about luster decoration and believe these to be from that early 19th century. See Geoffrey Godden's"Guide to English Porcelain" 1978. 1992) page 164 plate 172. Godden writes"Luster effects ... moreon British porcelains mainly falls into the period 1805-1830 but unfortunately very few specimins were marked. M easurements: Bowl is 7 1/2 inches in diameter and about 1 3/8 inch deep. Each sauce measures 5 1/2 inches across and a little over 1 inch deep C ondition: Decoration on the bowl is very bright with just minimal signs of wear. The saucers appear to have been more used as the lustre ring at the cavetto on each is quite worn as is the cluster of fruits in the center and the little blossoms on the rim. One sauce has a hairline which runs from the footring on the bottom to the rim. It has not released and is barely visible on the face. The bowl and one sauce each chime like a bell when tapped. Victorian Large Silver Fruit Bowl DETAILS: A lovely Victorian large silver fruit bowl. It is round. The the body is richly embossed with scrolls, leaves and flowers. Two cartouches are engraved in a diamond pattern, and there are two vacant cartouches. It stands on a round pedestal base decorated with a similar frieze of scrolls. Leaves and flowers. The inside of the bowl is gilded(gold-plated) and it has a detachable metal wire mesh[not shown in our picture] which sits just below the top rim. This is a very good size bowl. ANTIQUE! VINTAGE! RCW Bavaria Luster Porcelain Decorative Rose Serving Bowl! Measures approximately 9 1/2" wide x 3" deep. Very pretty bowl with pinkish/purple/burgandy roses. Scalloped edges& luster color. RCW Bavaria Floral stamp on bottom. It has a dark outline in bottom of bowl(see photos) At first glance it looks like a possible crack but we do not think it is actually a crack. It feels smooth on both sides, so it is possibly just breakdown due to age? A couple of areas on the scalloped edges feel alittle rought(see photos) but it does not appear to be broken? We acquired this bowl along the way and we do not know much about it. We tried to take lots of photos to show condition. Antique Royal Baby Plate Child Dish
This is a child's dish. Designed for beginners, with a wider base to keep it from tipping over. It is marked on the back: Royal Baby- Plate. With a patent date of February 7, 1905. The border is turquoise in color with gold edging on the outside of the rim and also on the inner rim. The gold shows wear in places, but for its age there is still much of the gold in place. The turquoise border has a bit of spotting which seems to have occurred in the original firing of the dish. But there is a lovely sheen to the entire front. The center transfer shows three children, two girls and a boy(I think) lying on the ground playing with baby chicks in a pastoral setting. They have very rosy cheeks. There are no chips or cracks.
