The Stinthal items were produced primarily prior to 1920 up to the start of WWII. The company had trouble adjusting to all the changes of the great depression and war, and went out of business in 1959. This piece was from the period between 1902-1927. It is in fair condition, with some grazing and missing gold trim. The colors are soft and lovely as item were from that time. The piece is 5 inches tall and 7 inches wide at the base. This serving oval bowl and cover measures 11" wide and 2 3/4" high without the cover on. This is a stunnigly gorgeous"blush ivory" nautilus sea shell candy dish made by Royal Worcester in 1912. I believe(6 dots on either side of crown mark and 9 dots below mark) It is in near mint condition- the only flaw that I can find is a very tiny flake on the underside of the edge(see photo) I almost missed it, it's so small. No cracks. Porcelain in the blush ivory color with gold/gilded edges. Amazing detailing as can be expected from a Royal Worcester piece! Vintage Homer Laughlin Snapdragon Pattern Basket w Embossed Brass Trim and Handle Description: Brass trim ring encases a china or porcelain soup bowl. Round soup bowl is cream or yellow tinted with a colorful painted snapdragon flower pattern. Painted decor colors include pink and peach or orange flowers with green stems and leaves. Soup bowl china part measures about 8 inches in diameter and around 1.5 inches tall. Porcelain or china part is marked Homer Laughlin. Made in USA. China shows some age but no scratches. Staining, cracks, chips, paint loss, or repairs. Round brass trim ring is embossed with a pattern of scrolling shapes and rose flowers. Handle is hinged and attached to the ring with rivets and L brackets. The handle is slightly loose at the L bracket attachment to the ring but it was made that way. Offered is this lovely and rare Dresden porcelain tall comport or centerpiece bowl made by Carl Thieme in Saxony. Germany. The stem of this piece features three figures of children, perhaps representing Cupid, or baby angels. We understand these figurals are sometimes called puttis. They cling to the stem of a reticulated bowl that is encrusted on the outside with hand modeled china flowers and foliage. The inside of the bowl is decorated with hand painted blossoms in the tradition of Dresden Flowers. The blossoms are framed by gold cartouches. A garland of flowers. Including roses, decorates the center of the bowl. The reticulated squares that form the side of the bowl take the form of a trellis. With painted or modeled flowers. The base of the compote features curved feet and reticulated sides with gold trim. It too is decorated with modeled ... moreporcelain flowers and foliage. The flowers and foliage extend up the stem of the piece. This centerpiece bowl is designed for use at the banquet table. To hold fresh fruit, with grape clusters hanging over the side. The compote stands 18 inches tall(46 cm) The bowl measures 11.75 inches by 10.75 inches(30 cm by 27.5 cm) It contains most of the decorative elements for which Carl Thieme is rightly famous. The company began in the 1860s and continues to the present. This piece is in very good condition. No chips or cracks that we can see. We have observed no damage to the porcelain flowers. But in all likelihood, a petal is missing here and there. We believe this centerpiece dates to the second half of the 20 th century. antique Buffalo Pottery Blue Willow covered vegetable serving bowl 1911
This is a vintage 1911 Buffalo Pottery covered vegetable dish. With bowl and lid in the Blue Willow pattern. It is in very good condition considering it's age. I've tried to photograph it from many angles and shown close-ups of the flaws. The cover is excellent with very little crazing except on the inside of the rim where there is also some discoloration. There are no large chips, cracks or repairs but 2 small flea bites on the underside of the lid. See the photos. The bowl shows crazing and discoloration on both the inside and underneath. There is a crack under the rim which hardly shows on the top. I photographed both sides so that you can see it. There is also a chip under the bowl on the foot. RARE HUGE 1800s 12 INCH WHITE & MOCHA BAND BOWL YELLOW WARE MINT
This is a large bowl in an attractive hard to find pattern. This is a unique pattern. The potter applied four raised bands, two wide white and two mocha. This is an Ohio Valley piece of yellow ware dating to the 1870s to 1880s. During this period there were hundreds of potters along the Ohio River. Each trying to survive and create a market for their wares, hence the unique band pattern in this set. Measuring 12 ½” in diameter by 6” high. This is an attractive bowl in this unique pattern. The bowl has a pronounced rounded rim and foot. The rounded rim was a feature added to bowls to make it easier to pick them up without the bowl slipping out of your hands. There are no chips. Cracks, stains or repairs. This is an opportunity to add a rarely found and unique yellow ware bowl to your collection.

This is a lovely round bowl with old type ivory colored roses around the rim and one in the center of the bottom. There are gold decorations between the roses. It has a very small OHME Silesia mark in blue on the base. It is 9& 1/2" across and 2& 1/2" tall. It pings beautifully when tapped and has no chips. Cracks or crazing.
