Modelled like a stone wall. The Buddha sits cross-legged on a lotus throne with beautifully draped robes, forming sinuous patterns. The figure is finely carved throughout with fine details to both the hands and face. The figure shows its age with gilding loss throughout as commonly found on examples of this early age. But overall the figure is in fine untouched original condition and has not been re-painted or altered. And also has no repairs.
